They were attentive to our pup. Very professional and caring. We felt their pricing also made them a good value. Our furry family member left happy and calm. Nice first impression!

We just moved to the area. 1pm on a Monday. Our mini Aussie, that almost never gets sick becomes very sick. We are staying in a hotel looking for a house to rent This place advertises as a hospital, not a clinic. A hospital where there is No person at front desk or answering phones. Left a message and waited outside, per their instructions on door, for 30 minutes. Nobody came out. Never even a callback. We left and went to Pine Lakes Animal Hospital where honestly, our family member received the best care in all our years in Florida. And, they have technology to give you instant answers that others don't have at their disposal.

Called safe Haven to make an appointment to have my dogs get his bordetella vaccine. I got the new answering service stating that they couldn't come to the phone and to leave a message. I left my phone number my name for them to call me back and never received a call.back. I found another place for my dog to get what he needed and I am looking for a new vet.

They allow you to go with your pet into the examination room, I love that!..Dr. Stuart and Lauren were so gentle& caring with our cat Lil Bl...its clean and quiet .

Very expensive. This veterinarian hospital will dollar and dime you out of everything they can get. Hidden costs.

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with Safe Haven. I trusted them with providing quality care for my loving cat. I will never forget the experience I had and hope no one ever experience what I experienced. This situation is not to discourage anyone, but to educate you when it comes to choosing a vet for your pet. Also, feel free to get more than one opinion regarding your cat's health. Every doctor that obtains a medical license doesn't mean they can provide quality care for your pet. If you have any doubts about the vet providing quality care to your pet, consider changing doctors immediately or ASAP to have your pet re-examined by another doctor after (doing your homework and checking their REVIEWS.) My cat suffered at the hands of a doctor at SAFE HAVEN who I felt didn't properly diagnosed my pet and provide consistent treatment to eliminate medical issues after I continued to inform her that my cat was constipated and vomiting on an on-going basis. Additionally, she was aware that my cat thyroids levels were unstable and failed to resolve the issues. My cat was an older cat, which mean he should have been monitored closely. Unfortunately, my cat was put to sleep as a result. I cannot bring my cat back to life, but I am and will continue to be a great advocate for other animals and educate people to do their homework prior to choosing Safe Haven as well as other vet to provide medical care to your cat. Also, I understand we are dealing with covid.-19 and therefore Safe haven wasn't allowing people in their office, but unfortunately I wasn't able to be with my pet during doctor visits, only when he was PUT TO SLEEP. THIS WAS A BIG PROBLEM. IF THEIR STILL NOT ALLOWING YOU TO GO IN WITH YOUR PET. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND FIND A VET THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO BE WITH YOUR PET AND JUST WEAR A MASK. YOUR’E PAYING FOR THE SERVICES AND YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE WHAT THEIR DOING WITH YOUR PET. Last, but not least I felt Safe Haven was more interested in money, than providing quality care to my pet. Their FEES ARE TOO HIGH.

The staff is great very helpful and informative. The Dr's "bedside" manner leaves a little something to be desired, but he was knowledgeable and thorough so we will be going back.

Great experience ebytime I go in! We get our dog food from them and they always being it out to the car and always have it in stock.

I have found a new vet here that's for sure! All the staff was compassionate and understanding of my circumstances. I will go again for my vet needs!!

Thanks for all the kind words for Apollo. We started in October 2014 and brought him in for the last time May 6th., and all through that you have been fabulous with compassion for any treatment he may have needed. Called to make an appt to have our pet put to sleep, they were unable to help us but did put us in contact with another vet that could help us.

Dr. Stuart is very professional. He clearly explained the treatment our pet needed and gave us a reference and referral. We will be using Safe Haven for all our future vet needs.

I have been using Safe Haven for 16 years, bringing my yorkies for annual exams, special treatments, teeth cleaning, health advice, meds and much more. The doctors and staff are very pleasant, take their time with each pet and their owners. Drs Stuart and Puckett have been remarkable helping my fur babies through serious illnesses while always being available to guide me in the right direction.

It took a while to figure out why our cat kept vomiting just to find out it was his food, and he needs to be on a hypoallergenic diet, but we are grateful that they provide the food he needs. Once a month we go and pick up his food curbside. I appreciate that they are taking precaution but still keeping his food in stock. Dont know what we'd do without them. Many thanks for keeping our kitty fed and healthy :)

Dr. Puckett and staff were wonderful with my older black lab, right up to the end of his 15 years of love and companionship. They cared about me as well as my furry child.

Terrific customer service, they really care about our babies.
