5 stars isn't enough. From the caring, professional staff and reasonable prices... to the clean and spacious building... top notch experience every time!

If you want cheap, this is the place. If you want quality care, don't go here. They are always crazy busy. My pet was seen twice and was put on meds for 4 weeks. I called after the meds were completed for a follow up and the receptionist attempted to give me advice like she was the Vet. I was trying to schedule a follow up appt. I left a message for the Vet and it's been almost a week, still no response. The wait here is always extra long even when you have an appt. The Vet are nice but some of the staff are awful, and rude. They pick and choose who they want to be nice to. It's very unprofessional. Don't call on a Saturday or right before they go to lunch, they'll put you on hold and hang up on you. I get that you want to go to lunch or get off work when you're off, just don't answer the phone if you're going to hang up on the customer. I have a job too, I get it. They won't answer the phone when you call back.

These people had me come in for my dog needing his bandages changed and they told me that they couldn’t change his bandage because they don’t have the tools for that and that it would take more than 20 minutes and they don’t have the staff for that. So they sent me on my way telling me to go to a different vet. Like okay why did you make my appointment and have my drive 20 minutes to this little place to tell me to go somewhere else?? You’re telling me you don’t have bandages in the entire building?? Worst service I have ever encountered and the lady who spoke to me was rude as well. Zero stars.

Very nice staff. Very helpful with vaccines for my pups. Very reasonable prices.

Took my dog to get treated for breakouts on her skin and feet. Went a couple of times because my dog was not getting better, actually worse. She was losing weight and looked very bad. I told them I'm not bringing her back she looks like she is going to die. Skin and bones. They did not care, not there problem. I took her to another vet in the area and they where shocked at the condition of my dog .They could not believe she was under the care of a vet looking this bad. Thankfully they gave her meds and she started to heal up and gained her weight back. But she will have scars on her back legs for the rest of her life. Very upset. This could of been prevented. I do not recommend this facility to anyone that cares about the health of there fur baby.

The most loving, caring team!! Each pet is treated like family. And their facility is so clean and nice. We moved to Palm Bay from Houston a year ago and so happy to have found them, AND just a mile from my new home
