Parkway Animal Hospital Panama City, Florida

The staff are always so passionate and patient with my dogs and me.and the place is clean I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Yesterday my stepfather showed up at the parkway animal hospital to aid in a dog that we have had for over 10 years she wasn't just a dog she was like family she was very sick and we don't know what was wrong with her so my step dad took her to the emergency hospital states on the sign and was turned down before he even walked in said that they couldn't take her and wouldn't even look at her do an exam or anything however heart crunching it as I have to say this later on she passed away in my step dad's arms it was a very sad moment in my life.. what angers me the most is he went to get help he went to find out what was wrong with her he would have paid the money he didn't care the cost we wanted to know what was wrong with her and now yet we're without her all because they wouldn't take one look at her who's to say they couldn't have saved her who's to say that she wouldn't have lived who is to say no one because they don't know because they didn't even look at her I won't answer this and I want to know why it says emergency I'm a sign and clearly y'all didn't accept our dog in an emergency

The staff is awesome. Some month’s ago they helped our family say goodbye to our oldest dog. The compassion shown will always be cherished. This past Saturday we took the newest four legged member of our family for his first visit. The care shown was comforting. Our dogs never dread the vets office. Thank you all for the humanity and professionalism shown each day.

I used to absolutely love this vet clinic. I have taken all of my animals there for over 18 years. However today when when I needed them most they let me down. They wouldn't even take a few minutes to look at my elderly dog whom I think may need end of life care. They showed no empathy or concern if my precious baby was close to passing or may be suffering. I was told they had no open appointments and were not taking any walk-ins. Although their website advertises walk-ins and I have never had problems bringing an animal in as a walk-in in the past. With only one person in the waiting room and a possible dying animal I was turned away. Shame on you. I will never bring another animal to this office and will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Had taken my little guy there for shots & a constant dry cough. Told the cough was normal in poodles. Got much worse in the next few months. Called & was told by person who answered the phone that she would discuss with vet & they would "decide" if they wanted to see him or not. I finally heard back from them at almost 5; told to bring him the following week & they would "squeeze" me in. I call another vet, had appt next day - congestive heart failure onset. Not so normal!! Medications helping a great deal.

They came out before our appointment to talk about and problems or concerns we were having and listened and gave suggestions that would help benefit Bailey in the long run. They also took their time doing a thorough exam on him making sure he was healthy and gave suggestions on things I should try with him to help with his anxiety and arthritis. They were so helpful from start to finish

Everyone was super friendly with both me and Ellie. And everyone who saw Ellie was just super gentle with her, or at least as gentle as they could be with her anxiety issues. I was very thankful for all of the help and insight (:

We have been a customer of Parkway for many years, our dog developed an upper respiratory infection on a Sunday evening we called Monday morning at 9:00 and they told us they had no available appointments till Wednesday the receptionist told me to take her to the local emergency vet, I told her what good is a Vet if you can’t bring you dog in this type of situation and maybe I should find a new Vet and Gypsy told me maybe you should.

We have been customers there for years but your employees are rude. Non need to make an appointment your company does not follow them if you treat people like this I can only imagine how you treat animals when there owners are not around. We will be taking our business else where after today's series of events. Mrs Westgate

Greatest Vet ever! My dog loves them! Me too, lol.

Always attentive to my cat and dog. Sadly, our cat passed away in December, 2020 due to old age. Parkway Animal hospital helped us during that time. He is missed, but forever remains in our memories.

They have a place on their website to make appointments online but do not honor them when you make them and they do not take into consideration that your pet has an emergency even if you are an established patient of theirs.

Caring staff, Very reasonable costs for pet care, vaccines, etc.

When they have their weekend shot clinic we waited 2 hr for shots and on a cast foot only a few days out of surgery and another guy walked an hr to get his animal shots and they turned ppl away why not count ppl or tell people early in advance instead of making ppl wait hours to only be turned away. I will say they did say we were last to be seen but then went back on their word to say no more people. They sent us home….

Horrible!! No time to see a sick baby kitten i had just found!! I believe if they would have seen him he would have lived!! Thanks alot guy's!! I hope the next person that comes in you find the time

Patience and kindness along with caring. Dr. Bartlett took the time to explain everything going on with my fur babies and made sure all my questions were answered. They even checked on them the next day, making sure all was well with them.

The staff was very polite and welcoming. The Dr. was very thorough and showed concern for our boy!

They are rip offs. Beware on discount shot days. Because they charged me full price. And won't refund my money. Two separate times I asked for my money back. Still nothing
