While I didn't actually use this service, I did had to call Pet Limo Animal service for assistance to regarding to my pet that was arriving in MIA. The representative was very caring and truly tried to assist me even if not a customer by reaching the manager, and the emergency line for the airport. I did they get them! Thank you so much!

Highly recommend!!! Ceci is a real hero!! Our 2 cats were stranded at the airport after their international flight had mechanical issues and had to turn back. However, their next flight was only a few hour away so they couldn’t leave the airport. She received our call for help and jumped into action. She cared for our cats, made sure they were ok, fed and gave them water. She was kind enough to send pictures to ease our worries about their safety. If you have any animal service or care needs- don’t hesitate to call!

Was moving from California to Florida called a few transport services and the only one service that answered was pet limo spoke to Ceci she was very courteous and helpful also has lots of knowledge on what needs to be done .. Furthermore the prices were also very reasonable my 4 dogs made the long trip with ease all thanks to PET LIMO TRANSPORTwould use this service again with ease and I highly recommend them .

I loved Cesi and she made my life easy from start to finish. Not to mention she beat the competitions price as well. No question in my mind that we will be doing business again in the future!

Outstanding service. My dog can be a pain in the butt for some people and not only was he delivered from Miami to Puerto Rico safely, but he was well cared for during the week it took me to move there. Additionally, I had called last minute and was helped same day, then I continued to receive updates throughout the whole process. When I received my dog at the SJ airport, I spoke with the other owners and they had a substantially tougher time transporting their pets during this covid era. I am extremely grateful and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of pet transport.

Our beloved dog Princess passed peacefully at home. Pet Limo was referred to me for the corresponding arrangements. My call was immediately returned by Ceci, who explained everything in a very caring way! The driver who picked up our dog arrived within the estimated time and the most important thing was that he was very gentle with our little friend. Thank you for all your warm compassion!!!

Pet Limo's Ceci literally saved us! The puppy's flight got delayed with the arrival after custom's closes and Ceci was there to save the day! She picked up the dog at the airline, took her for a night, and brought her back the next morning. Ceci was on time, flexible, communicative (including taking pictures every step of the way), patient, and knowledgeable. Her customer service is top-notch and she genuinely cares about animals. I highly recommend Pet Limo!

My experience with Pet Limo was TERRIBLE! My 2 German Shepherd dogs had to stay on December 21st until 22nd, in their facility for (only!) 16 hours and short after they started having runny noses and deep coughing. It was going so far that one was in emergency care fighting for his life. No energy, couldn’t walk or eat anymore and needed constant IV’s and strong medication. Diagnosed also with serve pneumonia! They were seen at VCA Animal Hospital in Miami, which was thankfully saving their life’s. Recovery took until today, January 28th 2020. Finally both are back to normal. The terrible thing is, their condition was contagious and infected also my other dogs! For that price they charge, they should keep dogs separated from each other, so they can’t catch any life threatening diseases.

Absolutely terrible service, they took my dog without my permission, and then wanted us to pay $295 and they would only take cash. Absolutely diabolical service, rude and a bunch of swindlers! Steer well away!! And all of this in the middle of the corvid-19 pandemic, these people have no soul and just want to rip you off! Awful all around!

Honestly very dissatisfied with the extensive price gouging. I have 2 small puppies who were In a kennel together and they charged me $550 to keep them for a couple of hours and when I picked them up they didn’t even have their passport with their medical records that they come with and was told the next day after I had already left Florida that I would have to go back to the airline in Miami and pay another 75$ to get them m. Smh

I have trusted Pet Limo to care for my pets for over 20 years. The owner has always been warm and caring. She always goes the extra mile to make me feel at ease while my pets are in her care. I highly recommend Pet Limo !

Our kitten got panlecopenia after this hotel.. price is horrible... will contact USDA to check them. They don’t look like a legal business...

BE AWERE OF THAT PET LIMO!!! We were forced to use a kennel for our Kitten. This is the only licensed kennel to take quarantine animals from Miami airport. We had no choose to use them because they have a contract with the Miami cargo airport. So we come back next day to the airport to pick up our kitten. The company were very late I was waiting around 4 hours at the Miami airport they charge $295 to be with my kitten that night. I hope never need to do that again.
