Brock Animal Hospital Pinellas Park, Florida

First time going to this vets. I had to put my cat to sleep, the staff was compassionate and extremely kind to me and my husband. We will be going to this vet in the future for our animal needs.

Dr Brock is taken care of my animals for over 15 years great staff very friendly won't stop I'll keep going there till I don't have any more animals

So grateful to have come to this clinic. The staff is amazing, the doctors are amazing. They provided so much support after the tragic passing of my cat. My other cat became very ill shortly thereafter and got me in immediately to take care of my girl. My friend has been going here for years and recommended. Very thankful to have such a caring and kind environment for my fur babies.

Great staff, very clean office and they've done a great job during covid..very organized and clean. Love Dr. Thomas she is always great with my dog and always makes time to answer questions. We have been taking out pets there for over 20 years.

The doctors and entire staff always provide the highest standard of care. My dog is treated with genuine love and concern for her well-being during every visit.

My dog needed medicine they refused to help me without a wellness check up that cost hundreds I reluctantly Agreed they then told me they only had an appointment a month out. My dog needed medicine ASAP they refused to help me and were very rude . My poor dog needed medicine they have his file and are aware but because the want my money for a check he doesn’t need the wouldn’t give it to me unless I waited a month and paid them first. I hope Mr. Brock and his staff never need medical attention in the ER room send them away for a wellness check up a month later before they were help them Outrageous I will never set foot inside this place again nor will my dogs and you shouldn’t either they don’t care about your dogs they only care about their money and their bottom line. Dunedin animal hospital got me appointment appointment for two days later and told me to come in tonight and he will gladly give him the medication that he needs to hold him over they didn’t even charge me.

Called to ask about cost of a medication. She didn't want to be bothered. She ended up hanging up on me!!

Run away fast, they nearly killed my cat with overdosing her with a Prednisolone shot. These people don't know what they are doing. They will give your animal hard drugs and not monitor them or tell you anything. They will also mix up medicine with other patients, that happened to us as well. They gave my cat medicine for dogs for another person. Stay away.

After my wife told you not to administer meds without authorization, you gave him a injection without permission. Completely unacceptable.
