Dr. Wiens, Maria and Natasha are always so amazing to me and my fur baby. They have given me comfort of mind more than once!!!

Every time I have I drop my dog off here, they forget to call me back when my dog has completed the visit. I have had to call close to closing time 5 times just to find out that my dog was finished 4 hours prior and just sitting in a kennel! Do your job and call the pet owner when the pet has been seen and cleared!

Love the staff and the vet is so sweet. Keep up the great work!

The Vet came out to talk to me about Lady's condition. He was very understanding of my situation & made all medical & instructions as simple as possible! I now am sure again of continuing my dog's health & wellness care with the Banfield folks. From the front desk to the Vet & his staff I shall keep bringing my Ladylisbeth & Leelee in to be taken care of with the loving concern & care they give. Samantha Long & her Babies!

Every staff member I have dealt with has been friendly and caring. They remind me of my appointments. They always explain everything to me and keep me informed of my pets health. No complaints here.

Local banfield closed and now the closest one to me is over an hour away. A drop-off appointment for 10AM wasn't complete until 4PM and was just a wellness check and routine shots for a kitten. They were very thorough and the veterinarian was very nice and gave me a complete explanation of services provided.

I got pet insurance for my first dog and it is so difficult to get appointments, and if you need same day or have an emergency they refer you to a pet hospital. Seriously don’t get pet insurance through them, it’s a waste of money. Most regular insurances like Nationwide and Geico offer pet insurance now. When you call you’ll probably be on hold for awhile. Post-Covid you have to drop your pet off and they’re not very communicative with you and they don’t call you when they’re done like they say they will (you have to call them), pretty sure they collect all the appointments for the day in the morning and keep them locked up until the end of the day , my dog is always traumatized after leaving here. Maybe it’s the location but this vet has gone really downhill.

Scheduled a visit for a neutering. Got there was told he needed shots first. Was told he would get the shots before he got neutered. All one visit. No. Had to drop him off for shots then reschedule for his procedure. Keep my cat all day for one shot. Then 2 weeks away before he gets neutered. I would have scheduled both at the same time if I'd known. Poor management skills. Act like my time isn't valuable.

A very good service for your pet. Highly skilled employees that work there. I will continue to use their services for my dog.

Plan on having a certain person to do the nails. And her shots I had to ask and she is 4 months past due

They always seem so busy when I am in petsmart but I guess that It is a good thing when it comes to a vets office it means a lot of people trust the Vets and Tech's that are there I have not personally taken my pets there but I have heard several great things about them from other people!

I wish they would open up for in person veterinary visits now. They can leave one door open to allow for ventilation and 6' distance. It's just a long time to leave my pup in a cage...

After several years of taking my fur babies to Banfield, today’s treatment of my chihuahua caused me to request my records and cancel the wellness plan for both pets. After 12 years of taking my babies to Banfield, I was shocked at the treatment or lack of treatment Bella received today! The doctors no longer take the time to properly treat each pet. It’s all about the money! I am so angry!

Always a great experience. No matter what Banfield you goto they have a great staff and great attitude.

So far so good. They take care of our pet and make sure he has the best treatment for optimal health. My only complaint is that the in-room appointments are booked up far out and if you want a quicker appt. you must drop off your pet. If your pet does not do well with drop offs you will have to wait a couple weeks to get an appointment in-room.
