We take all our babies to Pet Street! We love how loving they are to them. We’ve been going to Pet Street since we moved down from out of state about 6 years ago. Thank you for caring!

We have been using Pet street for years. But just recently it has become more about money than the care of the animals. I feel they are all about making the $$….. so sad. They used to be great and now we are looking for a new vet that puts my fir babies before the almighty dollar.

I have been going here for 2+ Years for boarding and Vet Services. They used to be very good but no more. They left my dog's harness on and charged me for a vet visit last time I boarded her. She had no rash when I dropped her off and it was a day later they charged me. They did not call me before they gave my dog treatment and medication, which by the way, made her very sick. They kept wanting to uncharge us for things she didn't need and that we were never charged for before. They have very bad business practices and I would never treat my customers they way we were treated here. Looking for a new vet.

I cannot say enough how great pet Street vets and techs are I have been using a different vet in town for four years. When my dog got sick my vet would not see him for two weeks. I found pet Street they took him right in and gave him the best care. He is well and doing great I now have pet Street as my new vet. They are kind , and they Care !!!! I read someone said they are over priced. I can tell you I paid half with Pet Street than my other vet charges and Pet Street I feel gave better care Dr Williams is a very caring Veterinarian. He cares about your pet and takes his time to explain everything about your pet and he listens to you about what’s going on with your pet

First, I would just like to say how grateful I am to this awesome team!! In order to stress how compassionate they are I must elaborate on my experience. How I found them... I was referred by two different coworkers that both use their veterinary services for their dogs. Working in the dental field a referral is the highest form of compliments so this was very important to me. Of course I thought about how my coworkers are both extreme animals lovers so I felt confident in their referral but they were unsure if they could help me with a sick bearded dragon. I had already spent an entire day trying to find an exotic vet that would even be able to help and wouldn't send me to another vet wasting valuable time I didnt really have. I decided to call on faith in their referral and experience. Upon calling I wish I could remember her name because she is the person that you get that initial impression from,  I was greated with genuineness, understanding, and concern to help in whatever way she could! Even better they do see exotics!! From there she got me in the very next morning since it was the afternoon  and I couldn't get there that same day anyways. She placed me on a short hold because more than likely she had to work us in given the circumstance and my situation. Already I felt confident they actually cared and weren't just trying to fill a schedule. That gave me some peace that I was atleast moving in the right direction. My husband had to take my beardy due to my work schedule but I phoned in during the entire appointment with Dr. William's which was awesome because sometimes this type of situation can be an inconvenience or just simply annoying to some. Dr. William's did not give off that feeling what so ever but yet more understanding and genuine concern. He gave us both honest information and guidance on what to do, he covered all the basis for us to make efforts for a hopeful success. We also discussed how this could be a lengthy at home process given the route we chose. Dr. William's did give us multiple options and scenarios and with this information I wasn't steered in any direction I wasnt comfortable with nor given any type of false hope but realistic expectations of those options and scenarios. If you know anything about reptiles they can become very stressed during what seems like typical routine stuff to other pets so in this process we were just trying to make the best INFORMED decision we could and with Petstreets help we have done that!  They spent valuable time discussing and answering all of my questions and my husband's. It didnt stop there though :) the very next day they followed up on Draco my beardy and I had more questions about some of the treatments I was trying to navigate through. Once again the girls I spoke with were beyond fantastic, professional, sweet and caring they took all my questions which was a lot and I even needed some portions configured. I figured I may get a call back at some point that evening because I'm sure they're busy or the doctor is busy etc...Nope, they called me back within 15mins maybe less with answers and quantities to all my questions! TLC Rockstars!! Then today I came home to a card from them welcoming us and validating what they had already done and that was be there for us in a time of extreme concern. I would highly recommend this amazing practice and I hope you will find comfort like we did even in difficult times. Thank you is not enough gratitude for these wonderful professionals but with extreme gratefulness I thank you all for everything!!

Dr. Schecter & staff are great! They are very kind & caring. They explained their diagnosis and treatment plan. Before they started treatment , they gave the price of everything so there weren't any surprises at check out. Also..I was happy to learn about Care Credit to which I applied for and was accepted in minutes. Hulk & I look forward to seeing them again.

Wonderful Staff! I was referred here by my original vet. This group of individuals welcomed my pup without reservation, took amazing care of him. The vet working was Dr. van Deijck. So here are my observations - 1) doesn't overprescribe. This is a great quality - he could have given antibiotics which were not required on that visit, but after 72 hours of worsening he did prescribe when I sent a photo in. Is that quality or what? 2) The vet did not order testing. He could have ordered a blood count, x-rays etc but on exam he didn't find an indication. Money savings, unecessary pain for my pet. This is a quality grou. Also they called to check on my pup the next day. I can't say enough about this office of professionals. Thank you from our family!

So you people are going to put a dog down because of food aggression. When there are so many rescues out there to help. Not to mention trainers wanting to help. This dog needs a chance before you do this!

I completely trust the professional care my pup and cat receive from the veterinarians at Pet Street. The staff is friendly, polite, and answer all of my concerns. Most importantly, they are caring and respectful of my pets.

Recently moved from Ohio with Finn (our English Bulldog) and Gracie ( our adopted cat ) We always wish the best for them, and that’s exactly what we found at Petstreet! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It’s obvious they love animals and showed that to Finn and Gracie. Then Dr. VanDeijck came in and immediately was down on the floor taking in the sloppy Bulldog kisses???? He’s straight forward with answers to any questions you may have. He has developed the art of listening or else it just comes natural. He worked out a care plan with us. Absolutely an awesome vet! Then came Gracie, our rescue. Shy and timid and putty in their hands. They obviously speak “feline.”They take the time to be responsive to each pet’s needs. We are so pleased we found our new vet! nina and thom grim

I had a very positive experience. They did a good job, doing a check-up to my small animal. They were one of the only vet offices that took small small animals (ex. Hamster). They seemed to be very knowledgeable and caring. I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a small animal vet.

I'm disappointed to say that after 8 years of the excellent care we have always experienced, we are looking for a new vet. We waited for 3 days after the 1st call to make an appointment. Then we left 3 messages Tuesday, to get a call Wednesday after saying we would be finding a new vet. Doc said keep us in mind In January, we had a dog that had scary cancer we didn't know about, I called after my dad brought him home to say goodbye. I demanded that all arrangements be made by me. So my dad got bombarded with package options even after I paid for my dad's wishes over the phone. I called to speak with the office manager when I heard my dad had to deal with money upon lopakas being pu to sleep. I think they have grown too quickly to remember loyal customers. Our cat Amanda was going to be seen by them tomorrow, after waiting a week from the 1st phone call. We had her put to sleep today. The new vet did not burden us with packages while we said goodbye, or cost 250 per animal each visit. Over priced, under served.

Dr. Willem-Jan van Deijck Is a great veterinarian and person. Our dog Bubbles had a medical emergency and we are so grateful that pet street was there for us. We got an appointment at short notice and within an hour a full exam was performed. Lab results were sent to my email and Dr Van Deijck explained what was going on. He would have answered my questions patiently all day long. He gave us our options and his recommendation. His tone was friendly, calm, and reassuring. Office staff were professional and compassionate. After the office visit we received phone calls from pet street checking up on our beloved dog bubbles. I really like how they followed up. R.I.P. Bubbles. Best dog ever.

I'm delighted we found Pet Street as our new Vet service. Our previous vet was intolerant of Teddy's fear and forced restraints which Pet Street deemed unnecessary. Pet Street was kind and Teddy took to them immediately and there was no incident. The Doctor and the Staff were caring about us and our pet. Pet Street was also very informative and kept us in the loop about his health, even a next day follow up just for a routine visit. I Love this Vet and will recommend them always. Thank you.

They have charged us office visits the last 4 times. I'm on the wellness plan, its included. Took 2 weeks to get an appointment. They are too busy. They wana get as many customers as they can, but cant handle it. Very disappointing.

They have treated patsy cline like she is theirs and patsy cline is crazy and they love her. Small chi- Pom and 4.74 pounds is like a tax devil but she licks and stays still for them . Pet street is always there 7 days a week and open late Monday -Friday but still there for us if need on Saturday and Sunday . We three love the hard working people in front and especially Dr Williams who didn’t even know our last dog Gertie who came in serious bad heart and helped until the very end with us being the first time we had a dog pass away .

I discovered Pet Street on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. They were open and willing to see my very sick cat. The entire team was caring. They took wonderful care of my cat and then called me every day to make sure he was doing ok. Thank you Pet Street!

Pet Street Veterinary is a great choice when looking for a team to care for your pet family. The team follows up always to see how your pups are after a visit. We had an emergency with one of our pups and they fit us in same day. In addition their hours of operation are incredible allowing us to make appointments after work and weekends.

Last week I had a scare with my dog, Maddie, and truly had no idea where to go. I'm new to the area, was the owner of a dog for the first time in my life, and only knew about Pet Street because I had brought Maddie for a new pet appointment a few days prior. Even though they were fully booked, they allowed me to crash their schedule and admitted my pup on the spot. The doctor took the time to explain his findings, answered all of my questions, and the staff even followed up the next day to check on me and my dog. I never felt like I was a burden and I didn't feel rushed even though I'm sure they were more than overwhelmed. Honestly I don't know where I would have gone or how I could have handled these curveballs I've been dealing with if it wasn't for Pet Street. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you guys!

My first visit was great! It's evident that everyone at this facility cares about the animals and the people work with. I reccomend. I also really appreciated the extra efforts they are making to keep social distancing a priority and keeping everyone safe. Thank you!!

We treated my dog here during the last few months of her life. She was in a lot of pain, and the doctors and staff were so kind to her and did their best to keep her comfortable. I'm so grateful for their compassion & professionalism during this difficult time.
