If I could give 0 stars I would. I arrived at the hospital 12:25pm, with my 12 year old Labrador retriever who urgently needed attention since she could not stand up since the morning. They asked me if she had been there before to which I answered no. Because of this the doctor did not want to attend her because he was already "leaving" (since they close at 2pm) and he denied us the attention. How can they do that? They are supposed to be a hospital, and their duty is to attend to anyone who walks through that door. Horrible attention and a shame as human beings.

The front desk is amazing with answering questions and concerns, Dr. Mereno is great with my grumpy not so easy kitty. He is very understanding and listens to all your questions and concerns and he is very thorough. I will definitely tell others. Happy I found a vet clinic where they actually take care of your babies and it’s not super expensive.

Dr. Moreno is very professional, and takes his time with each one of my pets. I vet-shopped a lot until I found him, and have been a loyal customer for almost 5 years due to his service & his wonderful staff.

I've been taking my cats to Sunshine Animal Hospital for over 20 years. The doctors and staff are always friendly, compassionate and professional. They treat my pets like they were their own. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.

They were very nice here and did everything they could for my cat! He died but hey, y'all know how it is.

Sunshine Animal Hosptial is the best! I was super nervous to bring my dog in to get spayed. The staff was super kind, they came and got her out of my truck when I pulled up due to Covid that we can’t go inside. I called them to check on her and they told me she was still waiting to be taken back then they called me to tell me when she was out of surgery and how she was doing. They are super accommodating and make sure you feel good about leaving your pet there. Along with that they also answered ALL of my questions. I called back to see if I could have her wear a shirt with her cone when she got home. They are super helpful. They even called me the next day to see how she was doing. I ABSOLUTELY love them! I didn’t have a vet for her yet because I just adopted her but I can say this is going to be my vet forever! I am very very satisfied with their care!!

New to the state & new neighborhood of Pembroke Pines, I was at wits end to find a caring veterinarian & staff, similar to what we had in Tucson, Arizona. A referral to Dr. Moreno has been such a blessing❣️I feel fully confident that my fearless felines are in the best of care with Dr. Moreno & Staff. Thank you so very much. We brought our puppy here and everything we were concerned with they addressed them and were super friendly to our fur baby. And to Maria who helped me and answer all my silly questions thank u!

This place is overpriced ,having to wait in your car ,wile they treat you dog ,just not a good place to bring any animal, dog or cat .

Everyone is so wonderful and Dr Mereno is the best! Jaeger had to have tooth extractions, growth removed, and a wart near his eye. The office associates are very professional and so very caring for our fur babies. Bear had to have a growth removed a several months ago. Both of them did so well under the skill, professional, and personal care of Dr Moreno. Dr Moreno takes the time to explain in detail everything before and after procedures are done. I trust him without hesitation to do what he thinks is necessary to help our furbabies to feel better and get healthy. Jaeger did great! He was up and running the next day as if nothing happened except he became a mini cone head????. He's been without it most of the day today as he's with us and we can watch him closely. We have four dogs and we take all of them to Sunshine Animal Hospital. Jaxson our 13 year old went over the rainbow bridge 2.15.2021. Now we have three.

I always bring my cats to Sunshine for all of their shots and any check ups. I actually adopted both of my kittens from Sunshine Animal hospital and Its been the best decision I've ever made. I'm really happy with the service, the staff and the overall professionalism at Sunshine. I highly recommend them.

The way our cat, Pearl, was suddenly acting, we thought the end of the trail had come that day. We were able to get a quick visit, and all tests were taken. A big shot of antibiotics may have done the trick, but we won't be sure of her real status until the blood work analysis report comes back, but, at least, we have a little more time to share with her, and let her know we appreciated her 12 years with us.

I took my dog there for a check up because I thought he had an ear infection... After the appointment the Vet called me and said he pluck my dog hairs and give him some liquid medicine to put in his ears for the little infection.... BUT THIS IS NOT BECAUSE OF INFECTION THIS IS THE RESULT OF PLUCKING THE HAIRS A LITTLE TOO ROUGH! ????????????????

Awesome staff, great doctor. I went to this place because is near my house and when I got there I felt very welcomed and they treated Oreo like a baby. Thank you everyone for the great service, love and compassion.
