When my dog needed help, they said they did not take non clients in until after the year started. I went elsewhere and my dog is better. Informative but if my dog was in real danger, I'm not sure if she would have made it because they were the closest to us during vacation.

Dr. Fountain has been wonderful to work with. She listens to your concerns and is committed to ensuring your pet is receiving the best care and treatment. She has been our veterinarian for over 8 years and our family has been very happy with the services she has provided.

Hello, I'm COQUIS mom at what age is effective to switch to adult food for my chihuahua and she will be 6 months in October 10th and I want to know what age is recomme to change her diet I've been dreading to call to ask a bunch of random questions

Tried to make appointment for my best friend little Max a 14 year old. Lady gave me appointment 3 weeks out which I understood because good vets are busy. My problem was she was very curt and more concerned about making sure I understood mask or no service! I chose no service. I am vaccinated and tired of the BS. How about what is important which is my best friend?

We have used Dr. Fountain since 2000. We are pleased with the service she provides. She has helped us through the good times and the bad with our fur babies. She is never in a hurry and her staff are all loving people with my fur babies.

Love there drop off service. Whether it's something simple or serious it's convenient to drop off your pet so you don't miss work. Very busy.

Attention payed to my dog during his injury.

Nasty, heartless people who refused to sell medication for two strays in the neighborhood with mange. They insisted I bring the cats in, but because they’re feral that was not possible. I begged if they could bend the rules and if I could buy the drug and mix in the cats food, they hung up on me. The poor cats are dying a horrible death in front of our eyes because vets like these need them brought in to se them and then they’ll sell sell the drugs! Evil businesspeople with rules geared to make them the most money, their only purpose.

They refused to see my dog with the giant, leaking, crusty cyst that we found one morning on his ear because they closed in OVER 30 minutes. It was considered an emergency so she offered me an appointment 4 DAYS LATER. I get closing, but clearly they dont care about people's pets. Since when is an EMERGENCY scheduled 4 days after? Oh you're having a heart attack? We will see you in a week to check and see if it killed you or not.

The best, been going to Dr. Fountain for 21 years, wouldn't switch. They are all awesome.

She has been our dogs' vet for 2 years. Always fair prices. She doesn't try to upsell you or do unnecessary testing. The laser treatments were a life saver for my 16 year old pup. She didn’t even need the entire series! I've come in multiple times thinking my pup was on her death bed and the Dr. fixes her right up!

I have not used another animal clinic since Doctor Fountain has opened.My dogs like going to visit Doctor Fountain.

Dr Fountain is a wonderful vet. She has been our vet for many many years. She has been there for us whenever we have needed her. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Vicki is a great vet. She loves animals. I have been taking my animals to her for years. I boarded my cat there for a week and they took excellent care of her. I would trust them again with taking care of her.
