Pet Paradise Palm Coast Bunnell, Florida

We have used the Palm Coast Location for a few years. Our senior dog was very well cared for and the staff was very attentive and tesponsive to our needs. Our precious little loved dog left us a week ago and we are very thankful for the care she received when in Pet Paradise care. That staff is great and very caring!

Well it's our first time there brought our dog for a get acquainted day prior to boarding. The staff is really nice and it's a well organized place Very clean. Love the idea of web cams so we can see how our boy is doing. Stay tuned for more

Today was our 1st visit ever. From the phone call making our reservation to the drop off, every member of the staff was amazing!

Used to be the greatest place until corporate environment took over. Animals are all sick and now have vet bills in addition to the boarding costs. They have never smelled before, this time after pickup my car smelled like a zoo. Never again! Manager does not return phone calls either. Been a customer well over twenty years. Very disappointing.

Have used Pet Paradise for almost two years, traveling 4 to 7 days. This time however I was charged additional summer and holiday rates, almost doubling my anticipated cost. Will look for another place for Thanksgiving.

Only do grooming one day a week!

Our Yorkie loves this place. It is expensive but you know your fur baby is well taken care of.

The staff was absolutely amazing I was very hesitant to leave my fur baby I called and checked on her while I was away, they took excellent care of her I would definitely bring her back if I had to

Staff was super friendly and I loved the Pet Connect option to get report cards on my kitty while she was boarded there. I know she was well taken care of while I was out of town. Thank you so much!

I dropped off my dog for 4 days. My dog was clean. I left food for my dog along with toys, but they only let her have 1 toy so I had to take some toys home. When I picked my dog up, she was dirty and smelled completely like urine. When we got home, she drank water like she was dying of thirst. She also ate her food as if she hadn’t eaten. I had to give her a good bath because she was so dirty and smelled so bad. I don’t even think they gave her the toy at all. Also I watched the camera constantly the 4 days we left her there and the workers only took her out for about 5 minutes and didn’t even play with her. I paid for play time one on one so I expected someone to play with her. But the worker just took her outside and stood while she walked around. Don’t leave your dogs here!

This is the best place to leave your pet for a few days my dog love it sooo much you will see the difference on your pet he/ her will feel even more relax after spend a few days there

HORRIBLE service! They called me 15 minutes before my drop-off time to tell me the vaccine files I had uploaded over a week prior were not acceptable! My reservation was CONFIRMED after the files had been uploaded!!! I was on my way to catch a flight after I was supposed to drop them off!! ZERO HELP! While trying to figure out what to do, they just cancelled my reservation. Then they stopped taking my calls since they can see your number so I could ask them to reinstate my reservation while I was trying to fix my vaccine dox. SERIOUSLY!!! Zero consideration for your customers time, effort and loyalty. My dogs had been there before but NEVER again!!

Horrible experience!! I paid these people over $5000!! To mistreat my 5 pets!!! HARASSING phone calls and down right rude! I picked my babies up and they looked like hell! I wouldn't leave a rock in their care!!

Just a quick note. I made reservations online and I mistakenly reserved two spots for my babies. However I made it for Plano TX DAH! They quickly canceled my reservation in TX and rebooked for Palm Coast. Thank you Pet Paradise great job correcting my error. Pam S

My dog recently has been coming home smelling like a dead animal and one time understandable but this has happened multiple times now and its starting to become really irritating especially when we’re constantly having to give him baths for the lack of effort to keep the kennel or play area clean

They take great care of our dog. Thank you all for the effort in keeping our dog happy and comfortable during her stay. Highly recommend for day trips or long stays.

My fur baby loves coming here when I travel and can't take him with me. They treat him well and gets lots of exercise throughout the day. I also love that I can order a come home bath on the day that he comes back home with me and he smells good and is soft as snow!! Love this place!!

Great staff! They are fantastic with the animals!

We recently boarded our French Bulldog Maxine here. She's only 33lbs so we were concerned about her being around much bigger dogs. The staff addressed our concerns and assured us Maxine would be boarded with the smaller dogs in a separate building. They have play time twice a day where the dogs are supervised in an enclosed area. We picked up Max after an 8 day visit and she looked great. The ladies gave us a report card on Maxines stay and were very kind. It's obvious everyone there loves animals. I was very pleased with my experience and recommend them for anyone considering boarding their dog.
