Faithful Companions Animal Clinic Pembroke Pines, Florida

Today was one of the most painful days in our families life. Our beloved dog, Popeye needed to go to heaven. Although painful and sad, Dr. Judy made it very pleasant and comforting. Her attention to detail, patience, calming and soothing demeanor was invaluable. Popeye is no stranger to Faithful companions animal hospital. After all they gave him to us after he was abandoned at their back door over 7 years ago. Now he went full circle. Diana, their head technician, is the most amazing person I've ever met. She was vital to Popeye's care. Thank you, Diana, Paola, Elizabeth, Adriana, Dr. Balko and most of all Dr. Judy for all you have done our our furry family. God bless you alway!!!

Dr.K is one of the most qualified vets I have ever brought my children (Dogs) to. Many vets wanted to cut open my dog to determine why he was a chronic vomiter... I refused to allow anyone to put him through so much... when I finally met this amazing veterinaria my dog was put on a special diet and his chronic vomiting stopped (it’s now been 7 years) and the staff are extremely devoted to these animals.! I highly recommend this facility... unfortunately not many veterinarias have the knowledge. I truly believe with their help I have been able to extend my min pins life expectancy. One is now 16 years and he’s doing very well for his age.

Have called the clinic twice in different ocassions to take my dogs (4) there. They require you to fill out documents before getting to the clinic, they also ask you 500 questions when all you want is for a vet to take care of your pet asap... they require you to print, complete and scan documents as to guarantee payment among other things before hand when your little fury is in pain and screaming desperately all over... They also give you 1,000 instructions due to the "pandemic" and you can not stay with your pet, not even on a one and one basis. I wish they were to show more empathy over the phone, very dry. 2 stars because they "tried" to accomodate us even though that they were booked. Anyhow, at the end I took him to south miami vets and pets as usual where you get to talk to the Doctor etc... a 45 min drive was way worth it than going to a clinic next door with no sense of urgency.

Love the staff and doctors....they treat us like family and are always accessible.

They’ve been our vet for over 10+ years now! All of our family pets have been seen by them! Everyone is great and informative. Even over the phone, always helpful whenever I call in with questions after or before appointments.

They're always very caring. Been their client for almost 20yrs. Very supportive with the loss of of my 3 beloved pets.

I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else! They are amazing, super sweet, and very professional. They really get to know your pet and treat them like their own! Highly recommend.

Extremely satisfied with my experience here. I took 2 of my dogs for the first time to this vet and will continue doing so in the future. I will also recommend to my friends and family. They treat you with a lot of respect and the Vets here are very knowledgable and caring.

Although this vet had very little reviews, the ones they did have were 10+ year customers. I decided to take a chance with this vet and I was not disappointed. I have an English Bulldog and this breed is prone to illnesses. All three doctors are amazing with her, they are very friendly and are very knowledgeable. They always give me great advice and multiple suggestions. Due to their late weekday hours, they are great with appointments as well. Their wellness plan is the best for the inexpensive monthly price too. The fact that it covers all visits is enough for me. I HIGHLY recommend this vet for your furry family member!

I started taking my senior dog here after his vet retired our first few visits were not too bad but once I decided to have a “vet’s” office give his bath & grooming was a big mistake. We had such an awful experience to make a long story short he was kept for hours didn’t even smell or look like had a bath he was extremely stressed out & had an injury to his nose! I walked out of there wrote an email to the manager & I will never go back I couldn’t believe they treated him so poorly especially since they should be a place that is the most caring, kind etc., I hardly write reviews but it is something that has truly been bothering me. There were the excuses of short staff but honestly there is no excuse call the owner apologize & let their dog go home instead of traumatizing & injuring an animal that makes life even harder for everyone. Truly disappointed. As I said the actual vet appointment wasn’t bad but weren’t the best either just another number.

Very good usually, very attentive and detailed with the examination and overall care, but don't seem to actually care about the pet. Was sent to after-hours location and told me to follow up with them and did seem to care about my dogs wellbeing or listen to my concern, just wanted to get me off the phone. Did not want to even help with getting results about emergency visit.

Dr.Claudia Valderrama is HORRIBLE !! We were accidently booked with her instead of our regular vet in one of the clinics she does her relief work at. She is rude and insensitive. We have a 14 yr old yorkie.with special needs that is very well cared for. Tink just didn't deserve her degrading and insensitive care. Please make sure you are not "accidently" booked with this doctor. If you choose her yourself-that is your own problem. RESPONSE UPDATE: I'm glad to hear she is not practicing at your clinic anymore. I just want the word to be out about her.

Dr. K is the best! She is the first vet to ever explain to me everything in detail in regards to my dog's digestive issues. She didn't try to over medicate him like other vets. I look forward to seeing her again. My dog was so comfortable with Dr. K and her staff.

The staff is very friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgable, caring to animals symptoms and owner concerns.

So as far as service and my experience with the doct no problem fast and efficient now when it comes the staff itself I have had a couple issues where they have been rude and turned me away in reference to payments that I have been over charged for because of an automatic payment system that's always taking out payment on a different date of service and always inconsistent it's very frustrating I end up with over draft fees from my bank I have gone in person and made payments I. Person to make sure I'm up to date and there system charges me 2 days later again or a week later it's terrible and frankly unorganized

Professional Vets AND staff who are animal lovers and truly care about the health and well being of our pets. They offer a holistic approach and get to know our pet very well. Our dog LOVES going to Faithful Companion

Dr. Balko and her team are truly caring and professional. They treat my animals like they would their own. I have been to other places where I feel like they are just "taking my money" but at Faithful Companions I know that I am getting the best care possible by people who truly care about animals! I highly recommend this Animal Clinic. You will be in good hands.

Nice facility, staff were professional and courteous. Got appointment on short notice, and wait wasn't bad. They also didn't hard sell a bunch of things I didn't need.
