Excellent experience, they are so helpful and just kind people! Picked out and picked up a beautiful rare red factor sun conure and I couldn’t be happier with her, precious little thing.. I was surprised how sweet their birds are there, the ones I checked out, none even tried to bite and my baby, hasn’t even considered biting me. I’m so in love with her. ???? thank you guys so much!! If you’re looking for pet supplies in the Ormond area, seriously check them out, not many places have prices this good! Definitely recommend them!

I love this place it’s a lot better then most that I have gone to and they actually know what they are talking about.i understand that there fish system might upset some people but if they could moved some tanks to clean behind then they would but unfortunately they can’t because of the system set up. And I know if they are busy with clipping birds nails or wings it might be a little bit of a weight but some people just need to be understanding and not get upset because they have to weight

Purchased a Quaker from this family owned pet store and he/she is the sweetest and gentlest bird and pet in general. We are so thankful. My son has bonded with the bird and I am grateful for this as he has had a tough year. Thank you again.

It was great. Lots of animals and new foods for my animals that I haven't seen. They also have lots of thing for your tanks and cages.

I went in looking for information on a list of birds because I’ve been doing research to get my first bird soon. All my questions were answered. Fair pricing. I definitely will be back! So sad ???? People who claim to have worked with birds for 30 yrs+ .went to have my baby's nail trimmed. NOT once.. not twice. I will never go to this place ever again. When asked...I'll just show them the pictures!

This was my first time going there it was a pretty clean place for a pet store but they did not have the lamp bulb that I needed for my turtle cage

The owner is very helpful with loys of knowledge knows her bearded dragon lizards. Learned a lot from just talking to her for a 20 minute conversation. Would definitely come back to buy one in the near future.

The owners are very nice very helpful. They have lots of variety of bird and some reptiles and fish to choose from. They have 6 isle of toys and perches for birds and the best part is that the birds are on an actual pellet diet so training with seed as a reward is easy! I recommend these guys

Prices are way too high.and the employees are rude as hell and act like your not even there.i was there during the time they was feeding all the baby birds.the guy there would just shove food down their throats them throw them in a cage a little too rough
