Front desk ignored us but when we finally reached the back service was great

Every thing about this group gets an A+ The scheduling of services, the checkin when you get there, time waiting, the care that all the employees and doctors show the animals, checkout. They are by far the best

Dr Wolff is everything a vet should be. He was very responsive when we would call with a question for our sick dog that he was caring for. Sadly our dog developed cancer while we were on vacation. We were forced to see an emergency clinic out of state that was horrible. The entire time I called Dr Wolff with questions and concerns and he would call me back everytime to discuss our dogs treatment and even went so far as to Google specialists for us in North Carolina where we were just visiting. Sadly chemo ended up failing our pup and we went to Dr Wolff to help us see him over the rainbow bridge. Worst day of my life.

Having been in this industry for years. When faced with a true emergency, I found myself questioning where to go to help my baby. Yes, many clinics were closer to home. But, when faced with my honest knowledge who would take the best care of my child. We drove 30 minutes for her to be treated by them (she was stable enough to make the drive). My sweet girl had a run in with our water faucet on the side of our house that her brother sent her into. As I walked in the door Renay came right up and took her back. Dr. Wolff tended to her right away, even though they were faced with three other Emergencies. Dr. Wolff was so kind and made me feel so confident she would be ok. Dr. Harris went into surgery and tended to her wounds. She had a four inch puncture wound that needed a drain for healing. Honestly, can not say enough about this amazing team from the receptionists (from my frantic phone call), the caring staff that took her right back, to the technicians who cared for her, to Tom who listened and tended to me in my time of uncertainty and the doctors whom helped save her life. I can not say enough about this great staff! You will always have a place in my heart (yes past) but you all showed me kindness that you will never know how much that truly means to me. You all will always hold a special place. Thank you all for saving my sweet girl! Your kindness is above and beyond! Spoke with friends in the industry that stated it would have cost over $1000 to fix and honestly money was not an option, i would have done anything for her. You fixed her for half of that! Emergency Surgery and major laceration repairs. Do not ever hesitate when your baby is in need!! They are the place to go!!

Thank you Dr Martin and staff for always taking great care of my difficult girl. She absolutely hates the doctors office. We have worked out a plan together that minimizes the level of stress she feels. Everyone who works here is compassionate and professional. I always feel we receive the best possible level of care. I have been taking my animals to many of the doctors here for several years now and would not feel comfortable going anywhere else. They are all fantastic!

Negative environment all around but Renee is the nastiest, rudest person I've ever had the displeasure to meet. Just because you work with animals doesn't mean you don't need social skills to interact properly with human beings.

They have a private suite when it is time to say “good bye” to your beloved pet. They set it up just fir you and your family with personal options.very professional and caring. When all good byes are said, they have a private exit so that you do not have to walk out in the lobby. Incredible idea❤️

We came in on a Sunday with my sons therapy cat who was very sick. The staff were kind and welcoming. The Vet was gentle and took her time to explain. She treated him within the price range that I could afford with the other testing she believed Hercules would benefit from in near future. The tech took her time to explain how to apply meds and was able to answer many questions for us. Love this office. Highly recommend. Thank you Palm City Animal Medical for getting Hercules to eat and moving again. Love you all.

I just wanted to give amazing Feedback to you guys in particularly I wanted to really comment on Tom, he is so informative, and if he doesn't know a particular subject he can quickly figure any problem out! I was left speechless with all of his work especially the efficiency behind it! His kindness and customer care is something I cannot thank enough, my dog is my family, and I'm lucky to have him cared by such an amazing team!

We have been taking our cat "Charlie Dipstick" to Palm City Animal Medical Center for a few years. The care that Charlie receives from Dr. Harris and staff is excellent. I know Charlie is in good hands at Palm City Animal Medical Center.

Edit: Your employees made fast motions and flicked my dogs tail.. how do you expect her to react? My dog didn’t “lunge” either, she was on the leash the entire time.. yet your employees had extremely dramatic reactions, the dog barely touched anyone. Your employees acted like they’ve never seen a small dog before. The place we went to after you explained how it’s normal for small dogs to bark after leaving their owners. I’m glad our dog didn’t stay here because she is happily boarding someplace else where they know how to handle a small dog safely. You call yourselves a pet hospital but can’t even handle a Yorkie. Our pet didn’t even stay here and our experience was horrible. Any small dog with separation anxiety would be scared to leave their owners.. your staff made a huge show acting like our dog is a monster. One of the staff flicked her tail and screamed whenever the dog came near her.. how are you afraid of a yorkie? How unprofessional. You should not be in this business if you don’t know how to handle a small dog. The front desk was friendly.. and we were excited to be able to leave our dog here because it seemed like a clean and friendly environment.. but we were proven wrong as soon as the person in charge of the boarding came to meet our puppy. She made fast motions around our dog who already has separation anxiety and made her nervous, she made a huge show by screaming and throwing her arms around and tripping over our dog. Our puppy almost got squished under her huge feet. They refused for us to stay even after we drove 45 minutes and made a reservation. After reading these other reviews about how terrible dogs are treated during boarding here.. we are glad our dog isn’t staying here.

Overall great experience. My dog was well taken care of.

They take great care of my Husky . They are very friendly and answer all our questions. We also referred my daughters dog and she was very pleased.Great environment and very clean.Highly recommend . We also lost our dog of 10 years a couple of years ago and they helped us through a tough time and dog wasn’t even there patient, we will never forget how kind they where . GOD BLESs the staff and doctors.

Very caring staff. The Dr was wonderful and explained everything, answered all our questions.

From the time we walked in, we were very impressed with the facility. It was clean and modern and the staff was very very professional. After checking in, we were brought to an examination room by a Veterinary Technician who was fantastic. We met with Dr. Sentell, a veterinary orthopedic specialist, who examined his surgical repaired leg and determined his surgery was great. He prescribed a medication that has worked very well. My wife and I are extremely impressed with this veterinary hospital and it’s professionalism.

Since moving from New Jersey & a 13 year old Lab with Cushing Disease, a very good vet was so important…. They took care of my Fred till the rainbow bridge…. They are responsive in emergencies. Patient & knowledgable always…. my current Sara is a rescue with fear issues. The entire staff is wonderful…. I recommend them to treat your babies as They treat mine. Sincerely, Annie Baran

We are traveling by boat and brought our Golden Retriever here to be cleared for travel to the Bahamas. From the time I made the appointment, the staff was professional and responsive. They contacted me ahead of the visit to ensure I had the proper documentation of prior vaccinations etc. The office was very nice; spacious, modern, just what I expected. The staff was friendly, professional...everything I expected. Great job !!

5/13/21 Update - I would like to say that Dr. Wolff did call me personally. While I still will not return I do believe that his intentions towards the animals are good. I just personally need a vet that communicates in a more mutually respectful manner. I have taken my dog here for 5 years. Groomer is great but Dr. Wolff seems to have forgotten who and what he is. He is unbelievably condescending. My dog had issues with her urinary tract system to the point of having stones, which he removed. I have consistently brought her in for check ups, paid for the antibiotics and the surgery. I was told to buy special food which I did. They gave me the wrong food for almost a year, she had another issue, so I paid some more. When she was not brought back within a few weeks of the suggested time frame to recheck (again despite the fact she is checked every time she is groomed) he felt it his right to lecture. My dog has NEVER been neglected or mistreated, to your own admission she is healthy every time I bring her in. Any issues identified were taken care of. I will not be lectured to by him any more. Good luck if you are considering this vet.

We can’t thank Dr Wolff and his staff enough for saving our dogs life! My sweet girl is at the end of her journey and Dr Wolff was able to perform an emergency surgery on her when nobody else would take the chance. Everyone has been so caring and understanding. Adele is living her best life every day and we are so grateful for Palm City Animal Medical Center!

Thanks for helping my Frenchie. We were visiting from Virginia and had a dog bite on the ear. They found time to make an appointment on short notice.

The dog I was sitting that day and I took him there for his appointment.

Our recent experience at PalmCity Animal Hospital was great! The tech was knowledgeable and efficient with our nervous dog. Dr. Wolf was knowledgeable, caring and helpful.
