Ms. Katie always does an fantastic job grooming my beloved, Nancy. She’s absolutely amazing and we love going to see her. Shout out to all the ladies who work in grooming, they always provide a pleasant experience and they’re good at what they do.

They had what I needed and one gentleman was very helpful and pleasant. The young lady standing directly inside of the door with a headset and green shirt on was not friendly At All and acted like I inconvenienced her by walking in.

Came in for an even exchange and buy a couple additional items. The manager on duty and cashier were amazing and happy to help even though it was late. Great experience!

Everything seemed okay, while I was there, but I got my 6 month old basset hound puppy home and she has several sore spots. She yelps when we pet her in several locations. I don't know if she fell, or if they were rough with her or possibly hit her, but I won't use their service again. They never told me that anything went wrong. She literally just had a wash, blow dry and her nails clipped. I'm extremely unhappy.

We found a newborn abandon cat and came into this location looking for help as no animal shelters or humane societies would take it. Not only did the staff help (especially Jenna), but Jenna also assist us in hand feeding him, cleaning him off, and offered to help us find a foster or suitable rescuer.

On vacation! And stopped at PetSmart to get my lil guy bathed and nails clipped ! They did amazing!!

Doesn't know how to bag fish. Had to return fish that died after only 20 minutes. One bag was leaking and they didn't rebag the fish at all just put them in a bag over the leaking bag. Very disappointed with this store. No air in either bag . Guarantee I will have fish die before the 7 day Guarantee.

I went to see the ball python to hold at petsmart and they told me that I had to pay for it before holding. My boyfriend left them a nice snake in their toilet and clogged it.

Went for training evaluation and Mrs Abby was very pleasent and told us important information we needed for our dog . we also buy pet food here and have a great experience. I do wish the training classes had more times available but understand that they don't right now :)
