Careful to read what they sale. If you want a short term service do not let them smoth talk you into signing up for there other services.. I will never recommend someone to go here unless you have experience with slick salesman.

I’ve never been more content with the care and attention my kitty Coco has received here. The doctor was extremely on top of everything and updated me on his condition. The process of getting him in and out was smooth and my questions were thoroughly answered!

Grossly incompetent. The doctor and staff member I met with didn’t know anything about my cat who was treating for diabetes for over a year (at the same facility).Doctor admitted to not even seeing my cat and wrongfully believed my cats diabetes started last month. Neither staff nor doctor even knew the amount or frequency my cats insulin was being administered. The doctor(believe her name is Sarah) is shockingly unprofessional. It is disappointing to see a young professional responsible for our loved ones take such little pride in the services she provides. I have scheduled a new appointment with the VCA.

They are very careful and caring

You have to wait weeks for an appointment and the wellness program is a scam. You pay hundreds of dollars and get minimal value. They also autorenew your contract without sending you a reminder email.

Banfield love’s our babies, they have all our trust for the best possible care. This location is very busy, which forced us to locate a more adaptive care still trough Banfield pet Hospital OWP. Looking back, the wellness plans would have kept the best memories with us longer. Our family appreciates all the teams and locations. Thank you for being the for the best and worst.

Recently my dog has been very ill and since I am a patient of record for quite some time over 10 years I would've expect to get better service every time I called explaining the situation I'll ever get from them sorry we're booked we're booked two weeks out . I ended up having to take him to emergency room which was fine but was extremely disappointed that my own vet that knows my pet was unable to take care of him . Banfield is OK for shots in for the random every day visits but when your dog gets older or has more complicated problems I don't and I cannot recommend this place

Last two pet appointments were of positive energy. Not always, but they try real hard to be professional, efficient and I like them!

My dog been going here years now and they always take care of him. I have a affordable monthly plan that I pay that takes care of his basic need shots,visits, Tic and fle preventive.

First off, if you see my reviews I am typically a 4-5 star type of reviewer. I do not want to degrade businesses if I think I just had a weird or off experience. BUT I was absolutely floored by the level of arrogance & incompetence of the doctor here on March 8th (unf. did not get a name, it was a guy) a few days ago. We made an appointment for our pup to get his paperwork completed for our trip back home to Turks & Caicos. When I called for an appointment, they confirmed they had the knowledge and experience to get it done. So when we arrived, it started off kinda rough, as they said they had no record of an appointment for us (yes, I did book at the correct location), but they said they could help out anyway. Then, it went straight downhill. Bottom line, the doctor had no idea what he was talking about, and would not even entertain the option of listening to me. He berated me for ‘barely keeping up my dog’s vaccinations (FWIW we travel with our dog extensively so he’s probably the most up-to-date vaccinated pup there is); told me that I booked the appointment too close to my flight date and these things can take FOUR WEEKS (ummm, TCI Dept. of Agriculture requires the exam and paperwork within 48 hours of arrival on the island); told me I wouldn’t have time to get the paperwork certified at the USDA (my dog has a pet passport for Turks & Caicos, so there is no requirement for a USDA certification). But it wasn’t even the utter lack of competence he showed it was his awful, know-it-all attitude. I tried to explain to him that we travel in and out of Turks & Caicos every 2-3 months and are aware of the requirements, that I had a note from my vet there outlining exactly what’s required (he refused my offer to share it with him) and that the requirements for a <28-day amount of time off island are much less onerous than a stay of 28 days or longer. So, yes I got pretty frustrated and dropped a couple expletives while telling him to just immediately return my dog to me. I just had zero trust in him. Even with all that, we paid them for an office visit. We had to re-book our flight and hotel (extra $), but the next day we got an appointment at an AWESOME vet clinic called Eco Deco in Miami and we were in and out in less than 1 hour and arrived in our Turks & Caicos home as smooth as ever, no issues getting our pup in again AT ALL. I highly recommend looking for other vets than Banfield!

Great annual/monthly price for preventive care as a package deal. I've used this plan for almost 7 years. Vets are professional and caring. I have developed a rapport with 1 vet I usually try to schedule appointments with, but I haven't met any I didn't like.

My dog is a bit temperamental and they are very accommodating. We had disobeyed him for an X-ray and they just tore me up. Very happy with them and I would absolutely recommend them.

I have to say that this Banfield as an amazing team! I was really worried coming in and brought my dog, Jack who isn’t a fan of anyone touching him. Everyone was so kind and understanding. I rarely leave reviews and felt I needed to because of how amazing the experience was. If you are looking for a new Vet, this is definitely one you should try out!

I have the wellness program for my dog. I order the heart warm pills for her from Chewy. The refill request that was submitted on 29 Dec 2020 was declined by Banfield saying the dog need a heart warm test. I called Banfield and they said the dog test is not due until November 2021 so she is good till then. I urged them to approve it so my dog would not miss her monthly dose. Nothing happened. Since then I have been calling and doing the same and nothing happened . Today was my 4 follow up and guess what nothing had happened. They obviously do not care about the health of your pet. They just want your money. They provide the so called wellness program to get your money and not caring about your pet wellness.

I own 3 cats and I found a coupon online that the cats first consultation is free. So I took one cat maybe 8 months ago. Then I came across the same coupon but they didn’t except it as I used one before. according to the front desk agent it’s one consultation per one owner not per cat that was disappointing as it wasn’t mentioned on the coupon. Secondly the doctor and the lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly at all but the doctors assistants are very sweet and listened to my concerns. I don’t think I’ll come back

I took my cat for a wellness exam and a vaccine and had to wait an hour just to be seen because they forgot I was there. I’ve been to multiple Banfield locations and never had an issue I heard my cat crying the entire time and came out with a bruise on her leg and ribs. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
