Just a no nonsense Animal Clinic. Awesome customer service, Excellent Doctors and Techs. They have all the Technical equipment, Medicines, Prescription foods on site. They really hit home taking care of my dearly departed "Two Socks," who was very ill and suffering. They personally helped us through the procedure and Grief. Thanks so much for the care throughout the Years... Really great Vet ????

Called to make an appointment for my dog and they dont speak English so I have to take my dog somewhere else because they only speak Spanish.

Dr. Pausa and his entire staff are incredible with our pets. The amount of love and attention they give is incredible. They are all very knowledgeable and able to explain everything to us with simple terminology.

Best animal clinic i ever been

I've been taking all of my pets here for years! They provide an excellent service. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and tend to patient needs. My dog was starting to deteriorate and we had to do an operation for her. She came back brand new. Sometimes I've waited a little long to be serviced but the cost is affordable. I recommend those to come here who are looking for quality service at a reasonable price.

My dog of 13 years with me passed away... it was very painful as everyone that had a pet can understand. I payed almost $500 so they could cremate him and give me a plate with his paw print and his name on it... They told me that I had to wait almost two weeks, which in my thought I felt it was a long time.. but I did not complaint.. when the time comes for us to go pick it up, my husband goes to pick it up for me.. they told him they did not know where the plate was, and they would call the next day. It is the next day it is 3:45 pm, (they close at 4 pm), and we had not received a phone call.. I called to understand what it happening and they finally answer and they said "I'm sorry they forgot to do it, we can give it $20 back" WHAT IN THE WORLD??? They told me that someone else does it for them and they are not responsible??? I PAYED THEM WITH MY MONEY SOMETHING THAT MEANS THE WORLD TO ME THAT I CANNOT HAVE BACK BECAUSE THEY ALREADY HAD MY DOG ASHES!! between all the arguing at the end they said they did had it that someone got confused with the name of my dog, but I had to wait until Monday for their call, this discussion happened on a Thursday. IT IS MONDAY THEY CLOSED IN ONE HOUR, AND I HAD TO CALL THEM AND I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLEEE!!!!! I DO NOT EVEN BELIEVE THEM THEY HAVE MY DOG'S PAW PRINT!!! FOR WHAT I KNOW THEY ARE JUST GETTING ANOTHER ONE FROM ANOTHER DOG!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! MY HEART IS BROKEN GOING THROUGH THIS WITH THEM!!! THE STRESS AND ANXIETY I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE LAST WEEK HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE!!!! COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE!!!

Been going here for the past 15 years with my dog. They are very quick and knowledgeable. Everyone on staff is very friendly.

I was a walk in due to my chihuahua being sick and they took me right in and they examined her right away. All is ok now due to them taking good care of her. I would recommend this clinic to all who needs a good Dr and service. Thank u paradise clinic for caring.

I love this place!!! The staff is super nice which is a plus for me and my animals. The vet is great and will take the time to answer any question you have. The prices are super low compare to other places. Thank God I found this place because I have a lot of pets!!!

Amazing service and nice people!! I went there to get for a check up on my dog and kitten, they handle your pets with care, know their stuff and its affortable! If this place were hiring I wouldn't think twice to apply since they have such a comfotable and nice community in this clinic! I recommend it!!!

After coming to this animal clinic for more than15 years and many puppy litters later, whom still come into the office. The “manager” treated us so rude & nasty. We recently had a litter of puppies and took them all to the vet, got them checked, vaccines, & microchipped. We also asked for health certificates because two of the puppies were traveling out of state. Almost $1,000 in vet cost. Once we received the certificates we realized that they were intrastate not interstate. We called the office to let them know. They didn’t know the difference and the manager insisted that they were the write papers. I finally found the document online and SENT it over to the office, they filled the papers out and still charged us for a document that we had asked for from the beginning and ended up finding it ourselves. And it’s not the extra cost, it’s the way the “manager” handled the situation. We asked if we can replace the correct documents for the ones they previously gave us and she responded.. “why I’m only going to throw them away in the trash”, when we asked to see the vet she said he’d see us on Monday. It’s so sad how you are willing to lose lifetime customers over your pride of giving wrong documents and still proceeding to charge people. No phone call no apology from our “LIFETIME VET.”

What a great staff. Prices were very reasonable. Even though our cat had to be put to sleep because of his terminal illness.The doctor and staff did it in a very professional way. They handled the cremation also.We recommend Paradise Animal Clinic.

I visited this clinic back in March when COVID-19 had just started. I was extremely scared because my maltese Camilo "Milo" did not stop pooping blood and vomiting everywhere. For my husband and I, our dog is like our little baby so we were scared. They took amazing precaution with COVID and asked me to stay in the car that they will call me to come in as soon as it was my turn. Their staff is so professional and loving. Specifically, Dr. Pausa was extremely sweet and very understanding. He doesn't try to steal your money like other veterinarians do. He was very honest and even helped me save money. At first he said Milo might need to be on an IV for two hours but when he did the XRAY and saw there was nothing in Milo's stomach he told me to save me money that he was just gonna give me medicine to give him. I was so grateful for his attention and care. Highly recommend this place for your pets!

These guys are awesome, you feel like family when you are there. They listen to your concerns and most importantly they are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to change from their current Vet.

First time taking my cat to the vet in Miami since I just moved here and I took him for a check up and to clean his ears. They only weighted him and swab his ears once and tested for ear mites even tho I told the vet he didn't have them because he wasnt scratching his ears and he gets his monthly flea tick and ear mites treatment at home. The test came out negative but the vet Insisted on the medication. And that was it. No washing out my cats ears with solution like they did back home in Indiana or hear his heart rate...etc a huge waste of time and money charged me 70 dollars. I'm never going back there again or recommending them. They didn't know what they were doing or what a check up was. Descarado!
