Dr. Rupp is caring, kind, and honest. It's always great to have a Vet that is like that and tells you how things are. Also works with exotics which makes him that much more qualified. The techs are super kind as well, make the visits a bit better.

Dr Rupp and his staff are the most loving, caring individuals you would ever want to meet. They treat your pets as if they were theirs and the service and prices they offer are amazing. We love our Vet

My family and I are extremely satisfied and impressed with the level of service we received from Animal House. We took our two Guinea girls for their first wellness exams today utilizing curbside service which was seamless. After examination, Dr. Rupp called via phone to discuss their progress and minor skin condition. He reviewed our options and gave his recommendations. He was extremely thorough, informative and it really showed that he cared about the well being of our girls. As a first time Guinea family, we had several questions and Dr. Rupp took the time to educate us and answer each question we had. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions. It shows that Animal House loves what they do. We are so grateful that we chose Animal House for the care of our girls and will certainly return. Thank you!

Brought my pet bunnies here, this vet is extremely knowledgeable, gives you the information you were looking for and much more you didn't know you needed. He corrected all the misinformation and guidance the previous vet gave us that caused our bunnies so many problems.

They've been my vets for YEARS; wouldn't trust my fur babies with anyone else!

They helped treat my pet ferret. It took a big longer than expected but it’s understandable since he was badly wounded. Very nice staff and great vets!

good attention from the receptionists but I have to say I got there with my ferret for a black tooth the doctor tells me that it is broken and he affirm it after see it a second time because I could not believe. They wanted to charge $ 1300 to take it out or if Not that could happen cause other diseases. It turns out that my ferret has a superficial plaque on the tooth that came out easy with cleaning this thanks to another wonderful doctor. I just want to say do not trust what this doctor says clearly what they want is your money and do not mind removing teeth that do not have to be removed. I love animals and make me sick vets like this one that don’t care.

My daughter took her rabbit here for a check up. When we got it back, we noticed the back legs would not move. We called them and they said it wasn't them. Went to Coral Springs Animal Hospital to find out the rabbit's spine had been fractured and we had to put it to sleep. This place is a butcher shop.

This place is amazing. Very clean, very professional. Anais which is a member of the staff, was very kind and showed compassion and the want to help out a baby kitten that had been hit by a car, and took him in for treatment. I thank Dr. Greg Rupp for taking in the kitten and i believe what he is doing in his office is a beautiful thing. I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for a great Veterinarian, who puts the animal care as number 1. If you can make any donations to their office it would be wonderful regardless the amount. Every little donation helps with the animals that they have taken in.

Words cannot possibly begin to describe the utmost level of attention, love, and care, my fur-baby and I have received from Animal House. I’m dumbfounded people like them still exist. My little prick is difficult to handle, but OH...MY...GOD, BECKY, he fell in love as did I. Moreover, I was shocked at how cost-effective the estimate came to be. These guys don’t do it for the money; they purely love all animals and are there to do exactly that. I brought my beardie in here at the start of this week and came in for a second visit today because she isn’t doing too well. The staff here is very knowledgeable, caring and extremely helpful. They’ve made an appointment for us(even though we called last minute) and immediately started treatments for our reptile baby. They’ve supplied us with a lot of information in regards to taking care of our girl and trying to get her better. I’m really hopeful and happy with their service here and will definitely also be bringing my dog here in the future for her check ups as well.

Dr. Rupp, Pam, and the entire Animal House staff are absolutely the best!! We have been with Dr. Rupp since 2013 or so and have always received the best care for our dogs. When we lost our oldest dog in October of last year, they showed us an outpouring of love and support you would never find at an ordinary vet’s office. They love our current dog like he was their own, which makes boarding him there so much easier. Very clean, always prompt, and always willing to fit you in for last minute or emergency appointments. The absolute best vet ever!!!

Recently switched to Animal House. Very caring, easy to talk to group of caregivers. Very accessible - texted on a weekend and got an immediate response. A visiting dog got sick and they were very accommodating. Our little Cockapoo adores Pam and Josh. Dr Greg Rupp and team are highly recommended!!!!

Dr. Rip came highly recommended by one of our friends. We had been told to get some really expensive testing done for one of our dogs. Well as a third maybe even 4th vet opinion he told me absolutely not to get the test that it was a huge waste of money and the only vet who made my pup better. Never going anywhere else for a vet again.
