They don't answer phones or emails, would have booked 2 weeks gladly.

I sent a booking request twice, to be able to book an appointment, but they never replied to me.

Just wanted to say to all the reviewers complaining about their hours it clearly says they are open 11-1. Call at that time if you want to speak to someone. We have put our cats here twice and it's the only place we really feel at ease with them while we are away. I can't imagine putting our babies in a cage for 3 days. I don't know what we would do without Meowlux.

This place is a joke! I have emailed dozens of times, my mother has emailed/called and no one has responded! Worst customer service ever.

Their ownership/management is laughable. They will spend hours arguing like little children on Facebook and here on Google to people who voice their unhappiness with their "care." I wouldn't bring a cat here if they offered a free stay.

We loved service and price. Have leaved 2 cats for very long time (around 1.5 month and 2 weeks) and they were happy. Convenient payment options. They also speak Russian, if you need this. Thank you, guys!

This was the 2nd time for our kitties. They seemed to be really happy with their stay again. They didn't want to leave ????. If they like Meow lux....that's our choice.

Our cats have stayed in almost every room and we are always amazed at how spacious and tidy everything is. They just adore Ana and follow her around as soon as we let them out of their carriers. We were able to check in on both kitties every day through the PetCube app during our month-long trip to New Zealand last year. I was surprised at the clarity of the video and it even lets you record photos/videos as cute souvenirs of their stay. I missed them so much but felt like I was with my furbabies the whole time. Ana and Joey would also send me email updates when I asked about them. Their new favorite room is the Rainforest Suite. My cats don’t always get along with each other and this room is perfect because there are enough places for them to explore or sleep separately.

I’ve been trying to set up a tour of the facility to see the place where my kitten would be staying while we are away or out of town. It took almost a month to get any kind of response from the facility. I emailed two times, called, and then reached out to them via Facebook all one week apart. I was given the run around as to how I should wait to do a tour of the facility until I’ve had my kitten several months. When I explained that I wanted to know my options as far as boarding facilities for my kitten and how I’d like to be prepared and not leave everything last minute, I was told that they may not even be able to “accommodate” my kitten. I asked what that meant and the receptionist proceeded to tell me that if my cat has to be bathed every day or have the room temperature at a certain temp they won’t be able to accommodate. I explained I never asked for accommodations, they have never even seen my cat! All in all I don’t recommend this boarding facility. At $60/night you would think they would have amazing customer service and be able to cater to all cat breeds. How difficult is it to feed and take care of one kitten? I would look elsewhere if you have a purebred cat. Their website makes you think that they can take care of all of your cat’s needs but in reality they only want to board Specific types of cats, and obviously kittens are too much for this facility.

Very kind staff, clean and 24 hour surveillance on your cats. i strongly recommend their services if you plan on going away and needing a place to care for your furry loved ones.

Comfortable cat hotel with tv and ip camera. Great to monitor youŕ cat anytime, anywhere

The best comfortable place to hosting your pets while you are away. Not in cages like other places, but in they owm Luxury room, quiet like at home.

If you're going out of town, this is the best place for your cats! Never going any place else. It is literally a hotel catering to cats only. My cats deserve more than just a little cubby hole. This place is exceptionally beautiful and spacious and you can tell the owner really loves cats. This was my 3rd time using this place. I'm glad I found it.

Awful experience. Called two months ahead to secure a “great boarding experience” for my older cat while we were on a cruise. Never received confirmation but was told to call when we got to Florida. Arrived in Florida, emailed 3 times, called 4 times, left 2 messages explaining I needed to hear from them so I could plan when, how to take cat to them. Not one word until the day before we were to drop her off. They called to verify we would bring her in for the 12 days. No way, no how, if they can’t get back to me after all my attempts how well are they going to take care of my cat? Found a Great place with attached vet hospital. Cat did wonderful. They loved her. Definitely do not recommend Meowlux. Not even sure they are legit.

If you want only the best while you have to be away from your furry baby, look no further. My furry baby, Bella, had the great fortune to stay with Ana at Meowlux for 2 months this past summer. We were renovating our home and we weren’t going to be able to keep our Bella with us. We wanted the most loving environment for her. Ana and her husband far exceeded our expectations every day Bella was in her care. I was extremely stressed from our renovations not going as planned. Probably the only thing I didn’t worry about was Bella. When our family came to visit Bella, we observed how much each and every cat means to Ana. She and her husband, Joey are the best surrogate parents you could ever hope for. We are so grateful to them for showing such love, compassion and kindness not only to Bella, but to our family.

Friendly staff. Really clean and well kept facility. Ana put my mind at ease about leaving my baby there. Went on vacation more relaxed knowing she was in good hands. High recommend MeowLux!

The best cat pet hotel!! My cat had a great time while I was away. You can tell they really care. Ana had great suggestions and feedback on things I can improve to keep my kitty healthy, such as mixing water with her food to make sure she is hydrated. The rooms are huge, clean, and comfy for each cat. There is even a playroom! My cat took well to the staff who are sweet and caring and know their stuff! I felt comforted knowing my cat was in good hands while I was away. I definitely trust them to take care of her if I ever need her to stay somewhere again.

Love, love, love this place! As a repeat customer, I have had the pleasure of Ana and Joey's great service. It is obvious that they genuinely care for their boarders, the facility is extremely clean and well looked after, and they are very attentive to the needs of their clients (both furry and human). They even sent us photo updates of our cat during her stay. Also being a cat only location really decreased our cat's boarding stress and the option to have Pet Cube access was awesome! We loved being able to check up on her. I definitely recommend and will continue to use them in the future!

I absolutely love this cat hotel! It's located right next to the port/airport and it's boarding for cats only. The owners are friendly and easy to deal with. We're so relieved to have such a convenient, wonderful place to take our Holly when we're out of town.

Good automobile for those days when you just want to feel different

Called over a week ago and have not had the courtesy of a return call. If they don't call you back, how well do they pay attention to your cat?

Amazing facilitie for leaving your special furry family members while you are away. We enjoyed the pet cam feature to help put our minds at ease.

This is the absolute best kitty boarding hotel, with kitty TV, an APP where I can see, talk & laser play with my 3 kitties when I am traveling. This is like Kitty Camp with all the comforts you can imagine. Each is decorated with its own theme. They have play time, watch birds, fish, and butterflies on kitty TV, have their own kitty climbing furniture, and are spoiled like the finest spa! My 3 babies are scheduled to visit again in a month & this will be their 3rd stay. I am relaxed to know they are so well cared for. I highly recommend this facility, spa, hotel to all who need a vacation and want their kitties to have a safe and enjoyable vacation too!!

Amazing Amazing Amazing. This place is terrific. Very clean, the girl workingets their was super friendly and respectful. Location is good and the rooms aren't some cramped up right cages but are actual luscious clean rooms. Best place for your cat to stay.

They did a fine job, even would have evacuated our kitty (hurricane Irma), but we picked her up. She seemed to be happy with the facility and the people. We will use their services again.

I'm sure this rating will move to 5 starts once our furry feline has her stay at MeowLux. We arrived and did a walk through to see if this may be a place for boarding options for our cat. Very impressive!! We love the layout,decor and overall atmosphere of MeowLux. Owners/staff was so very friendly and made sure we had time to explore and discuss our cats anticipated stay. We paid our deposit and set up her dates of boarding. Mid you, our cat in an indoor vat with the exception of a screened in porch for her to fresh air and experience a bit of the outdoors. She has never been away from home overnight and this will be a big deal for her. We feel confident she will be in great hands. Looking forward to updating this review after her stay. So far we feeling very confident in our choice of MeowLux.

Ana is wonderful! The facility is spotless and I was able to check in and see my cat any time I wanted via Petcube. The suites are absolutely adorable. You can tell Ana - and her husband- really care about their guests. I saw both of them playing with my kitty when I checked in via video. They even brought in a special bed for him because he's such a big boy ???? and they wanted him to be comfortable. I'm so happy to have found Meow Lux and would recommend it without hesitation.
