Awful, I called them over a month ago to schedule the boarding night and gave them all necessary information about my dog and myself. Got all the info about when to pick up and late checkout rates. So today at drop off, was made to wait outside for 20 min before initial contact. Then when they come out, proceed to tell me they were gonna be closed at 12 pm tomorrow and that we wouldn't be able to do late checkout. Something told me to bring my dog's paperwork and thank God I did. They were telling me he did not have parainfluenza when he clearly had it listed in the paperwork. They made me 40 minutes late to my next appointment. So I just had them give me my paperwork and I walked away, now have to find someone to take care of my dog but I rather that then to take him there. So now I am one and a half hours late. If they can't get it together to process paperwork they clearly can't handle taking my dog! ! Usually when someone is dropping off the dog it is on the way out to do something its not ok to verify paperwork at the moment of drop off. I could understand if it was a last minute appt. But I had called over a month ago. Thank you for nothing!

Pup is always happy and tired after a visit, and the staff taking care of the animals are outstanding! I always feel slightly guilty taking him home after a day at the doggie day care as he seems to enjoy it so much!

They helped us on short notice and it was very much appreciated.

Staff was rude when I dropped my dog off, they would've kept his belongings if I didn't remind them that I had brought them, they didn't take the dog out the morning I picked him up and he nearly pissed in the car on the way home. Also, I don't think they even fed him, if they did, it was once because nearly all of the food I packed was still in his bag. He came home starving.
