They are an awesome pet spa. We just moved to the area and we are so very happy. They Responded quickly and they follow up with texts and emails I really appreciate the professionalism and my dog smells and looks beautiful!

Does not provide cat grooming services

As the owner of 4 dogs, bathing and grooming are a top priority for our family. LePaw and Elisa are the best in the business. I have my dogs groomed twice a month and they actually get excited to go in the truck with her. My two labrador retrievers, Morkie and Boston Terrier look like they are ready to walk in the show ring when they are finished with her. More importantly, Elisa Is extremely compassionate, knowledgeable and loving with our pets and our whole family.. She uses top quality products. My dogs have never looked or smelled better. My red lab get so excited when she’s here he wants to sit in the truck with her while the others are groomed.

I’m with Elisa since 2017 since the business open she take care my Cats And My Service Dog from Canine Companion she is reliable and I trust my baby’s to her. 5 start Service ⭐️

I have been using Le Paw Spa for over 6 years. We started with Patricia that was a wonderful groomer. She left. Then it was Yavonne and she was amazing too. She left. Then it was Haylee the owner, but she sold Le Paw Spa not long ago to Elisa. The company has huge turnover. I picked up my dog after the last grooming session and his large canine tooth was hanging by a thread. Before the grooming it was perfectly fine. I know this because I brush his teeth everyday so I check. That night his tooth literally fell out of his mouth. It just makes you wonder how rough they are with the dogs when they groom them. Very disappointed.

Ramon did an absolutely wonderful job on our Golden. Not only does he look good he smells wonderful as well. We will definitely be using his services again in the future. ????????❤️

I have an older rescue dog and she was beautifully groomed and likes the groomer who also likes her! They are the best and I will used them again.

I used them the first time with my new Yorkie puppy and they trimmed him and experience was good.This time I told the same groomer Hailey to do the same trim Cooper and trim the ends.I got Cooper back all his hair was cut off.A 4 month old baby Yorkie hair gone.He is shaking and terrifies. I went off on them and Hailey said oh I misunderstood. I own businesses how do you misunderstood instructions given twice? The owner was nice but it does not make up for what Hailey did. I will never recommend them again. Hailey was the former owner she should know better would be careful using these people. Its sad also the same thing

Very friendly and gave my cat a great hair cut ! It was my cats first time and she was scared, but the lady did a great job calming her and she left happy. Only reason you didnt het 5 stars is i found a flea on her this morning. (In 12 years she has never even left the house so no way she already had them).

If you're like us, we are over-protective fur baby parents. Just the thought of letting someone take our FB away to get groomed was a bit uncomfortable. However, Yvonne takes such good care of our Pom that he actually likes to see her (well sort of) and she him. He comes out looking cute as a button every time. You can tell she loves doing what she does. Thanks Yvonne for taking such good care of Charlie !!!!!

I've been using Le Paw Spa for over a year because my cat was shedding and it was driving me nuts and I didn't know what else to do. Most groomers won't even do cats anymore but I was referred to Haylee and she sent over Trish and she is great. Very nice and you can tell she loves her job. I'm a man so it's really worth it not having to clean cat hair off my clothes. And the trouble of clipping nails and making sure my cat is clean and healthy. Can't believe someone gave her a low rating. Never can imagine why.

Warning to potential customers. I just now had a negative experience with this company. They tried to add on $30.00 to my bill after grooming because our dog had fleas. I tried to explain that handing our dog back to us and adding $30.00 to the bill was not fair. If they want to raise the price on me they should get my approval first. I refused to pay the extra price and offered to pay what I normally pay them and they refused to accept my offer to pay the normal price I always pay. The owner then threatened to call police. The owner called the police and police arrived. The police said she could accept my offer to pay what I paid normally or she can take me to court for the difference. The owner said charging me a higher price is a financial incentive to use flea medicine on my dog. She begrudgingly accepted an $85.00 payment from me. I explained that we use flea medicine regularly and wash her bedding. She said she is going to have to tear apart her grooming van because of our dog. I said I was using flea medicine from the pet store and she said that doesn't work and I should know better and that I should use this certain type of flea medicine I've never heard of. She said I signed a waiver that I should know they have the right to raise the price if they find fleas on our dog. I said I didn't read the waiver and had no idea this was going to happen. She told me I was probably thrown out of other grooming places because my dog has fleas. (She's the only groomer we've ever used we normally bathe her ourselves) I said tell me first and get my approval first if you want to charge $110.00 instead of $80.00. She said they do not have an obligation to tell me first before raising the price. The owner motioned towards my house and cars and said by the looks of things I could afford to pay the higher price.

Great service at your home or office really allowing you to pamper your pets and stay productive. My 2 dogs and 2 cats all different breeds with different cuts all look immaculate and actually come out happy rather than stressed. Nobody else will groom one of the dogs because he stresses so badly. Truly a savior and a great find.

Love them so clean and kind

They showed up on time and were very helpful when explaining the kind of cut I wanted for my puppy. It was his first haircut and they texted me right after to let me know when he was done. I loved the haircut and my experi nice with their services was great!
