I’ve been bringing my dogs here for 15 years and apparently Dogtopia has bought Camp Canine. My dog is up to date on all of her shots and just because they couldn’t locate her records which they already have been given, they refused to bathe my dog after I loaded her up and drove 25 minutes to drop her off. I’ve never had an issue with it before & the girl behind the desk was rude on top of it. I’m not ever coming back here again.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with Oslo. He has been going there since he was 5 months old.

Brought my dog smokey here for daycare while I was out of town for work and I had no worries to leave him there 3 days in a row. He had a blast and we will return if we need daycare while visiting fort Lauderdale

My daughter takes her dog here and she lives it. Staff are all genuine animal lovers. I would feel comfortable letting my dog spend a week if I'm out of town.

A dog almost got us kicked out of the Riverside Hotel on Las Olas. They will open on Sunday to help us out.

Not impressed. Place smells like pee when you come in. Not transparent. Cannot see my puppy playing. Cameras advertised on website were down. Experienced female staff was rather rude and not welcoming. Also not very flexible in regards to use of day care packages etc. Will be looking for another place to spend my money.

For starters it’s been a few weeks. At this point I’m stuck paying my full portion of my dogs pet stay and all his vet bills. My dog stayed at camp canine for 7-days. We called everyday while we were out of town to make sure our furry friend was eating healthy. (He tends to not eat when we board him) everyday we were assured that our baby was eating, drinking and having a good time. A family member picked him up on his final day for us due to our return flight being delayed. When yoda was picked up it was noticed he had a large gash in his neck. The next day I called camp canine, and spoke with Kasey, I had asked what had happened. She explained that he developed a heat rash and they had left a voicemail on Sunday (which I never received), what annoys me more is we called the following day to see how he was and they assured me everything was fine. (No mention of his in injury). At this point I was a little frustrated on the miscommunication. Kasey then gave me the managers information, Juan called me later that day, he explained to me that Yoda suffered a hot spot and they treated it with an ointment (which I was never told what), I asked him who is trained medically to make those decisions without owners consent l? At first I got crickets and then he went on to say it’s a common thing in animals. But I asked multiple times who is medically trained and or certified to make those decisions he finally said no one in the office is medically trained. So now I took my pet to his veterinarian and it was explain he had a hotspot which was a severe case, and hotspots must be treated cause they lead to skin infection, it was also explained that ointment should not of been put on an open wound, my pet was now MEDICALLY treated PROPERLY at my expense. French bulldog tend to have skin allergies it’s not fit certain if the unknown ointment made his open wound worse. With that being said my pet went to his vet a week before being boarded. We explained he needs to eat three meals a day to avoid acid reflux. I’m almost positive they didn’t do that because he was almost 2lbs less when he went to the vet after being boarded. As of today I’ve reached out to camp canine and left multiple messages the Manager Juan or staff has yet to return my phone calls. For anyone who has a great experience at camp canine and use them I wish you the best of luck if your pet gets hurt just remember what I said no one there is a licensed or certified veterinarian or veterinarian tech to give proper medical care. I have to say it’s more frustrating when no one will return phone calls. I’m more mad at the fact you never called me when my pet was injured and never returned any of my phone calls after. This establishment is just disgusting in my eyes. For Juan the manager you personally are unprofessional, you were quick to tell me (let me know what his vet says and we can work it out) working it out meaning no one in the office knew how to medically treat my pet or work out how much money it’s cost me in vet visits and medicines to treat him, thanks for now returning my calls. I encourage anyone who reads to please consider leaving your pet elsewhere.

I recently acquired a dog that was owned by a senile person that recently passed. The dog was matted and a tad bit skinny. The groomers there took great care of the ???? and I could tell that they genuinely cared about him and treated him so well. I strongly recommend them. They are ????!!

Our golden retriever puppy, Henry, loves Camp Canine.. and so do we!! He cannot wait to go to day care in the morning. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they love what they do. I had never thought about doggie day care before, but when the puppy was climbing the walls each night, I figured it was worth a try. I got a tour and asked plenty of questions before buying a package - and I'm so glad I did. Henry plays all day long and comes home very happy.. and tired! Win, win!!

Mugsy, our 7 year old epileptic border collie, is so happy at Camp Canine. We've used them for both boarding and weekly daycare ever since we moved here and are so happy we found them. They are professional, loving, and on top of his medical situation. They are simply the best at what they do.

I highly recommend Camp Canine on Broward in Ft Lauderdale ..I just used them because they are close to home and they don't charge extra for the bath or special feeding or care requests.. the sleeping rooms are also larger than most places .. they took excellent care of my puppy for an 8 night stay

I recently discovered Camp Canine and have quickly become a big fan of their compassionate care for the animals we love. After touring the facility, which was clean, spacious and well organized, I completed a thorough questionnaire and provided them with my big mutt's veterinary records (showing current vaccines, etc.). Danna at the front desk is wonderful. They require a test half day of day care before accepting dogs for overnight boarding, which I was glad to know. My boy can be "particular" about who his dog friends are and whether he is in the mood for socializing so I was happy to have him try out the facility, and the staff assess him, before staying overnight. I know he had a great experience that first day because he was eager to get back in the door when I dropped him off for boarding the next week and he gave the staff a happy tail wag when he saw them. Hiro, their dog behaviorist, was one of my boy's favorites. The boarding far exceeded my expectations. I was able to watch several times daily on the webcam focused on the outdoor play area for big dogs. My big boy was relaxed, and appeared to have a great time with the other dogs or just hanging out along the side of the play area. The staff member (a woman) interacted with the dogs, and also stayed busy cleaning up after the poopers and hosing down the play area. Each time the dogs were outside they had at least 30 minutes or more of play time. My boy was happy and exhausted when he got back home after the weekend. I am very happy to have such a great place available at reasonable prices. We will be back again soon.

We bring Gambit here whenever we take extended time away from home, and he absolutely LOVES it. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and they truly care about all the animals that come in those doors. Can't recommend highly enough!
