Back in May, I arrived to Ferbers with my Tammy dying on me, this people were only doing curbside even though covid vaccines were out. I was desperate and left my car right in the middle of the parking lot to rush in, I knocked desperately because my dog was dying ... when they finally opened the door the staff was very rude and started to ask a bunch of questions when the first thing I stated was that she was dying , after a few minutes a DR (not Ferber) came out and took her to the back because she heared that I was desperate... the front desk staff was careless and instead of helping they were very resistant knowing it was an emergency, they even said "oh you haven't being here in a while"...my 4 dogs (now 3) got vaccinated in there but we normally treat them at a friend's clinic... regardless; it was an emergency and that staff showed no care whatsoever. even though that this clinic is just minutes away I will never ever take them to that place. I had the opportunity to speak to DR. Ferber but nothing in the world will change that experience. it was traumatic.

Best place in town,would recomend to everyone, my vet since 1985.

First time going there by a recommendation from West Broward High Vet program, as Dr Ferber will see a Guinea pig. Brought Howard in for evaluation. Was given a diagnosis and medication with a 50 50 chance of survival. The office called 2 times a day to check on him. Unfortunately he passed a few days later. They were very compassionate in their treatment and words. If my dogs current vet ever disappoints, I will be bringing more work to Dr Ferber.

Although everything is currently curbside pickup, Dr. Ferber and staff still maintain excellent patient care towards the animals and their humans. Hopefully, we will be through this soon.

Dr. Ferber is very knowledgeable and the staff are very friendly and professional. My wait time was a bit long but worth it. Make an appt.

I have been bringing my fur babies here for 15 years. The staff always is friendly honest and supportive. I would not go anywhere else. Dr Ferber and Dr P. Are great.

I have been using Dr Ferber office in Pembroke Pines for almost a year now. I have not had any issues. I have two Pyrenees dogs which total almost 500# together and they always handle them with care. They love on them and are very kind. With Covid, when you arrive you call the office and they come out and get your fur babies. Once the doctor sees them, the office will call with feedback and take your payment. Shortly after that they will bring your animal back out to you. When we would go in the office (prior to Covid), I have always had great experiences with the Vets. Michelle (front office) is exceptionally helpful and kind!

Very good veterinarian care for your animals

It's a very professional place, filled with wonderful doctors and nurses for animals. I brought my 2 dogs there recently, and they checked everything, from their skin to their blood to their heart and other organs. In the end, they found a bug that both of them had in their body and prescribed them pills that worked wonderfully. I highly recommend this hospital for all of your pet's health needs

Well, let's start with low brow staff they have working the front desk. They rather gossip to each other instead of taking care of the customers apparently. Worse than cackling chickens. Waited over 25 minutes just to check out. WITH NOBODY IN LINE!   As for the vet services, looks like they only care about pushing useless tests to make money.  Spent almost $700.00 for a cat with diarrhea for overpriced tests and x rays so far and no positive results for 7 days. They "suggested" possible kidney disease. 6 months have now passed and the cat recovered pretty much on his own. This place is definately losing its' reputation quickly. Kiss my business and my cats ass good bye.

Great vet. Takes great care of my ferrets.

Ju rule, my Sweet little pug wasn't feeling well but after the visit my pockets were lighter but my Ju rule was feeling better GREAT VISIT.
