Dr Adams has been treating our family dogs for over 25 years. The entire staff is very caring and attentive in their interaction with our pets. We have had a number of dogs over the years and all have been well cared for by the Midway team. When one of our aging little guys was seriously ill, Dr Adams even took him home overnight to be sure he received the care he needed‼️

Amazing place for your animals and your wallet. The vet techs are so knowledgeable and eager to explain everything so well. And don't even get me started with Dr. Holland. She is very informative and through. The best Doctor ever. Never second guess Midway Vet.

We love Midway Vet!! The doctors (Dr. Adams, Dr. Holland and Dr. Wasserman) are all amazing and compassionate. The techs are very knowledgeable and sweet. We've been going to them for numerous years, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Midway Veterinary Staff!!!

I have been calling for 3 days to get my dog help no return call back from the office had to call again for help and no help, they want your money but won't address my dogs problem. So at this point I will try another Vet who actually cares about my dog.

Friendly place prices are to expensive though need better discount on spade and nurtured program for our furry friends

The vet staff is the best in the county and Dr Adams and Dr Cynthia Wasserman are just amazing and take the the time to ask questions and really are concerned about their animals and the pets parents. The girls in the office are friendly and very helpful. Thank you to Midway Veterinary Hospital. They have taken care of 3 of my dogs for the last 28 years.

Dr. Adams, Dr. Holland and staff are all amazing to work with. They are professional, caring and great with all types of furbabies. Highly recommend!

I paid for a first time visit and did not get to talk with the Veterinarian about getting my dog microchipped and neutered because due to COVID I had to stay in the parking lot, was told I would be called, but I wasn't. they told me my Rx for heartworm med would be available online for any store I chose to get the med from, so I ordered from Chewy.com but after more than a week received a cancelled order notice due to my Vet not responding to their request for the Rx. Very disappointed and feel I was ripped off. I paid $110.00 and only got his rabbies vaccine.

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!! I sent my dog here with my mom for a rabies vaccine ONLY & she walked out with 4 other vaccines, that didn’t include her rabies shot! They claimed she was too young (which she isn’t). & They did this without any of my consent & expected me to pay $100 for vaccines I never approved of. Once I tried calling to figure out why this wasn’t discussed with anyone, they kept giving me the run around saying the vet was going to call me back (which they never did). I WILL NEVER BRING MY DOG HERE AGAIN NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING HERE!!

My canine family has been going to Dr. Adams for many years. Today, Zorro was seen as an add in appointment for some eye issues. Dr. Adams and his staff are very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Pets definitely come first there!

The communication of the staff is appalling. My old vet clinic closed so I was recommended to go here, big mistake. Trying to order my dog’s medication was the most complicated process despite them having the prescriptions. The first time I attempted with the first medication, I did it via their online store. I called back 3 times asking why it’s taking 1.5 weeks to approve to ship?! No one could give me an answer or they said someone would call me back. No one ever called so I would always call back 2 business days later (because I give time if busy). I had to scream at the person saying I’m running low and I ordered weeks ahead of time and the website says approval takes up to 48 hours not weeks! The next medication I had to order I planned a month out due to this past incident. They didn’t sell this brand (which took two phone calls for me to confirm...) so I asked them to call it into publix which said they did. Three days later I’ve heard nothing, I went to publix asking if they called it in and they said no. I called the vet and they said they did call it in and publix said they would cal me about it. And continued by saying since they couldn’t fill it that it’s “MY ISSUE”. This is where I knew they were far from professional. I left a message about how my animal is THEIR patient and how they should have informed me of the situation and offered alternatives so my dog could get the necessary medication. I told them I was furious by the lack of communication and wanted to speak with a doctor or someone in charge. Someone called me offering alternatives and then I received another call after from a manager named Ashley saying she would look into the communication and talk to me later about that but she could get the heart worm medication at a local clinic and get it for me the next day. I said great do all of that. I was told Ashley would be there to discuss the communication when I pick up the medication. So I went and picked it up, they gave it to me on the house, and they told me she would call me regarding communication. Fast forward to now as it has been weeks and I’ve never heard from Ashley. They also gave me the wrong size medication as they think my dog is 50 lbs more than she is according to her records I just looked at. SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Unfortunately they still taking precautions with everything going on and won’t let owners in with pets but I am happy with their service. It was our first time with them and my baby walked in without me like he knew the tech. I have a shepherd mix with lab. They where fast, polite, and not over priced.

I was afraid my dog was not healthy, so I asked them to do a blood work-up on her. Also, was concerned about her bad breath being a health issue. I feel like they took my concern and ran with it all the way to the bank. I paid almost $300. Then, when I needed her rabies shot couple of months later, I was told I must have her see the doctor first, which was around another $64 along with the vaccine. Are you kidding me? I just had a whole work-up done less than 8 weeks ago! Robbery!

Had an emergency with my dog on Sunday after coming back from out of town, called Monday at 8am to schedule a follow-up as directed by the ER vet, was told they were closed except for emergencies only and that they would review the ER vets paperwork and call me back to set up the appointment. Even after multiple attempts to get an update, I received no contact until over 6 hours later when she was already being seen by another vet. Needless to say I don't feel comfortable with her being in the care of a vet who doesn't see the urgency in an emergency, I've changed her vet effective immediately.

Well, after going for over 10 years with many Dogs and Cats they have finally got out of our price range. $600.00 for an hour, xray, blood work that they diagnosis in 10 mins. A heartworm check we didn't ask for and 21$ to stick finger in dogs rear. As great of a guy as he is, I too have a kid in college that needs paid for... now what ? Where do u go for reasonable service

It was an error that I went there, had an appointment elsewhere but somehow went to Midway. They were quite accommodating although confused! Lovely vet and solid advise, happy to report 17 year old cat is doing well, thanks!
