A good place with excellent people.

Staff is always amazing and ready to answer any questions a pet parent has. I love that they care for my babies as I do.

The staff turnover is extremely high. Every time you call, no one is ever on the same page and they always give you different answers. The reception staff is very inexperienced, often rude and unaccommodating. At my last visit, I expressed to Dr. Duprey that my cat was having an allergic reaction to Revolution Plus where he would get bleeding scabs.. Dr. Duprey told me he would give me other options for safe flea prevention for my cat and never followed through.

They were so nice to my dogs and very informative.

I wish I could give negative stars. My daughter brought her cats in to be spayed. The first appointment they charged $900 for blood work INCLUDING an add on $150 per cat to become *VIP* patients (this was added without consent) Then they were unable to complete blood work for one cat BUT THE CHARGES WERE THE SAME AS THE OTHER FFWD to day of surgery: They quoted my daughter$595 TOTAL but charged her $1000 at the end of the day. Aside from the standard pain meds, they prescribed gabapentin saline and ointment for both. They failed to provide written copies of the charges, over charged her AND THEN TOLD HER TO ONLY BRING ONE CAT BACK TO GET STITCHES REMOVED BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT FANS OF THE OTHER CATS PERSONALITY. The cat in question has moved into our home this year with multiple pets and new people with NO TROUBLE. THEY ARE ILL EQUIPPED IN ABILITIES TO HANDLE ANIMALS OR PAPERWORK. THEY OVER CHARGE AND ARE RUDE WHEN YOU QUESTION THE BILL

I can't speak highly enough of Alafaya Trail animal hospital. Everyone there is caring and attentive, always pleasant and working to assist with anything I need. We have been seeing Dr Duprey since probably about 2017 and he is absolutely fantastic. Takes time to answer all my questions (and believe me, there are alot), educates me on stuff I may not have been familiar with and always reviews treatment plans and costs with me to make sure we are on the same page and understand how we are going to move forward. Everyone I met here was super nice. The doctor was clearly concerned about my cat's well being. Finally, when I couldn't get a taxi home, one of the doctors was nice enough to drive me and my cat home.

Amazing experience with our new puppy. They treated him like he was their own, they are very caring, loving and professional. The BEST in town!

Best Place Ever to Take Your Fur Babies!

I’m glad I brought my golden doodle/Bichon mix to this vet. The staff is amazing. It is great to see the same faces every time we visit! Dr. Q is very sweet and compassionate. She always asks if I have any questions. She gave me recommendations about raising my dog. The staff genuinely seems like they care and value for their patients.

This vet office is amazing! I saved my kitten and they were able to take good care of her even though they were busy and even provided with all of the information and resources I need to take care of her. I highly recommend this office they are so sweet :)

We have been going to Alafaya Trail Animal Hospital for 24 + years. Enrique Duprey and his staff are amazing!!! We moved to Daytona Beach, four years ago, and continue to use Dr. Duprey due to his kindness, professional demeanor and medical expertise.

Awesome service. They do care for the pets and their owners.

Horrible experience. We saw three different vets at three different times, and two of them recommended dog food they were financially incentivized to sell. A bunch of highly priced services were always added to the bill at every visit, and their necessity was debatable. Since we had to drop off our dog due to the pandemic, the entire process took hours. It takes an extremely long time for them to call back about updates. At a different clinic, my visit was in person, on time and swiftly completed. The worse is yet to come: When they measured out the loose/powdery medicine, one of the bags was not sealed and the medicine fell out the bag. I called to ask about (1) how many bags is considered one dose, because it was not specified on the label, and (2) can they replace the loose medicine that was not sealed. The front desk said she will call me back. They did not call back at all - and I am writing this a month later. If you are looking for a professional services, please go somewhere else.

Amazing, most caring vet team I have ever had

They all amazing. They make sure that you understand all the options. They show caring and concern for your situation. I was able to get an appointment very fast. Professional and caring from the person that make the appointment in the phone to the check up.

I have been a patient here for 13 years and cannot day enough wonderful things about the doctors and staff at Alafaya Trail Animal Hospital. I am so thankful for everything they have done for my pups over the years! They are knowledgeable, compassionate and can put this over protective dog mama at ease which is no easy task!

The best place to take your fur babies. Doctors and staff are very caring and friendly. We have been going to them for about 16 years. Doctors take their time to explain everything with patience and will guide for the right treatments for your pets. It’s easy to make appointments because front desk is very efficient and friendly. Dr. Dupre’ and Dr. Lannes. We highly recommend this clinic for all your pets needs. Our pets are our family and they deserve the best.

I moved into the area with a new puppy so I did some research before picking the vet with the closest proximity. Overall, I was please with the consistent business hours offering the greatest availability. Additionally, compared to other vet clinics in Oviedo, this office offered the best “first-time exam fee”. I was please with the staff- they were very knowledgeable and caring. I was worried my puppy would be difficult (as it was his first visit and, due to Covid, I needed to wait in the car) but through the updates and texts I felt at peace.

Had a great experience! Dr. Duprey and the rest of the staff were amazingly attentive and responsive! They were able to pinpoint the problem and create a quick action plan to get the ball rolling. I would definitely recommend this facility! Definitely helped my dog to have the best possible chance at survival and for that I am eternally grateful.

I’ve only just started taking my dog here but I’m very pleased with everything about this office! So glad they are walking distance for me too! Score on vet location for me! I’ll be bringing my new puppy here as well fit my vet needs.

This has truly been one of the best experiences I have ever had with an Animal hospital. Enrique Duprey, DVM is the genuine article, outstanding as a Veternarian and sets the precedent of how animal lovers and animals should be treated. The entire staff is just superb and will probably love your animals more than you can imagine. Meghan is such a delight to deal with. The last couple times I had brought my dogs for a visit, I had to some how convince my dogs to come back with me. The level of genuine care is unseen today and can serve as a learning curve for others out there.

My fam has been with this vet for decades, I recommend them to all my friends with furry companions. I've always felt confident with the services they provide.
