My dog Mina was ill she still is but they were kind and let her be seen the prices were about what you would expect for a vet it's very clean and the vet and staff are very nice I'm glad I picked this place to bring my baby ????

Extremely dissatisfied with this place. You have no idea what they do to your animal because they don’t even let you in to watch what they are doing to your own dog. BEWARE. My dog came out of this place traumatized and scared. I will never come to this place again. Save your money and go to your local vet that will actually let you come in to see what they are doing to you animal. If you really care about your dog. NEVER AGAIN.

What a great experience. The Dr. Caprio is amazing and she was so gentle with our dog. The girls at the front are very professional. They also have a very covid safe environment.

Very disappointed in this vet!! Would not help a cat that was paralyzed! Dropped it off and they called me to come pick it up as the vet was afraid it would bite her!!! It was paralyzed for goodness sake!!! Thanks for nothing!!

Our local vet. They care so much about the pets that visit them, so much so that all the staff remember our puppy name. Highly recommend.

Place was more than helpful and Accommodating..Truly putting the the dog /child before the money..Which is rarely seen in the medical field across the board..Kira had a Nasty injury to her paw and almost lost it..5 visit later and she feels good enough to attack me again..So I guess we're all good now...TAHNK YOU !!))

The staff and the overall service provided at this place is true to its name, Caring Hands. I am so grateful that my cats go to such a special facility. They have always treated my cats and me with such professionalism and more than just my vet, they are friends. Thank you Dr. B and staff for always treating us the way you do!

I am hoping for this place to get close since it's been a scenario where many of our babies have been abused by that Doctor. Do not step in here. He is all over the news. This place should be CLOSED immediately!!!

I love Dr Bustamante, I came to this practice for her. She is the best, very kind with my poppy and very professional, she love her patient and try the best for them

The nurses can't take blood, after a few attempts they took her to another room so she can scream quietly, and the Dr didn't diagnose this properly, it felt like just running our bill high pushing for x-rays and anesthesia? So I bounced, and went to VEG a few min drive, they gave her an IV. The swelling was down after 2 hours. My original self-diagnose that our dog got stung by something maybe a bee was right. I'm giving 2 stars because i understand how difficult it is to really know what is happening, but x-rays and anesthesia? Wrong.

I am saddened to have to leave this review. I never would have known about the charges and subsequent guilty plea and sentencing of Dr Madden had I not seen the story on the news. What was infuriating was the amount of time it took to get any kind of notification from the owner of Caring Hands about what had taken place. Secondly, when the letter finally arrived months later, it did little to offer any information about what happened. I am very upset and wonder what took place to my girls when I had to drop them off during Covid and was not allowed in with them. I feel, at the very least, they (caring hands) should have offered us the information on whom to contact from the investigation to see if our fur babies could have been victims on film or in his conversations. I can no longer with clear conscious bring my babies here

Dr. Madden has been having relations with dogs, he uploaded some videos too Dropbox. Please be careful with your dogs.

Not recommend it! they only want to charge you even for the air... u$ 1033 just to "check " the dog !

Always love this place and they are always helpful and supportive. Took care of my 14yo doggie and my baby kitten so well.

Great experience! We took our dog Lalo to Caring Hands Hospital for an international travel certificate and we got a wonderful help. We specially felt happy about the customer service we got from the reception to the final examinations. I thought my dog needed to be euthanized and I could not get an appointment with my own veterinarian. I brought him into Caring Hands who were so sensitive and informed me my dog wasn't ready. He's been fine ever since. I will not return to my former vet who was too busy for such an important appointment.

This is a great place. They are so caring and they ensure your pet and you are safe during the whole visit. They also handle pets with great care.

Dr. Bustamante, Bree and the amazing staff are the absolute best. I've been taking my dog to numerous vets throughout the years and the very first visit Bustamante noticed a mass on my dogs neck prior vets didn't see before. Even taking my dog to other vets to get a second opinion they didn't even notice it. Based on her experience and Bree's amazing support I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. My dogs care and treatment are in the BEST hands.

I don’t recommend this place They are money hungry they don’t care about our beloved pets!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. we came from New Jersey to Florida my little miniature Pinscher felt sick, after taking my time looking at reviews I selected this place to take care of my 6 years old dog, BIG MISTAKE!!! They gave me an appointment at 9:30 I was there at 9 they made me wait for an hour to get in than they said they need a little blood test before giving pain medication to my dog I paid the over $200 (total bill over $300) just for the blood test, the lady who took the blood sample could not find any blood on my dog’s first foot so went to the other one making my dog feel even worst. They told me to wait about 30 mnts for the results this was around 10:30 am at 12 I went to ask what happened since more then 30 minutes passed they came out after 10 mnts to tell me the machine broke and couldn’t run the test and told me to wait another 30 mnts since they were gonna do it again in the little machine. Around 1 pm they came out to give me only 3 pills when I paid for 5. The time to go back to New Jersey came and the 3 pills were gone I went back to tell them to give me the extra two pills since the trip could cause pain to my little one and they said they went out of rymadil in the milligrams required for my dogs size and they could not cut the big ones and that I would have to pay for everything again since she would need another kind of pills. I got mad and told them I would give them bad reviews which I’m doing right now and magically they found the two pills they said they didn’t have and cut two pills in four pieces each.

I needed to find another vet for my 3year old ????????because I couldn't get any appointments that conflicted with my schedule, I passed by carings hands animal hospital ,they got me in on Sunday ,wasn't so sure but I'm glad I did they are caring professional and made my boy feel so much better , this will be my togo place.

I have been to many different veterinary clinics seeking help to find out what was causing the decline in my dogs health, but coming here was a different experience. Everyone I have interacted with actually seems to really care about their patients and truly listened. Their knowledge and attention to detail is the best I’ve encountered in 15 years. I am truly grateful to have found such a wonderful veterinarian. Thank you so much!

I dropped off my dog at 12 for an annual check up, at 6 pm when i called wondering whats going on they didn't even look at my dog. I was offered a second doctor and the same thing happened. They wanted to give him a rabies vaccine even though he has a valid rabies tag on his collar and the vet has all his paperwork. Stay away from this place!!! And please search about them on the news, the vet director is in jail as of 03/2021 , just a disgusting place

My Labrador Retriever has always been treated with love by the folks at Caring Hands. Both vets are outstanding and the staff has always been responsive and helpful. I've been bringing my dog since he was a puppy and I've always had confidence he would get the best care.

Very loving and caring towards you pets !

I have brought my cat in since he was a kitten and was happy with the service. I recently tried to schedule an appointment after he was straining to urinate. I called to get an appointment and was told the soonest appointment would be about a week away. Many people have sick pets and can't wait that long. They then told me I could drop him off for an extra $30.00 as an emergency visit. I had to find him a new vet and found out my cat has struvite crystals which could be life threatening. I really liked this establishment and very disappointed that they don't have the capacity to care for sick pets in a timely manner like they used to. I left a message with staff for management to call me back and never received a call from them.
