Bucky barked and whine all of the way home which is over an hour drive..He is now sleeping...I don't know if he didn't want to leave or if there was something else going on..Plus we never seen him on any cameras the whole week he was over there...

The dogs love pet paradise and all the friends there that take care of them. Rusty, Ruby & Rosy always come home happy.

My daughter sends her dogs here for daycare. There are cams to watch the dogs when outside. They live it there and it looks like they have the best time! Since it's in FL, there is a bone shaped pool for the pups to play in as well.

Candice at the Ormond Beach Pet paradise is the best groomer for my dog Bourbon! I always request her and she never fails to make sure he gets the best haircut, nail trim, and bath that there is! Thank you Candice!

They were very professional and my dog seemed very happy there. They fed him puppy ice cream which he loves and even sent him home with a report card.

I cannot praise this pawsome place enough!! We needed a boarding place for my husband and I was going to Cali and our regular dog sitter was not available atm. We searched high and low and was just drawn to this one rather than all the other ones. We had a free one day all day meet and greet where I dropped our Bosco off in the morning and picked him up later that evening. It went great! And he was so exhausted and really seemed to enjoy it. So we booked him for a five day boarding and I was so nervous to leave him for the first time somewhere different and board him for the first time but Pet Paradise sends you daily updates and pictures to show you how well your pup is doing. He did great and just seemed to enjoy by the pics we received! They even celebrate holidays with all the fur babies. 100% would recommend and can’t wait to drop Bosco back off for their summer day camps they have daily. Thank You Pet Paradise for taking care of my baby boy.

This is hands down the best place to leave your pets for the day or for a vacation!! My dogs have so much fun here and I love watching them play on the webcams. The staff is knowledgeable and experienced. They provide a safe environment for my dogs and I never have to worry about them when I go out of town. They are so proactive about communicating with me if there are any problems and it is so reassuring. I always have very sleepy pups when we get home!

Diogi was supposed to go have a bath, comb out, deshed, and cut. When we arrived to pick him up, all that was done was "wash" at best. My wife and I cut the matts out on his front legs and behind his ears. I don't feel he was combed very well, if at all. He still needs a trim and comb through. Pretty bad first impression.

Pet Paradise was recommended to me so we decided to board our 5 year old Shih Tzu, Baxter, there for 5 days. Upon his free day camp visit, we were impressed of the size, cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. On the day we brought him for boarding, we brought his food and gave the staff instructions on his little quirks and eating habits. Because it was a little chilly and he had just been groomed, we keep him with a short summer cut, he was wearing his sweater. We were also told that there would be pictures of him posted and we could watch him on a live video feed on their website. I asked if it was possible if they could bring him closer to the camera because the play area was so big. Was told that wasn't possible because of the number of dogs let out at one time and the staff member had to keep and eye on all the dogs in the area. OK. I understood. On our first day of vacation, I called to see what time he would be in the play area so we could watch him. At the given time we went to the website and saw him, at a distance. Luckily for us he came to the area closest to the camera so we got a good look at him. He didn't look comfortable and was almost constantly at the feet of the girl who was in the play area. He was still wearing his sweater although the girl watching over the dogs had shorts and a tank top or t-shirt on. Looked through the pictures and didn't find any. I called and once again was told that there was a lot of pictures that had been taken and they would be uploaded soon and to go back later to check, which I did and still nothing. Also told the young lady who answered the phone that he really didn't need the sweater, unless the temp really dropped. To make a long story short, I checked the pictures everyday and on the last day of our vacation I looked through ALL of the pics on their FB page and found ONE! So on the pickup day, 3/25/2021, when he came out on his leash, he didn't act himself. Instead of running to me and jumping and whining because he was happy to see me, like he normally does, he was tugging at his leash heading for the door. His face was soaking wet, he still had his sweater on, and the staffer who could tell I was about to ask why, voluntarily told me he was playing in his water dish! Baxter has NEVER played in or with his water dish. When I asked about why we only saw one picture of him I was told there was a package we could have bought for the pictures. We weren't told that when we dropped him off even after I had asked about pictures. I got the bill and was really surprised when we were charged $3 for 1 doggie ice cream treat. You would think at $44/day they could have thrown in 1 treat. When I got him home I took off his sweater and it stank! He headed straight to his water dish and must have drank for about 20 seconds! I put out his food, 1 container of Little Cesars, he gulped it down in less than a minute. Other than the cleanliness of the place I can't recommend Pet Paradise. Personally, I feel Baxter wasn't properly taken care of. I wouldn't say abused but possibly neglected based upon his reactions and personality when I got him home. Will NEVER board at Pet Paradise again!

We just picked up our 2 pups after their 1st 5night stay. Traveling from out of state and using other *day care facilities* we were VERY impressed with Pet Paradise. Clean, friendly, professional! Pups seem to have enjoyed themselves, looking at all the pictures posted! And the cute report card we got. Can't wait to bring them back in October.
