Great my dogs are always happy with the experience plus they do a great job

We accidentally showed up there thinking we had set up an appointment, but we were walk ins. They were understanding and very polite. We have a 10yr old akita mix and a 5yr old shitzu mix. They both look better than they ever have. They did exactly what we asked. On the way in and out they were very fast. Prices are amazing I have paid more for worse service. I have found my new dog groomer since moving to florida.

I was taking my small dog for bath in Yuppy Puppy. it was very close to my home and my dog is party disabled. It was perfect arrangement, As per my request they used to give my pup back by one hour if I pick a slow day. It was a perfect arrangement. When I went to pick up my pup on September 6th 2021 Owner ( also front desk assistance ) She told me they are raising two dollar for the bath from next time, today she will charge the same old price since she did not mention the charge before when I drop off the pup. It was okay for me. After I came back home I saw she told me $30 but took $32 from my credit card. Some time I don't get the behavior from her like the one white color skin people gets from her. I never mind because she is a old lady from south Florida. It is difficult to change her mind set. May be next generation we can expect some changes. October 9th when I took my pup I casualty mentioned that she took two dollars more last time and she got freak out she was telling me you are going to argue with me now and flight with me for two dollars. I am her customer and if she is confirming that she is charging $30 and took $32 I think I have the right to let her know her mistake. I am not asking 2 dollar back or anything. She should have just say "sorry." Then she charge $1.05 on 9th October 2021 payment she told me that my bank is charging me the fees. All this time my bank did not charge me when I paid her bathing bill, studently bank start charging and I don't use cash I pay all my expenditure with the same card and bank never charge me any extra fees. Looks like she is losing it. She broke her own dog's legs after a fall . She should hire a cashier for the front desk. I decided not to use them again. 11.15.2021 I am not going to bang my heard on the wall because you will not understand that it is not about raising price !!!!!!! Different price was quoted and charge was different Instead of sorry you stated argue with your customer where as fault is yours.

The people are always very welcoming and my German Shepard, Max loves it there! I recommend this groomer shop.

Don’t recommend them old woman owner Constantly increases prices. Saying they raise her rent every visit, plaza half empty Also they constantly get water in dogs Ears, causing infections they severely nicked my dogs throat Without saying anything creating hematoma Took week to resolve and we gave very young dogs Dogs come back totally dehydrated drinking non stop also place is full of hair and smell everyone work there sneeze cough So now they don’t even let anyone in to see it

Been taking my dogs for grooming First time dogs were severely dehydrated due to Exposure to dryers and long hours being there Both dogs had yeast infection ears, it took medicine to get rid of it, and my dogs are young under two years, they had also nicked my small dog on the throat and cover up with something I only noticed it when my other dog was leaking her throat for days and we discovered hematoma it took two weeks and vet visit, it was dangerous according to vet, place is dirty and they often don’t tell you the truth and manipulate prices

So thankful, I credit my dogs life to this company being on top of their game! Had it not have been for their observation it is most possible my beloved Chloe would possibly be dead now. At the end of the day I can not say enough good. ❤️ My little one is in Coral Springs Animal Hospital since Tuesday, it has been five of the longest days and she has finally made a turn around for the good. My family is so very thankful. Been going to Yuppy Puppy for years, that will never change❤️????

They didn't pluck my puppies ears like they said they would

I rescued a senior pup from the Miami-Dade animal services & protection Center on Saturday. He was matted and I knew it was not comfortable, I knew from having this type of dog before he needed a professional grooming. By the time I got home it was late and couldn't find anyone open on Sunday so I made a Monday appointment with a different Groomer (in Sample Rd) for that morning. I showed up and nobody was there? So I googled best groomer in Coral Springs that were opened on Monday and Yuppy Puppy came up. Called and even though they were booked up already Debbie made an exception because of the situation and I was able to bring him in that afternoon. Max looks perfect now and I'm so grateful to them for making him feel better and not having to wait another day. They really did a fantastic job and I will be bringing him back there for grooming. A big thank you to Debbie and staff.

Great place to take your dog for a hair cut

I don't take my dog to get groomed very often but when i do, i take her to yuppy puppy. Love her grooming every time i take her there.

I am beyond impressed! My 13 y/o shih tzu is a sweetfaced fussy boy who makes it clear what he likes and doesn't like. When the rare few groomers that understood his demeanor, moved away I am grateful to my friends that recommended this place to me. They are an upstanding facility with a team of groomers that work together. Excellent place to bring your fur baby for a gorgeous groom performed with patience, love, and professionalism
