I took my dog for her first service with them this week. Due to an upcoming trip, I had to get her an appointment on a day I had to work. I was unsure how long it would take since it was the first time, so I explained my situation about needing to work. They did their best to have her ready before I had to go in. Unfortunately, I needed to go in earlier than expected and could only pick up my dog during my break. Once I got her I apologized. I say all that to share how kind and understanding they were. They were pleasant and never gave me a nasty attitude concerning my situation. My dog also looked beautiful. She was so clean, smelled good, and looked happy. I will definitely be back!

I loooove this place. I have been bringing my dog here for a few years and she is ALWAYS excited to go. They're so good that when i go to wash my dog in between groomings, she's excited for the bath. They basically trained my dog to like bathtime. Lol. They always have the CUTEST hairbows and she loves wearing them. I love this place so much and I hope they stay around forever. Thank you VIP pet salon for loving my dog as much as i do.

I had a really good experience with this pet saloon. My dog was incredibly well groomed. Although, my dog doesn't like to be washed and specially dried; they did a beautiful job.

We took our new wiggly puppy who had a broken leg there as soon as the cast came off. I have a really hard time trusting people with our pets, but they were very kind and came recommended by our vet and next door neighbor. She came out looking beautiful! They really do a great job. One morning puppy had a terrible accident in her cage. I was late for work and couldn't leave her in that condition all day. They rescued me by taking her in right away in dealing with that nasty mess! I really like them!!♥️

I took my Cavapoo for his 1st bath with haircut and I am extremely pleased! The lady that checked him in and groomer were so sweet! His haircut is precise! They explained everything, sent a text reminder of appointment and was able to see him same day. His grooming was 2 days ago and he still smells awesome!

I love this place is very clean and the girls are very professional I’m very paranoid when it comes to my furry daughters I had a bad experience in honey pets grooming they took my poor yorkie life away and since that happened I was cutting my girls hair but thank god my father in law recommended me this place Lucky’s daughter goes there for a long time I felt confident the first time I went they are truly animals lovers they don’t do business just for money I can say that for experience with taily she’s 16 years and they unfortunately can’t do her anymore due her heart failure they recommend someone who only does senior dogs and she’s a vet they definitely are looking out for your dog ???? ❤️❤️❤️Thank you vip grooming

I was extremely pleased with the service here! I took my two dogs, and they’ve never smelled so good, or looked cuter. I have a chow chow mix, and everywhere else I’ve been, couldn’t brush her enough for me not to get her back still shedding. I’ve been hopping around to different groomers trying to find the best fit. Here, she came back silky smooth, and trimmed even though I didn’t pay for a haircut. Safe to say I need not hop around anymore. Everyone was also super kind and professional. Very happy.

TL;DR - They didn't listen to me, did what they wanted instead, I don't like how he looks, and nonetheless paid too much for little work. I'm very disappointed with my experience here. I have a 4.5 month old goldendoodle, and brought him here for his first groom (a bath, a face/feet/fanny, and a nail trim). In the goldendoodle community, many pet parents are worried that groomers will "poodle their doodle" -- that is, enhance their longer snout during a groom instead of leaving it as a full face, nice and round. So what did I do? I spent hours researching how to communicate what I wanted. I contacted my breeder for instructions. I crowd-sourced two goldendoodle Facebook groups for instructions. I searched Instagram for what I wanted. I looked here at VIP Pet Salon's Yelp page to select images of what I didn't want. I then typed out half a page of instructions. I bought a color-ink cartridge and printed five full-page photos of what I wanted. One photo was a diagram with lines of where to cut, not to cut, where to blend, etc. One photo of what I didn't want. When I showed up for my 9AM appointment, the groomer wasn't in yet. So, having to get to a work meeting, I communicated what I wanted to the front desk woman/grooming assistant. I left the photos and instructions. When I picked my doodle back up 2.5 hours later, lo and behold, he looked like a poodle. It was painfully obvious that either groomer did not look at my instructions/photos, my wishes weren't communicated, or both. His face looked nothing like the photos I wanted but exactly like the photo of how I said I DIDNT want him (which was a photo of theirs on Yelp). For her part, though she appeared a bit annoyed, the groomer listened to my complaints and tried to fix it, but it was already too late. She took off way too much hair around the muzzle/snout, and cut way down into the eye well where it almost looked shaved, and touching nothing else. Mind you, I had a note that said not to remove hair from the eye well. You can't put back hair you've taken off, and you can't expect a 4.5 month old squirmy puppy to sit still any longer. She tried to give me the excuse that my puppy was too squirmy, which isn't untrue since he's a puppy, but then how do you explain her ability to cut off TOO much hair instead of less? And making him look exactly like all the other photos on the yelp page, but nothing like mine? And when she went back to fix it after I re-explained what I wanted by showing her the photos, it honestly appeared like she was looking at them for the first time. Unacceptable, and demoralizing after I spent more time and effort trying to put together what I wanted, than she did actually grooming my dog. Furthermore, I was charged $70, and begrudgingly gave a standard 18% tip on top of it, not wanting to be rude. But $70 for what? A bath, a nail trim, a sanitary shave, and taking way too much hair off his snout? That's really all they did -- the rest of his face was untouched. Of course, they threw in their standard anal glands expression and cleaning ears, but I didn't ask for that, and he's a puppy who doesn't need it, especially since I do that myself. Everyone in the family and neighbors have commented that he looks exactly the same, except his face looks worse. A painful waste of a hard-earned $83. For their part, the facility is nice, and he does smell good. That's about the only credit I can give. He didn't appear traumatized but he's a doodle so loves everyone, everything, and every experience. I won't be returning or recommending them to anyone. Under other circumstances, I'd give them another chance to get it right, but it was so obvious they didn't even bother to read what I left behind, but did whatever they wanted themselves, so why would I?

Great service and most important, very professional and caring of my dogs. They always recommend the best options for my little ones and they take their time to do the job the best possible way. Will continue to give them my business. Strongly recommend.

I have a 80 lbs Golden doodle that my groomer retired. I called VIP salon at 11 am asking for a complete grooming what a beautiful Job they did on my Max!!!! Very professional staff and sweet to new customers. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love VIP Pet Salon! After an insane amount of terrible experiences with other places we have finally found a salon that I feel comfortable taking my Jackson. We've taken him several times and always phenomenal service. I highly recommend this place to anyone who asks. We just picked him up with a gelled up Mohawk and I just can't, so cute! They are so personable and love each pet that comes through their door. 10 stars if I could give it!
