Terrible help times incredibly inefficient

I arrive 30 minutes before sign in online and am the 1st in line. I wasn't helped until 30 minutes after and another dog was helped before mine even though I showed up considerably earlier. This is not the first time this has happened and I would not recommend coming here. the customer service is terrible.

I'm very happy I choose this clinic. They are very caring & they take care of all your needs. I don't live in Florida but they were able to take care of my husky giving him the rabies vaccine. Just check in online & do basic small paperwork. Thank you! Animal wellness Center for everything.

Curb side action with a smile ????

Very long wait time, in the car with a puppy. Not moving fast at all theres 4 cars here and been waiting here now going to 2 hours to get a rabies shot. Definitely won’t be back here if we even stay to get this done. They bring one dog out say goodbye then come out for the next 20 minutes later.

They are very nice and took great care of my Panda.(panda is my puppy's name) I will definitely take her back.

I took all 9 of my dogs here to be vaccinated and fixed. Not a problem with any of them. They are Awesome! Will continue to use them as my vet.

First time there. I was happy with the care they showed my dogs. I will be so happy when Covid goes away and you can wait inside and accompany your pets In for their services. Everything was handled in a very professional way.

Terrible, arived 1 hr.before they opened,no other people there,Checked in 34minutes before they opened, when they opened up the business they assisted 2 other people before assisting our animals,It caused my wife her pets & I to have to wait 2 and 1half hours when we should have been the 1st in line Terrible service

The intake staff were amazing so knowledgeable and so very caring. Thank you guys for taking care of the fur babies.

First visit with Teddy went great, staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Very good experience. They were extremely thorough, caring and affordable for spay, neuter and chip.

I'm not very Happy with the front desk/ office handling. I was trying my hardest to give them a try but, 1. They definitely don't put customers first and have you on hold until times being, or hangup, 2. They come across as careless of your needs. I would like to get ahold of whoms in charge on their part.

They did a good job with the dogs. The tech was very cordial. HOWEVER, I was there on official business, not for my personal pup. I explained that I was from a N-P O, Frontline Community Services, my client was a low-income veteran, and I was paying for the vaccines. Again! We're a 501c-3. The website says they have affordable pricing. The office sets the prices. They could have reduced the cost, but chose not to. We (Frontline) will be going elsewhere for our clients from now on. And we have a lot of clients.

Prices are very reasonable and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Great place to take your pets

I had to wait way over hour for my appointment and information on my cat was All Wrong but surgery seemed to be good he's getting along good, price is awesome

I absolutely Love this place... I have been with them since my dog was a year old, & she's 6 now. Very professional, and helpful would recommend this place if You need shots, spay or neuter. They take good care of Your animals

They are very poorly managed and lie

My family and I have got several of our pets spayed and neutered here. They took excellent care of our animals and the procedures went perfectly. The staff was very nice and considerate as well. The prices are also the best that we could find in our area for low income families. I love the way the are running things during the COVID-19 situation. They have you park in numbered parking spaces and then call to let them know you are there. Then they send a staff member out to retrieve your pet and payment and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend this vet.

Great care for our 3 dogs at reasonable prices.

I wish they can handle, difficult cats using sedative o tranquilizer. One of my cats was rejected because he got so aggressive at the clinic...he was terrified.

Friendly staff , great prices for maintaining family pets . Up front prices and very informative about pets needs and medication options .
