They charge a non refundable fee just to make an appointment! $30 per appt.!! I was not told that just that it would be nonrefundable if we didn’t show up, I made the appointment and had to cancel it two hours later and was told we would not get a refund. I’m really disappointed and feel completely ripped off Edit; the girl did explain its non refundable-like if I don’t show up, that was it. I understand people not showing up and a business charging them for a no-show ($30 is reasonable) but to keep money for simply MAKING an appointment, then trying to cancel. It’s not right. I tried to cancel TWO HOURS LATER! Not the day before the appointment. I don’t need nor do I want want a credit. I will not take my pets to someone I don’t trust. And I don’t trust this business. She may have tried to reach me. I don’t answer calls from unknown numbers but always return voicemails. I tell everyone to avoid you because of this policy alone.

I was very pleased how they treated my fur baby and took their time to get her better. I will continue my services if needed with Callaway Animal Hospital.

I never new that grapefruit trees were so toxic to puppies until now apparently it's not the flesh so much but the limb's and the rhine. My little girl loves to chew only 3 months so her teeth are still growing (teething). She was sick for 2 nights in a row with liquid stools and vomiting Doctor Korda is amazing she really knows a lot about animals this office is really good with both the patients (animals) and their humans thank you so much I know that we have found our vet's office for our babies you guys are absolutely amazing.

They are the sweetest people here at this facility! I had my baby Alice with me for 18 years and didn't know what to do after she passed. So I decided to have her cremated and they treated me like I was family very consoling. They even went out of their way to send me a special card that means more to me than they will ever know. Thank you again.

I was taking my full grown German shepherd here she absolutely loves the staff and they are very amazing the only bad thing is the prices are about double and I just realized this, as I got a new puppy and I was calling around for quotes yawls quote is just about double what the surrounding Vets would charge, unfortunately just don’t have the money to keep going back! BUT AMAZING SERVICE!

My dog was hit by a car and nowhere else would take him because it was a Friday and they were booked but these people accepted him automatically and as a pet lover it meant so much to me! Happy to report my Petey is doing do much better!

Staff are friendly and caring. The office and treatment rooms are very clean. The Veterinarian takes time to answer questions and explain everything. She was very gentle with my chiahuaha he was 1 years old he had exrays their and his femoral head socket was broken. I'd definitely recommend them as they go above and beyond their care also they called me every few days to check on our furbaby.

This place must think they are really something. They charged me 50$ basically for a phone call. I accidentally made an appointment with this place thinking it was the Callaway animal hospital in Missouri where I live. For some reason my google search gave me this number and within less than an hour I realized it was the wrong Callway animal hospital and called to cancel the appointment and they still charged me...? I'd understand if I was just a flakey client who canceled last minute but I simply made a mistake I tried to correct right away when I realized. So all this tells me is this place doesn't actually care about pets or good customer service at all. They're just there to take your money. You've been warned.

The receptionist was most helpful. She was able to pull up on the computer when my pet had her last rabies vaccination in a curteous, effective manner.

Dr Korda and staff have been treating my fuzzball for a couple of years now. I find her and her staff to be very compassionate and caring for the animals that come thru here. Dr Korda and Dr Palgut take time to explain results, scenarios etc. Dr Korda brought me back to personally view xrays and show me what was happening and help you understand what is happening so I could make informed decisions. Unfortunately today my fuzzball Kai crossed over the rainbow bridge. He developed a serious yet fatal condition. They have always treated me and my baby with the utmost care and compassion. Today they helped a sad situation to be more peaceful for both Kai and myself. Dr Korda never pushed, we both knew where it was headed but she allowed me to get there on my own. She even led a prayer for my baby as he left this world which I found to be pretty awesome. I see a couple of negative comments about not caring and that could not be further from the truth. There were plenty of tears from staff who knew my boy or who didn't know my Kai Kai. They understood when I was emotional about events and always offered a kind word, a hug, a prayer. Kai's brother will be around eventually to see you all before long. His name is Tsunami and he is nothing like Kai lol. He is a little more challenging. I am grateful to Dr Korda and staff for their kindness, expertise and compassion taking care of my baby. I would recommend them highly.

I was on vacation when my seizure pup needed a vet desperately. They actually knew what they were talking about and treated us like family. The prices were beyond fair and the people were above and beyond amazing helping my Buddles. They post a lot of information for you to read about your furbabies on the walls. I casually learned a couple of things while I was there. If I lived there, I would definitely go to Callaway for my furbabies. #Chainfreedogs

I'm from Columbus Georgia, and was here for a vacation, and my seizure pup was in desperate need of help. They took us in, and even knew what they were talking about!!! I was truly impressed with their kindness and knowledge. I've never met a veterinarian that is up to date on what to do for seizure babies, and they absolutely are!! I am so thankful to them for helping Buddles!! #Chainfreedogs

Terrible! Ask their charges before wasting two hours like I did. What it boils down to is $60.00 to take my dogs temperature! They wanted $200.00 for a blood test, $250.00 for a more extensive one! And I'm assuming that's with my military discount! Never again....

Made an appointment to neuter my cat. Planned on getting rabies shot when I was there and was told over the phone the price was $75. When I got there they tried charging an extra $102 for a rabies shot and a fecal test. When I asked for a break down of the charges she said the rabies shot was $72. A rabies shot anywhere else is $20 or under ($20 is on the high side, too.) I cancelled the appointment and then they proceeded to charge me a $40 inconvenience fee after they said that they would not.

Horrible!!! Waited 2 and a half hours and vet was clueless on what was needed. Tried to tell us our pets had infections that they did not have. Treated our one year old with the same vaccines as two year old. Told us she didn't know if treatment for mites needed prescription . Other staff was great!

Staff are friendly, the place is clean and the doctor is great. She gives a complete fur baby check up. Would highly recommend them.

It was our first time, when we walked in the nice lady greeted us. We need to get some bordetella for our black lab pup, the staff was extremely gentle and fast working. It didn't even cost us $25 and saved us lots of time. We were there for 15 minutes.

I came in for a visit today and was changed for a follow up visit 30 and office visit of 39.50. There is no difference in the visit nothing was done different. It should have been 1 charge. And I bought a flee pill. They said it'd be 30% off. 20.00+tax (comfortis) when I told them I could go right down the road and get 1 for $12 they said they'd match the price. Where was the discount at?? Great staff very overpriced!!!
