At this point, shut the whole company down. Working at this store was miserable and toxic. Corporate doesn't care about your concerns with the people there specifically Mike. And Priya is a child. I wouldn't recommend working at store 187 to anybody and i feel bad for the people that do.

Cailyn and Sherry on a Sunday -outstanding customer service . Fantastic pet shopping experience in store with multiple special orders and hard to find items - they bent over backwards ! Be nice to your sales associates -they are in school and may be your veterinarian some day .

Came there five people working there and nobody would help they are all standing up front behind the counter

Priya is amazing! She always goes above and beyond to help me. She is extremely knowledgeable about animals and is able to answer questions in detail and educate customers on how to better care for their pets.

An “apology” would indicate a willingness to correct a negative action. I decided to give your store another try today (4/24) but evidently your apology was as sincere as your cut and paste response to your reviews.

Just left Pet Supermarket on State Rd.7,Store #187,Had an incredible experience way store representative Jay Georges,George's, customer service experience of my life,this young man is as sharp as they come,Profesional, knowledgeable, respectful, and pretty darn cool ???? My first time doing business there but not my last. Awesome job Jay,you set a fine example for young people to follow.Thanks a million

They are always out of what I need; especially on Senior discount days. It's like they hide the good stuff to save the 10%!

Pet supermarket is here to stay their prices are very competitive and unmatched in the pet and service industry you can actually wash / shower your dog at certain pet supermarkets for a nominal fee.

The worst service I have ever encountered by the pet groomer and also the store manager. I will never go back there again after so many years of being a faithful customer, I am finally done with this establishment.

So today my grand daughter was so excited on getting her first turtle/animal in her life- the excitement was over the top- we went just looking for a simple home - the service that Prya and her team gave us was absolutely AMAZING- Prya made it fun and educated us on the do’s and don’t s of having a pet turtle- she was so knowledgeable and really took the time to explain all that was needed - I was so impressed with her knowledge but more with her ability to really care about my grand daughters first pet- it’s people like this that really make a difference- thank YOU for your kindness and being so authentic with us- we will definitely return to this location!!!

Hve to say that I like shopping in others Pet Supermarket, but this one is terrible! Most of the time I go to this store I found employees being unfriendly, and do not give much attention to customer. They have showed clearly a few times that do not like returns! It seems like they just what money! I got a bag of food and at the cashier the price was much more that it was on tag in the shelf. I asked the manager if she would honor the price posted she refused, and was rude! VERY UMPROFESSIONAL! And tehy do not even apologize for their mistakes... terrible! I avoid shopping there, prefer to shop at other locations. Tip: Pet Smart at compans has a terrific girl who spends long time explaining about food, etc. very professional, patient and kind! Better go there! :)

Very happy with the self serve dog washing stations. The only annoyance that I have is that the stairs leading up tubs are to narrow & can be slippery for a larger dog to maneuver. And the price is the absolute best! We have a 120lbs Rottweiler & he loves everything about his spa days & enjoys the attention he gets while he is out, however the stairs make him nervous when getting in & out of the tub.

The nicest Pet Supermarket I have been in. Staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well organized.

Was at the groomer in the back of the store.The groomer named Teresa was excellent. We will use her service for our dog again

This Pet Supermarket located in Coconut Creek is very clean and well stocked. The employees are always helpful and eager to find what you need. I enjoy coming here.

They do have a clinic inside and all products in the market are good. Arianna the. Floor manager is very nice and friendly. Love to shop there!!
