The place is very good there isn't much paperwork to do and they actually care about the pets although like most places are running low on vets :(

I have gone to this vet clinic for about seven years now and have always had a positive experience and never doubted the quality of care my pets received. Unfortunately, Dr. Burke retired recently and after my last experience it is clear the quality of care is no longer the same. We had an old cat named Harry who became sick. It was pretty clear to us he was dying. We took him to the clinic but the new vets did not perform an adequate examination on him. They took his temperature with a rectal thermometer and it was low. He received no treatment for pain management or any other medication besides a shot of penicillin and an antibiotic after I talked to them the next day. I discovered shortly after getting Harry home he had a serious injury on his behind which appeared to be either a tumor or some other significant wound which was an obvious source of pain for him. The vet did not even make a note of this. This was something we had to discover on our own, after paying 200 dollars for suboptimal care on our dying pet. It is unfortunate that we had this experience but I believe we will be trying to find a new vet clinic.

Would have given this place a five star review based on years of experience with our interactions. This is no longer the same since Dr. Burke left the practice. Being generous on rating based on latest experience. Seems like the new veterinarian is your average run of the mill, upscale clinic. Will give them another chance based on the remaining staff which are outstanding.

I highly recommend this vet.these people worked hard to get my angle the surgery she needed that day.thanks to the care she received she is on the mend.and getting back to her old self again.me and her sister are grateful for there care .and there immediate response to my baby.thank you so much.????❤????

Showed up unannounced at 4:45 pm with our ShihTzu, Baxter, because he got bitten by something inside his ear. Although there were no appointments available, the two exceptionally nice women behind the desk, squeezed him in and we saw Dr. Burke by 5 p.m. Dr. Burke was very personable and friendly and professional. Made us, and Baxter, feel very comfortable. First time we've ever seen Baxter so calm at a vet. Dr. Burke found a small nodule inside Baxter's ear and prescribed a cream to apply twice a day along with a script for tablets. I TOTALLY agree and understand why this vet has received 5 star ratings! If I could give this office more, I would. It's very important to us that we, as the parents of Baxter, and Baxter himself were treated so well and made to feel comfortable! Was definitely worth the 25 minute drive! Dr. Burke is now our baby's vet!!! Thank you once again to Dr. Burke and his staff for taking such good care of us!!

Great Care... excellent staff... I am new to the area, but after 2 visits 6 months apart for my dog.... I would not take my dog anywhere else.

Dr Burke is one of the best veterinarys in Ormond Beach him and his staff are spot on with your pets and very friendly and helpful and caring about your situation when it comes down to your fur babies. Dr Burke is the one to see if you need a good vet !!!!!

I'm so glad that I found this office. Dr. Burke and his staff are nice, helpful, professional, and organized. They take a practical approach to treating their patients and you can tell they love what they do. I had a different vet quote me $1200 to get a diagnosis. Dr Burke was able to tell me what to do within seconds with no extra tests or run-around. 5 stars all day from this dog mom.

Our 11 year old golden retriever, Rose, was lethargic and unable to walk more than a few steps. With an antiinflamatory and CBD she was back to her old self and going on walks with us again. I am so grateful for her recovery!

Knowledgeable Vet and staff. Very friendly and love animals. Lobby and rooms are very clean.

Dr. Burke and his staff are excellent

I recently moved here and was looking for a new vet. Boy I feel like I hit the jackpot when I found Dr Burke. His spent so much time on our 1st appointment giving us recommendations, options & letting me know where the nearest emergency hospital was. I was so impressed by his professional and kind disposition. The next day he actually was the one to call with results from tests. Typically the assistants usually call so I was again very impressed with his follow up. He was the best vet that I've ever been too!

Unfortunately Dr Burke is retiring and he has sold the practice to Family Vet Group which is just another large corporate type company with no local ties. Dr Burke gave lots of attention to my three dogs. He and his staff are very professional and care about each and every animal. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vet in the Ormond area.

I really like Dr. Burke. He takes the time to call every time I have to make sure my pup is ok after he has seen him.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Burke for over 20 years, his level of care is like no other. You never wait long to see him and he always follows up the next day which is great for questions you forgot to ask. I moved over an hour away and still use Dr. Burke as my vet because him and his staff are the best. Highly recommend!

First visit with our soft coated wheaten terrier for an abscess on his back. There was a vet filling in and she was very thorough and knowledgeable. Will follow up with main vet. I was very happy with office staff as well. Super friendly and welcoming.

We have been clients for several years and we have never been disappointed with the care and service. They have been with us through the good times and the bad.

I thank god when I found Dr Burke. He is amazing and there for the pets. They don't over charge and he's straight up with you and tries to save you money anywhere he can. I have all my family Co workers and friends goimg to this vet.
