They're busy but very friendly. The waiting/reception area is small but there's a big parking lot and lots of green grass close by that's user friendly. Great bedside manner from the staff and Dr. Baxter is awesome. Everybody there really cares about the animals and it's clean. Highly recommended.

Many complicated issues with our 14 yo maltipoo handled great by vet and staff!

Our dog was attacked yesterday by a pit bull, we got her to this clinic and was told they were busy and they didn’t have time to look at her. I feel that an emergency should take priority over just routine visit. Never thought that a vet would not even talk to us, look at our pet. All they said was they were sorry the vets were busy. I was holding my small dog, she was bleeding from the puncture bites and they did nothing. I ask to speak to a vet and they said “there busy” I’m do not live in this town, we were on vacation. I would never go to this place again.

Great and caring clinic. Because of covid they will come pick up your animal from your parked car outside. You can also choose to go on if you wear a mask. I really thought the service and value were top notch. Glad our town has a great vet!

The Doctors and staff are the best, they always make my visits a pleasure and their friendly attitude leaves me smiling. Recently they replaced a crown with only one visit, small town Doctors but big city service, thank you for great service and God Bless.

I do like this. But... My daughters dog had to be put down because of a mistake. But not just a mistake a BIG mistake. Because when I went here they said that it was just a cut on the tongue. But no! I went to another doctor and they said there was NO cut on the tongue at all. They said that it was something she ate that was infecting on the inside. And she had to be put down...

We loved Dr. Baxter she was so sweet to our Gracie! The staff there showed our girl the sweetest care! Here is a picture of our girl warning us of the toilet paper bandit.. she tried to stop him....

Best veteran I found that I love and my flower and bell love it too

I am soooooo disappointed. I called to schedule an acute appointment for my new pet and was told that because I am a new client, my pet had to wait to be seen for 2 weeks. I had heard such good things about this clinic and was a little shocked that because we were new to the clinic, Loki would have to suffer for 2 weeks before they could fit him in! The young lady who answered the phone didn't say they were booked up, she said they had no time slots for new patients til then. Seems like that might make sense for a wellness visit but certainly not a sick pet. :(
