Ella did a wonderful job on my standard poodle. Very detailed and personable. I have tried several mobile pet groomers and happy to find Laundromutt for all my future dog grooming needs.

I have been with Ella for 9 years. We currently 2 Maltese and 1 Shelty. Previously we had another 2 Maltese. So Ella has been taking caring of 5 members of our family. She has instrumental in helping me with my puppies. She is patient and slowly helps me acclimate my Maltese to grooming and having a GREAT experience. Since Maltese are groomed for life this really important. She also listen to our needs and the needs of the dog and takes the time needed to have a BEAUTIFUL doggie after she is done. I ADVISED THIS WOMAN SHE COULD NOT KISS OUR DOG! & SHE NEVER RESPONDED . I FOLLOWED UP & ASKED IF SHE’D RECEIVED MY TEXT AND HER REPLY WAS SHE’S NEVER HAD ANYONE TELL HER SHE COULDN’T KISS THERE DOG SO WE’RE NOT A GOOD FIT! IT’S OUR RIGHTS AS THE OWNERS TO RESTRICT WHAT EVER WE WANT WITH OUR PET THAT WE PAID OVER 3K FOR!!! NEVER USE THIS LOSER!!!
