I Love everything about 'My Velvet's Dr., and the Wonderfully Kind-Hearted staff! After Hurricane Michael, there was a 100% turnover of the staff. I was Quite displeased and I even suspect they did something to my Velvet, that caused her premature passing. You Still aren't allowed to be with your pet! They Hurt my Blue Chihuahua at 10 weeks old, and he wouldn't let me Touch him for 3 days! Absurd and I don't know Why they are getting away with this, Repeatedly. I have only given One other bad review of a Veterinarian's Office and that was 10 years ago.

Wonderful experienced and caring staff. Dr. Was amazing and took care to not recommend drastic measures but a methodical reasonable approach.

My Cheyenne had a seizure. They got her in immediately. The vet took I don't know how long talking to me explaining to me things to make sure I didn't worry. I will never go to another vet now Gulf Coast is my vet!

Brought my baby in this morning due to being burned by a fire pit Sunday night . They were absolutely the best bet I have ever been too ! I recommend everyone to start using this vet ! I originally took her to the 24hr emergency vet on Panama City beach & they would not help us at all ! I can’t thank the staff & dr at this vet enough!

We have been beyond grateful for the expert care given to many of the dogs from our rescue. We have used the clinic for some very routine tasks, and also for serious issues, broken leg, parvo puppies and bloating xrays. The care they provide is done with professional skills and personal feelings! We always feel confident in their services. Even on the one sad occasion that the problem was not one that could be solved, their efforts were 100% and their handling of our pup was compassionate. We highly recommend this clinic!

My Min-Pin broke his leg and Dr. Waters was the only vet that took time out of her very busy day to take care of Tator. Dr. Waters is an angel. I can't thank her enough. Thank you again Dr. Waters.

They understand what it's like when you lose your pet it's like losing a family member we lost our 19 your old cat she has been in our family a long time and they were very sympathetic and helped us cope they also sent us a greeting card later several months down the road

My lil guy was peeing blood from a UTI, they took such good care of him that by the next day he was much much better!

This place is beyond words amazing! During the whole hurricane Michael time, when we were displaced and our regular vet was closed from damage, Gulf Coast Animal Hospital allowed us to bring in our sick doggies without any hesitation! They checked them out, did tests, found the issues, and treated them and made them better! I am beyond thankful for all they did for us and I can't tell them enough how much they mean to my family! They treated us like we were family! They took extra special care of our babies and they even gave us dog food and medicine to help lower our costs! They are amazing and so kind! I definitely recommend them for your precious pets! I commend them for their kindness and care and I hope they know how much they blessed us! WE LOVE Gulf Coast Animal Hospital!!! I give them 100 stars!

Dr. Kristen and Dr. Atwell are wonderful, knowledgeable, and extremely caring. The Doctors, technicians, and receptionists in this hospital are the very best!

My dog has been coming to GGAH since she was a puppy. She's. Ow 15 years old. I had an emergency with her and took her in at 8:00 in the morning. There's a whole new staff there and they barely knew her. They were slammed with patients but took her in and thoroughly checked her out for me. Gave her x rays and spent almost an hour with her, accurately assessed her problem and gave her medicine that helped her immediately. I've had her home for 3 days now and everything is great with her. So happy to have them as my dogs doctor! Thanks so much for treating my baby like she's yours!

Kind and personable! Excellent care for all 5 of my dogs. Compassionate when I had to put my aging cat down. Fair priced.

The first thing that I noticed when I walked in this office was that it smelled clean! It wasn't crowded and there wasn't a long line of people waiting. This is probably because you have to make an appointment in order to be seen. I was able to complete the necessary paperwork online prior to my appointment which was very convenient. The exam room was clean and smelled good as well. Dr. Caitlyn Franklin was very informative and professional. I highly recommend this veterinary office. ????????

High prices but worth it. Only thing that's silly is the receptionist . ????
