Waited 15 minutes .never got a seat so we went somewhere else.

Took awhile to get appointment. Had to wait 3 weeks. But the doc was super friendly and the staff is nice.

We evacuated Louisiana for hurricane Ida and I forgot my dogs medicine back home and Panama City Animal gave us our dogs medicine for free! I cannot explain how much this meant to me! So very grateful for good people! Please support this business! Thank you soooo much!!!

So as much as I hate that I still can't go back or inside with my babies they are quick, friendly and affordable. And always love my babies.

Nice people but very expensive medication upcharge. Was able to get the medicine we needed from tractor supply and pet store for a fraction of the price.

My 17 yr old chihuahua terrier has chf and now a collapsed trachea. The doctors and nurses here are an class A establishment in how they care for and treat their patients. And they take the time to research and come up with a solution when they are unsure of a question weither it be about meds or simply a better dog food for my dogs specific conditions. This is the only place in pc I will ever let see my pet.

War recommended by a friend,took my fur baby tootsie there, took care of her very well,kept me informed of what was going on the whole time, was fast in care and not to expensive for what need to be done,very satisfied with the experience. My sweet girl had a yeast infection in both ears and is much better now.

We are still pleased with the care we get for our fur babies at PC Animal Hospital. They are being very cautious during the pandemic and while we miss the interaction of going in with our pets and visiting in person with the vet, as persons with increased risk we appreciate the extra steps to protect everyone. They have not tried to upsell us on unnecessary procedures and made us feel good about how we are caring for our pets.

Dr. Focke is amazing and really loves her patients. She really cares about animals and loves them like her own.

Dr. Focke is hands down the best vet in Panama City. She cares so much for her patients and clients, and has been the best sounding board for me when trying to decide in what direction to go when making important care decisions for my cats. Dr. Focke has researched one of my cat's conditions and even called the imminent doctor performing research on it to get advice from him. Furthermore, the staff at PCAH are very courteous and sweet. As difficult as my cats' conditions are, my cats are doing really well because we have an animal hospital where everyone cares. I'm so grateful for their help and work.

The service is good but they will make you go broke here the most expensive vet iv ever had

I bought re-homed male sugar glider that needed attention. They did everything, more than I expected. Dr. And personnel were Great and comforting to this nervous new mommie.

I set an appt for my dog. Got to the appt and that’s were the problems started. After getting there the staff informed me that I couldn’t be with my dog. I told them that should have been said during the phone call for the appt. My dog is scared of people. But because I was upset about not being told that I couldn’t be with my dog. The Doctor declined to even see my dog. I guess animals are second rate at this place. I will take my four dogs and go somewhere else. Not seeing a dog in pain because your staff fails to tell people how the appt will go.

I have used this Vet for 11years. She is loving and a caring person. The office staff are Top Notch. I can always get in when I need to. She has stop having after hours office hours. But that's okay she deserves to have time time her family.

Recently moved to the Panama City area and quickly adopted a puppy of course. Was recommended by a local rescue to use Panama City Animal Hospital. My pup is still on the mend but the team (shout out Dawn & Chris) and Dr. Focke are all so patient and understanding. They don't make me feel like I'm being dumb or being annoying when I'm concerned or trying to figure out what's going on with my dog. They always answer the phone and give solid advice. Definitely easing this new dog mom's mind! Appreciate them so much. I hardly ever write reviews, but this facility definitely deserves one because of how personable and kind they are.

NEVER coming back! The first time I went we waited an hour to get in just to find out they had a fill in vet. I wanted to try this vet after all of the great reviews just to not even have the right person there. The lady that filled in insisted my dog had allergies after I told her it was and infection she had once before and I needed antibiotics, over $200 later I was given a ton of things for other issues. My dog is going on 11 years old, and this lady acted like I didn't know anything about my dog and that she had these issues with her I was oblivious to. I was asked to come back for a follow up. The second time I waited another hour to be seen, this time with Dr. Focke, who was great! However now I was told she did have the infection I stated the first time and not to waste money on allergy medicine. This second time cost me ANOTHER $180!! So over $400 later we now haven't even solved the issue and I was asked to go for another follow up! A standard check up for $45 should not allow a follow up to be $40. So for maybe 20min of Vet time and a misdiagnosis I am no where closer to finding my baby relief $400 later. Super disappointed. I will not be going for a third follow up. At this point I just can't afford it.
