We have a menagerie of dogs, young and old. Boss grooms our entire clan. We love the monthly grooming program which provides for a spa day/mini groom each week and a master grooming once a month. Our dogs smell great, look great, and feel great. A dogs life and then some.

I discovered this place earlier this year after my private groomer had moved out of state. Jennifer and her staff are always very nice and super accommodating. My dog, Cam, is always excited to come see the crew and looks so handsome after his haircut. Boss the Pet Connection is very welcoming and the prices are great. I am so happy to have found a grooming spot I can trust with my dog. Highly recommend it!

I do not recommend it, the staff is terrible, I asked for the teddy bear cut and rs the second time, the first time they told me that the hair was very short that I had to wait for it to grow, and now that a lot of knot in both times the cut is Anyway, my dog ​​looks very ugly, it seems that he had a fight with cats, I do not recommend it, maybe the other locations will work better but this is rubbish, they only gave him the # 1 machine just steal my money the first Pic is the supposed teddy bear cut, my dog looks ugly the another two pic is when I cut and give a bath to myself. I do better job, whe I said give my money back she give me $3 dollars, I tell her put in her ask that place is very bad I pay $60 for give my dog bad and now he has several itch don't waste time and money

Awesome Team at the wiles road location, especially Jen , they have been grooming my mixed Shih Tzu terrier for 6 plus years , I love the care they give ????

Wow! I normally take my dog to Boss, but can't due the the stay at home (over 72), so I called because Snickers need grooming. The were here in 15 min, brought him back in an hour all cleaned up! Just Wow!

This place is going down hill fast. Use to be good. Now they hurt your pets and leave dog pooo on the lobby floor. They tell you one price then try to charge another. I was a long time customer won’t be anymore my money has options and my pet deserves to be safe with honest people

Kaylyn groomed both Bella and Luna my 9 month old multipoos and made them look so adorable. She was Professionsl, very loving to them and did a terrific job. I recommend this Boynton location to anyone. Very happy pups and owner!

I didn't bring my dog for grooming. I brought her in to get a better fitting harness. She got so nervous/ anxious she dug her nails into my shoulders. Jennifer at the Boynton Beach location was so accommodating, kind and helpful. I ended up buying 2 harnesses and DEFINITELY will return.

The staff at the Boss are very professional and does excellent work. Jamie at the front desk is very nice and personable. The Boss is the place to groom your furbabies.
