Had to put my Molly down today. Although it was heartbreaking the doctor and her staff where amazing. Very professional, Caring and compassionate. They allowed me to stay with my Molly till the very end. #RIPMolly #heartbroken

From the front desk through the technicians that work with the pets in the back. . . FABULOUS STAFF!!!!! Smart, kind, patient, professional and caring. Dr. BUSTTER is an amazing surgeon, practitioner and person !!! I wish I had taken my dogs to her sooner! ( 2 of my dogs are fragile seniors) She's honest and gives fair estimates! Dr. BUSTTER KNOWS HER STUFF!!! I'm an OR nurse so I am very picky about healthcare !!!

I visited Laguna Isles Animal Hospital for the first time a couple of days ago. Sadly, I had an ill cat who was suffering and this visit was for euthanasia. Dr Bustter and Vet Tech, Mike, were wonderful. Their compassion and kindness made this sad day so much easier to deal with. My kitty's last moments were peaceful and pain free, in my arms where he belonged. Thank you Dr Bustter and Mike.

I brought my doggy Lola here to get spayed and everyone was so amazing!!!! So glad I was able to have their help which allowed me to trust them completely.

I liked this vet a lot until they refused to approve a prescription for a medication that I wanted to buy online but they had no problem offering it to me for twice as much. mind you this is amid the COVID-19. So now I have to keep my dog on not sure what while I have to mail the papers to the store, hope they get it , and then wait for them to mail the meds. I guess all they care about is money and they forgot to adjust to 2020. Not returning.

Great experience. I needed urgent help on a Saturday and they made time for me to run over there with my beagle. Everyone is very nice and each of them took the time to explain everything in detail to me about my doggie. Only vet office I will be using!

Dr. Busster and the staff are fabulous. A clean facility and conveniently located off Sheridan St. Very dedicated Vets and assistants on staff. Excellent customer service. Our dogs love boarding there and we are always relieved when we travel knowing they’re in good hands.

Joanna is an awesome vet .. she truly knows what she's doing and really cares for your dog and even remembers your dog's name... She's the best... Kim is another wonderful person she is so welcoming and cares about you and your dog as well...

I decided to go to this vet out of desperation. I have an older golden retriever (14 years old), so I know that my dog is getting older and with that health problems such as lossing muscle and strength come into play. He has been a very healthy dog!!! I only wanted him to recieve his annual vaccines. They denied to vaccine him unless I paid $564.00 for blood work and x-rays. When questioned about rabies (state and county mandated vaccine in order to register your dog), they refused until I paid the charge. I just told them to return my dog. They charged me $53.00 to... I have no idea because I told them about a small lump and the vet told me she did not feel anything, strange if you did an overall physical exam. Our usual vet was able to come this morning, gave him his vaccines and was able to locate the lump immediately. Sad that they felt the need to rip you off because your dog is old and they want to draw blood and xrays to find underline conditions. He is old for God sake... I know he is over the limit of his age, let him be and give the owners what they ask for.

Doctor Jhoanna Is amazing with my pet she take care of my Turbo for 16 years & now my Siria for many years to come, we live very far away but is worth it to drive there and be treated very professional , her staff is also amazing and care. Yamila Manzur

AMAZING, OUTSTANDING, COMPASSIONATE, DEDICATED, I can continue on and on and on on how pleased and grateful I am for Dr. Bustter and her staff. I began taking my baby ~1.5 yr before he passed away at the age of 14.5 yr. Throughout his final days, Dr. Bustter and her staff took such a good care of my first son all the way until the end. The way that he was treated was so humane and the way she approached the situation was so thoughtful. She explained to me all the options, taking me step by step on what she suggested doing and the cost associated with each test. She begins with the least expensive and intrusive as he was a senior dog. Dr. Bustter was clear on not setting false expectations but she was kind as well. When the day came to make the decision, we were not rushed to say good-bye. We spent over 2 hrs. with our little one. As a matter of fact, she had seen my baby the day before and told me "I don't have any openings tomorrow, but if something happens to him, bring him immediately and call me when you're on your way". And that's exactly what I did. When I got to the parking lot, a technician was already outside waiting for me and by the time I locked my car and went inside, he had already an oxygen mask on. She and her staff made those last hours so comfortable and peaceful for him. What else can I ask for! Almost a year after, our hearts were opened to a new little guy. Needless to say, she's her new "pediatrician". On our first visit, we got assigned the last room that my previous baby was in, as I struggled to get there, her staff immediately offered for me to wait outside while they got the other room ready for us. How kind of their part to be so accommodating! I didn't take the offer but just the thought and intentions of doing it let you know how much they care and enjoy about what they do. Thanks again Dr. Bustter and all your friendly, caring, and kind staff : )

I took my 12 year old Mini Schnauzer Pixie into Dr. Buster. It was time to let her go. The experience couldn't have been better. She was very comforting about the euthanasia. As Pixie passed and I wept, the doctor gave me a comforting rub on my shoulder. Thank you for making this easy for me

So caring and compassionate! I brought my 6 month old Frenchton in after he injured his leg since my regular vet couldn’t see him soon enough. Dr. Bustter and her staff were so caring with my injured pup. Dr. Bustter took the time to thoroughly explain his injury, including taking me to the back to show me the X-ray. He had to have orthopedic surgery and she explained all of my options to me. Since his surgery, I’ve taken him back in to have his nails trimmed and for round worm treatment. Each time, I’ve been treated with the same professional, caring, and compassionate manner. I love that they don’t just tell you ‘this is what’s wrong’. Dr. Bustter and her staff explain everything and really take the time to get to know you and your pet. Highly recommend them!

We hardly write a review, but we are so thankful to have had Dr. Bustter taken care of our cat Bagera this past Monday. Dr. Bustter is one of the most knowledgeable, compassionate and professional veterinarians we have ever met. Sarah, the receptionist, was so kind and courteous . Similarly, Jessica, the vet technician, was so diligent and helpful. Sarah was able to accomodate us in the late afternoon as a new patient eventhough the office was very busy. We truly appreciate the fact that Dr. Bustter conducted a thoroughly exam and provided our cat with the treatment she needed, without putting her through unnecessary procedures as other vets tend to do. In addition, Dr. Bustter was so gentle handling our cat. She also took her time to explain our cat's medical condition and answer all the questions we had. We highly recommend Dr. Bustter. This was my dogs’ (4of them) doctor back in 2015 in Miami. We found her now in Pembroke Pines and we are willing to drive from Miami Shores to this location just because of Dr. Bustter. She is knowledgeable and compassionate, she treats the pet owners like family. One of my dogs has a big mass that I’ve not trusted anyone else to remove it and Dr. Bustter is doing the surgery in May and that gives us peace of mind as we know he’ll be in great hands! If you need a good vet go here! They won’t try to overcharge you with unnecessary procedures or tests. They will do what’s necessary to make your pet feel better but, they will not bully you into doing more tests unless they are necessary. We are looking forward to bringing all 4 of our dogs to her moving forward!

Professional, friendly, amazing! Anytime I have needed a last minute appointment or had an emergency Laguna Isles Vet had always worked with me and made it happen. I have never had a pet that loved going to the vet and my dog loves it there! Highly recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with Dr Bustter. She is very caring and compassionate. She takes her time with all of our pets at every visit. When we had to put our old man down, she actually came to the house so that he could fall asleep in the comfort of his own bed. She loves our pets like they’re her own.

The price is pretty reasonable for the area. I haven't been there often but I've never had to wait. The people who work here are what makes this place. They are pretty awesome!

I like Dr. Bustter. I was originally with Dr. Jaar who owned this practice and then sold it to Dr. Bustter. She is a very compassionate and capable vet. She always spent a good deal of time with me and my dog. Unfortunately, my dog had a persistent UTI that was not improving, and this clinic is an hour from my home, so I sought a second opinion before returning to Dr Bustter to perform the surgery to remove a cancerous tumor in my dog's bladder. Prior to this surgery, my dog's prognosis was not good, but she has just had her 6 month check-up, and so far is cancer free. I do attribute this to the capable hands of Dr. Bustter, and the kind folks who work at this vet hospital.
