Yes of all days today Dec 25th Buddy had an emergency and Dr Cesar who we had never met called us back . He met us at the Emergency Hospital to take care of our Buddy. We are so thankful for both of you. We wish you many blessings!????????

Wow!! Absolutely shocked!! I have never been so surprised by the pricing. The vet and tech were super friendly and when my bill came, I thought it was a joke. I saw the bill and said take my money Sir! I was also quoted on 2 other procedures and it was a small fraction of another Vet nearby. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. He did not try to do other things, he did what was necessary at the time and if we need to do further testing we will if the antibiotics do not fix the issue. I will ONLY go here from now on. Hell, I'd travel here if I moved away.

I couldn’t believe this Vet is so close to my house. Dr Cesar was very nice with my Persian cat coconut. He was very nice explaining everything and recommended me a gastrointestinal diet for my kittens. Coconut my cat was very sick today with vomit and diarrhea. He was very easygoing and straight to the point to what my cat needed. I will definitely recommend him for any pet emergency and regular Vet check up.

Dr. Cesar did a great job taking care of my senior dog Oreo. I'm very happy he was able to take a look at him with short notice. I walked in and did not wait long at all. He is very straight to the point and was able to explain what was going on with my baby.

The care they give my pets is more than I can ask for, I have been coming here for over 12 years! Will forever be thankful for all the times they’ve helped and saved my pets lives

I recently moved to the area when my 10 year old black lab became ill. I chose this vet based on excellent Google reviews. They did not disappoint! First off, this isn't a chain like Banfield or the other guys. Everyone there was welcoming and super attentive. They nurse/guy at the front desk is super cool. On one occasion, I was running late to pick up her prescription food and he stayed after-hours so I wouldn't have to wait 'til the following day. The doctor is "old school" - in the best way possible. He shows that he genuinely cares for his patients. He doesn't nickel and dime you either. He's definitely a "family vet". They also VALUE YOUR TIME!!! I arrived for my appointment, and we were immediately taken to the examination room in the back. By the time I was done filling out the forms, the doc had arrived to begin his examination. Results for blood and fecal test were ready in less than 20 minutes! Overall, I estimate my visit lasted a total of 40-45 minutes! My dog and I will definitely be returning!

My dog was stung by a bee in his paw this past weekend and he was vomiting and could barely walk. After contacting a few “emergency” pet clinics which some did not even answer and my girlfriend called one that without even asking the symptoms told us we needed to bring the dog in immediately. Needless to say my girlfriend was in full panic mode when I called MILLER WEST ANIMAL HOSPITAL WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE RIGHT AWAY. The Doc first asked what symptoms the dog had and assured me as long as the dog was breathing normally that everything was ok for the time being. He told me to give him some children’s Benadryl which we did and he also said if his situation or symptoms got worse to call him back and he would see our dog within 10-15min. After about an hour and half our 2 pound Yorkie Terrier was back on his feet and back to normal. Thank you Doc and thank you Miller West Animal Hospital who unlike other animal hospitals could have taken advantage of us in a moment of crisis but instead handled the situation with the up most professionalism. Thank you doc and thank you Miller West Animal Hospital.

I have a 4.5 month old mini Bernedoodle puppy who ate a piece of his plush toy this evening. I called Miller West Emergency Animal hospital who walked me through the process of how to handle this high anxiety situation without even having to come to the clinic. The doctor spent plenty of time over the phone and made me feel extremely comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation and, most importantly, our puppy is all better now. I would highly recommend this clinic for your emergency needs.

Finding this vet was god sent, its very rare that you find a vet that cares about your pet without caring about your pockets first. As a dog owner i understand the cost of a profession and care provided ive bounced around from vet to vet trying to find a good one and i found a great one! Doctor and Eli are amazing!

This place is amazing! I have take both my doggies and both doctor and staff are very friendly and give exceptional service, they get straight to the point and tell you what’s going on and done. I highly recommend them do not go anywhere else in kendall come here ! You will not be disappointed.

EXCELLENT AND VERY CARRYING PROFESSIONALS

I truly appreciate what Dr. Javellana did for Mimi, I am travelling with my kitty and by mistake left her medicine at home. Dr. Javellana called in the prescription to a Walmart close to where we are!! We are very thankful for the time he took to help us out!

They are very skilled, they know they job and love pets. They answered phone after work hours and answer all your questions very well. The only thing, in my case, is that they didn't explain to me very well, all the care that was needed after neutering my 4 years old golden retriever .
