Worst groomer and customer service. Fake dogs: lie about real breeds. The groomer traumatized my puppy!

Joseph needs a lesson in customer service. This place is run like a zoo. The staff is rude. Plenty of other shops in town for quality grooming, this is NOT one of them.

I brought my pup to get groomed for the first time here. WOW what amazing service. Everyone was so kind and gentle with my Benny. The store is clean and pleasant as well. I highly suggest Puppy Plus.

I’m not sure why all the positive reviews??? Be very careful buying a puppy from here! We lost our sweet Mini Aussie due to sudden liver failure at the age of 4. He just turned 4 actually. They are saying it was more than likely genetic. Found out our breeder was Donna Brown in Missouri. Please do your research on her she runs a puppy mill/factory. She does not care about her dogs/puppies. Check out her place, the conditions are so bad. I am begging you please please do your research. I am so thankful and blessed that we were fortunate to have our baby with us, but the thought of him being so young just breaks my heart.

They did the best job grooming my dog with a20% discount for first visit.

I love this place. We bought our first Cavapoo from this store two years ago and have had the best first puppy experience! We came back on Sunday and picked up the cutest female Cavapoo. Everyone was super helpful at the store and ensured we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an adorable puppy!!

i ended up taking home a chihuahua and she’s the best! i come here to get my mastiff bathed too and the service is definitely 5 stars. she’s healthy and i’m extremely happy with the service (: thank you!

I recently bought a cavapoo from here and the staff is absolutely phenomenal, professional, and super friendly. The grooming staff is also well trained and very helpful, they explained thoroughly how to care for my new puppy and how to brush her. If you’re looking to buy a puppy/ find a groomer please look no further. When the time is right I’ll definitely be back to purchase my 2nd.

Okay, I'm going to be totally honest. We had been shopping around for a puppy for 2 days. Came upon this store via the internet. Walked in there and immediately fell in love with the environment. It was clean and the dogs were clean. Cleanliness is a big deal for me, because I won't get a dog if it looks like it'll be too messy. The store guy gave us a lot on information that we appreciate that. The price was amazing, but my spouse wanted to shop around some more. Went to another store, but it could not compare to this one. Therefore, tomorrow we'll be going back to get our puppy. Great job guys!!!

Terrible service. Went this weekend to get a puppy. Store wasn't even that busy so they can't use that as an excuse. The staff completely ignored us. I said good afternoon when we walked in- nothing. We walked around to look at the puppies. No one ever came to ask if we needed help. My son went to wait by the register to see if someone would let us see some puppies and again they completely ignored him. Instead they helped these people that walked in afterward . I guess my money wasn't green enough for them. It's ok. I'll go get my 2 puppies somewhere else.

We browse the store quite often because they always have the cutest puppies. We recently bought our second dog from Puppy Plus. The owner really cares about all of the dogs and it shows! Our new puppy is amazing- healthy, smart cute and exactly as promised. Our whole family loves our mini poodle so much and we could not be happier. The whole process working with Puppy Plus was great from start to finish and we highly recommend them if you want to add a loving new member to your family.

We have purchased 4 dogs from here and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Our dogs even come every 2 weeks for baths with Juan. Wonderful staff on both sides of the store. The best part is my dogs love to come back and are treated like family upon entering the store.

First time there. Went for a look at the puppies, not expecting to leave with one but it was love at first site. Owner or manager was superb in providing information about the pup.

I wasn’t thrilled with the conversation I had when I was speaking to a store clerk. I have a particular temperament of a dog and I was looking not for a specific breed, but wanted to find a temperament that would pair well with our current dog. The clerk couldn’t understand why I didn’t already know what breed I wanted and was condescending with her demeanor. The next day I went to Heavenly Puppies in Boca and bought the sweetest Cavapoo! Heavenly took the time to listen to what I was looking for, my budget, and helped to show me the dogs that would pair well with my current dog. I would never come back to puppies plus.

Love Puppy Plus. Can't enough about the personnel, both the groomers and other staff. Always helpful and polite. Can't believe how well my dogs behave when I take them for grooming. They obviously are comfortable with the groomers and are always beautiful when I pick them up. I have purchased a mini Australian shepherd from there and my son has purchased a blue heeler. They are beautiful dogs and have no health issues. So happy to have found a great place, and definitely recommend it to anyone, for both possible puppy purchase and grooming. Best place I have ever been.

We got our Lacey In February and I can’t say enough good things! She is so healthy and we really hit the jackpot with her! She is my heart. On the day before I made my decision, Abby allowed me to hold and play with her for over four hours! Wow. Great staff that are caring and make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend this place

Had an awesome experience with this company. I made a few calls after seeing the Cavapoo my partner and I wanted on their website since I wanted to have all the information I needed since I don't live close to Parkland. They clarified all the questions we had while being super nice through the whole process. They keep their puppies clean, safe and healthy. Would definitely recommend!

We had to wait about 8mintues before it was someone who looked like they worked there. It was a man that sat on the other end of the room that seen us waiting for help. Later as we walked out we noticed that he was an employee. We touch the puppies that didn't have a sign saying not to touch. Not until the last minute we seen the sign that stated sanitize before touching the puppies.. I felt so bad I didn't see it before hand. I won't so much say that they are rude but I will say that they are not friendly nor professional. I asked the lady in there about prices and it looked as if she gave me a price off the top of her head. I don't like places that don't show the amount in the window I see it as taking advantage of some then others. And a lot of shops I been to are doing it now.

I got my puppy here today... of course I'm obsessed with my beautiful Brownie, but to write this review, if I could talk about something, I would talk about Abby.. she helped us with EVERYTHING!!! Well, I have one word to Abby: AMAZING ???? ???? ❤ She really love all the dogs, gave us honest and precise inputs.. overall, I would definitely recommend this place because of Her! ♥️ (here are some pictures of my puppy so you can fill your heart with Joy looking to this cutie ????)

We found the perfect dog for our family, a Bernedoodle. (Bernese Mountain Dog and Standard Poodle mix) Our puppy came with official papers from the breeder she came from, she even has a champion grandfather. The process for adopting her was fantastic. The workers were helpful and true dog lovers who loved and cared for all of the puppies. I can speak very positively of this Puppy’s Plus location.

I bought my golden doodle here 2 1/2 years ago and since then I put her under tha bubbles and brush program they have. I'm so happy with their services with my baby. She loves them, always she is well cared. Never had a single problem. Best place to bring your dog and know that the people who works there, love what their are doing. I couldn't be happier.

way too pricey i am allergic to dogs and in different stores the maltipoos and goldendoodles cost up to 400 hundred dollars but there it is so much more if they lowered their price there would be so many customers and they would gain more …

I didn't get my per here, even if my kid really pushed me..., but it's still a great place for some supplies and accessories.

This is in response to the big review left below. I am the person who was buying a puppy at the time this lady decided to insult the owner in the middle of our conversation. I was never insulted or talked down to by the owner. He was explaining to me everything about puppies when out of nowhere this lady interrupted us by insulting him. What happened after is unbelievable and completely unnecessary. I ended up buying a beautiful puppy. I would definitely recommend this store.

Clean, friendly staff, adorable & healthy puppies, and excellent groomers! Would recommend to anyone!
