No good have not got my dog yet

Never get the order correct at this location I have called on a couple of occasions to talk to the district managers and no one has ever gotten back to me they don't care

Our family dog who has seen Dr. Mathews for the past 14 years was seizing and dying. After calling the office for help, the (super kind, as always) receptionist handed the phone to Dr. Mathews. I know he doesn’t do house calls, but my poor dog needed help and getting her to the office was just impossible as her body was giving out. His advice was, “find a mobile vet.” And when I asked if he had any recommendations, he told me to “just Google it.” Thankfully, Google was better help & another local vet was able to come and make her comfortable as she went to heaven. It was a tough and traumatizing moment for my family and I really just wish Dr. Mathews showed compassion during this difficult time, or even just said “I’m sorry” or had a recommendation to help my Pepsi girl. It was really frustrating and not helpful.

Professional clinic and very good Dr who answered questions in language I could understand.

Very fast, efficient, and helpful care. Took my cat in for a checkup and was out within 30 minutes. More than fair prices for goods and services.

I've been taking my dog to Dr Matthew for many years for the annual checkup and shots. He is super efficient and is great with my pet. I like him personally as well. I'm usually in and out within 20 minutes and flexible with scheduling- perfect for my busy schedule. I also appreciate that he doesn't try to upsell me on cosmetic procedures or other services that other vets would try with me in the past.

THANK YOU Dr. Mathew: For saving my dogs life. My dog is a 7 lb Chihuahua, and had a battle with a Bufo Toad. The dog collapsed and convulsed, and Dr. Mathew Never stopped trying to save the dog. It took almost 4 hours for the dog to be calm. I was sure the dog was dead, every type of fluid excreted, legs pointing to the sky, head wrenched 180 degrees, spastic eye movement and even a blue tongue. The Dr, cleared the air pathway, several times after being blocked by poison foam. Our Dog is like a child to us, and we would have been devastated with his loss. I have known Dr Mathew for 30 plus years, he has taken care of several dogs and cats for me over that time period, but I never got to see him save a life. He doesn’t have a large office, and he makes me feel like Im important, like my old family doctor from long long ago. I will never go to a different Veterinarian. If you want your animal cared for in a personal way. Your in the right place.

Very pleased with the care my 4 dogs and 2 cats get.no problem getting an appointment. Best place I've been for my pets. I recommend this vet.to anyone. Prices are reasonable as well.

Throughout my life, I've lived many places and have owned many pets. Once I found this place back 5 years ago, I've never strayed. Dr. Matthew is a phenomenal doctor.

Dr. Mathew is a wonderful vet! Really cares about animals. Saved my cat from near death five years ago and he is the only one I trust with my babies.

Dr Matthews is an amazing veterinarian, always there when you need him and takes care of the animals like they are his own. This is the kind of veterinarian that you read about or see in movies - we are very lucky to have him.

I would not take a dead bug to him, worse vet in the area, does not know what he is doing, he just tell you what he think is wrong with your dog, he told me to take my dog to another vet, after i paid him a lot of money,

Dr. Mathews is the BEST!!! Prior to going to him I did my research. Called at least 6 or 7 different local vets. But North Mil Animal Clinic by far was offering the lowest prices. But just because it was cheap... I still needed to find out if it really was a good clinic. So I gave it a chance. Once again Dr. Mathews is the BEST!!! I have been taking my two cats for 4 yrs to him and my dog for two years. His knowledge, kindness, honestly is of the up most. The customer service is great. I refer him all the time. You will not regret giving this clinic and Dr. Mathews the opportunity to win you over as a customer and provide high quality service to your fur babies.

Dr. Abraham Mathews, was very kind to donate to my nephew Jack Carney. Jack was diagnosed with retinoblastoma a rare form of eye cancer. Jack is five years old and has been through so much. When I walked into the animal clinic, I met Dr. Abraham Mathew at the front desk and I explained that I was hosting a benefit for my nephew Jack. Dr. Abraham Mathew very kindly gave me a donation for Jack Carney fundraiser set to be in September. Thank you ! He is a kind and giving man' so I know that he would be someone to trust with your loving pets.

With money being tight for so my family's a Veterinarian visits is the first thing to get cut out of one's budget. So trying to find quality with affordability is not easy... With this being said Dr. Matthews at North Mill Animal Clinic is an Awesome Veterinarian Doctor! Not only is he great with our two dogs. He has extremely affordable Veterinarian prices... including prices on spay and neutering!

We enjoy taking our standard poodle to Dr. Matthew who is very accommodating, has very reasonable prices, and does excellent work when he spayed our girl.
