Dr. Stone saved my dog! Skin from a rash so awful that nobody wanted to pet our Golden Doodle:( yuck! One culture, one antibiotic,2 weeks, CURED!!! From miserable to beautiful! He and his staff ate appreciative and sharp. Dr. Stone is brilliant. Older gentleman. Like my father, Dr. Donald Giulianti, a former Neurosurgeon, they are Doctors first, not salesmen! We were lost until we found he and his help. Thank you for making her better, but as importantly, thank you for treating her like a patient and now she's all better!!!!

EXCELLENT Doctor. He made the process of saying goodbye to our family member so much easier. There's incredible coordination in this clinic between all staff and the Dr. so the visit didn't last as long as it would in other vets.

I don’t write much reviews but if there’s a place I should take time and write one for is Pasadena Animal Clinic. Dr. Stone is the best vet EVER! He’s not only a great vet but a great person. That’s what makes him so good at what he does because his heart is in the right place. I don’t know what I’ll do the day he retires because I honestly don’t believe there’s any vet out there like him. He’s trust worthy, very reasonable and doesn’t do anything extra just to over charge you. His staff is amazing, always caring and very patient (I should know I bug them a lot) lol. I’ve recommended him to many friends and family and they instantly fall in love with him. I’ve left messages for him and he always calls me back himself by the end of the day. I have nothing negative to say, yes there is a bit of a wait at times but that is expected when you’re taking your pet to such a good vet. I’ll wait as long as I have to. Everyone just wants their pet seen by the best.

I got an appointment at 9:15am and waited in the car for 35’ until I got a call to ask me to come in to keep waiting inside! Please be respectful of other people’s time! 15’-20’ wait is acceptable but longer is disrespectful.

Dr Stone and his staff have given the best care we could expect for three of our dogs over the course of their lives. God bless and protect.

This office is filthy. I made an appointment, was there on time, and still waited over an hour to be seen. It seemed like they actually forgot about me, as I watched people come in after me, be seen, and check out before I ever got called back. They actually only seemed to notice me when I went and sat inside (we had been waiting in our car due to COVID). I wanted to like this place and had high hopes because of all the great reviews... but that wasn't the case. Maybe it was just an off day for them...
