I only gave a 3 stars because Jae passed away after his neutering surgery and no doctors could tell me why he could not walk properly and was bleeding after his surgery unless I paid more than $3000 for just the MRI ( if I had it I would'vedone it, but money is not easy to gain for everyone). Keep in mind that my cat perfectly passed his full exam 1 month before and another physical tes and urine test just 5 days before the surgery. Therefore, I am giving 3 stars, meaning I am neutral when it come to their performance, because I don't know what was the cause of his death. But I hope every everyone who brings their pet to a vet brings it home safely because it is painful to loose your best friend.

By far the BEST vets we've ever had! These ladies get down on the floor and meet the dogs at their level if needed. My moody little dachshund LOVES going to the vet and I'm pretty sure he thinks he owns the place. I love that they actually know my dogs and my dogs feel 100% comfortable with them. The entire staff is amazing! 5 stars all around!

Dr. Wolfe and her staff did an Amazing feat in saving the neighborhood cat we had fallen in love with from certain death because of complications in birthing all her kittens. With herocic effort from Granada Animal Hospital, we managed to save Mama's and one kitten's life! Thank You from the bottom of our Hearts Dr. Wolfe!

Dr Wolfe and Dr. Whalen are the best. We have an English Bulldog and they can be a tough breed to treat. They are fantastic with our Gator and he loves them

Thank you for a wonderful first visit! - I was searching for a new local vet a few weeks ago (I've been going to one some distance away after moving). I emailed Granada Animal Hospital asking about treatments that my cat is currently on. I received a response the next day from Dr. Wolfe personally, so I already had a good impression and made an appointment in February for a new puppy we're picking up. Well, my current dog developed an issue, so I took him to his usual vet. I was given some medication to try and it improved, but hadn't cleared up and I was unhappy with some of the service I received there. So I called Granada and they made me an appointment for the following Monday. I got called the Sunday before and they unfortunately had to close the office on Monday and my appointment would need to be rescheduled. No problem. I didn't expect a call back for a while (I know things get busy) but I got a call on Tuesday and an appointment on Wednesday. More good impressions. When I got there, the tech who came to get my dog was so lovely. She asked me what was going on and wrote down notes. And a little while later, Dr. Whalen came out to introduce herself. She explained what was most likely causing the issue (something I had asked my previous vet about and was basically shut down). She talked me through various treatment and test options once the issue was cleared up, and since I was the last appointment of the day she had the time to just chat with me about my dog and other pets, which I really appreciated. More than anything she made me feel comfortable. She explained things thoroughly and never made me feel like I've done something wrong or not cared for my pet well enough, which I've experienced elsewhere. I highly recommend Granada Animal Hospital, and I'm looking forward to future appointments there.

We moved to Ormond Beach a few years ago, at which time I had to find a new vet for our Boston Terrier (Zoey). I called many places, but felt immediately comfortable with the staff at Granada Animal Hospital. Our very first visit confirmed …

I loved my first experience there. The tech was soooo nice which is honestly hard to find in this town. The doctor wasn't pushy and actually listened to what I felt comfortable doing that day for my kitten and was willing to monitor and take things slowly with me for the kitten. Brought the ultrasound machine into the room with me to show me what she was seeing, she was interested to learn how herbal remedies helped me and my previous pets. Just all around the most pleasant experience which rarely happens at the vet lol. Will definitely be making this my new vet for my animals.
