Woof Gang Bakery Dr. Phillips Orlando, Florida

My dog has been coming here since she was a puppy. On her appointment on 01/25/22 the groomer stated that she has sensitive ears so that’s why she put a cream/paste on one of her ears. Later that day I took off the cream and I realized she was bleeding and was missing a piece of her ear. I called the groomers and they stated they have no notes of the groomer cutting my dog and too call back when the managers were in the office. I took my dog to the vet and they confirmed that my dog had a laceration on her ear and that a piece was necrotic, which will fall off eventually. I called the groomers today and the management was no help. They were rude in picking up the phone and eventually passed the phone to the groomer. I understand things can happen with animals but be honest and we will understand. Nothing was resolved. I’m so disappointed. My poor dog has a piece of her ear missing and they could care less.

I have bought things for years here. They did not have what I wanted but I got something I could use. They did not seem very happy or friendly to me. Did not bother to show the new products.. Just pointed at a table then snarled at me and walked away (probably a cat person). I was getting bad vibes. I hope they were not hating their lives. I met the owner once at his home. He is a super nice and down to earth guy. Merry Christmas ????

Thank you for making my 12 yr old Goldendoodle Bella, very beautiful, and happy about life again! ❤ This has-been an amazing experience for both me and Bella. She pranced away happier than I've seen her since she was a puppy! Paws up on the front desk counter, greeting customers and smelling like frosting. Thank you Woof Gang Dr Philips for making my day and Bella's. Can't wait to return!

Took great care of my pup and her grooming looks great!

The treat bar pumpkin softy treats gave my dog liquid diarrhea. I contacted the store to return the treats for a refund considering I bought them the same day and only gave her 3, but they refused claiming to have a “final sale” on the treat bar when there is no signage. Have been shopping there for my whole dogs 8 years of life and I will not be going back. Ever. Customer service is atrocious. Also note that it’s 20$ for a half bag of treats. Ridiculous. This is the only negative review I have ever posted so proceed to this establishment with caution.

I was having a very hectic morning, running late for my appointment for my 2 dogs to get groomed. The two ladies at the front were amazing, kind professional and patient. The groomer came out and was very attentive to my dogs and asked if they needed and special treatments. This location was amazing! We will 100% be coming back. Upon pick up my dogs looked, smelt and felt amazing!!!! I didn’t catch anyones names but I’m am so grateful for them all!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and always takes great care of my pup! They follow grooming instructions and do a great job of keeping the animals safe and comfortable. Love this place and won’t take my dog anywhere else :-)

Very VERY rude staff. Please save yourself the hassle and your dog the trauma of bring them here.

The place is beautiful and they have a good service, Hannie is spectacular she treats my dog ​​very cute and makes her beautiful, I travel 40 minutes just because I love how Hannie does her job, she is the best !!!❤️????????????

Terrible experience. First time we brought our dog here he got a horrible infection that required antibiotics. We thought it was just a fluke so we kept going. Staff very nasty and rude as we continued to go - never polite; on our most recent appointment they called me a few hours before our scheduled appointment and acted offended that we couldn’t come in early. Truly nasty individuals who don’t seem to care about their customers. F. Will never go back.

I go to the Dr. Phillips location every week on the dot because I have to buy my pup food. The staff here is always very courteous and happy and smiling. I’ve never had a bad experience here ever… honestly you’re there too long if you’ve had a bad experience.. get your things and go it’s really not that hard. Always a pleasure going in every Monday with my budget the ladies know lol.

Poor customer service!!!I asked for a haircut for my golden and they shaved him! My poor dog looks terrible and all they could do was laugh at me for asking for a partial refund. Do not take your pets here! In response to the owners reply, my husband did not leave a tip. And you did not give what I asked for. My husband has never taken the dog in for grooming that’s why I took time to send an email before hand stating what I wanted. Even with the poor communication on what we wanted the haircut/shave job was uneven and poorly done. I did ask for a partial refund and then the owner laughed at me. Again, very poor customer service! The groomer has the audacity to call and leave me another voicemail after I spoke with the owner.that was extremely unprofessional.

Definitely a must! Hanni is amazing… my furbabies love her and they both have anxiety. She’s kind and loving and her work is immaculate

I needed to get my rabbit's nails cut and they do walk-ins so it was convenient.

First time in the store. Bought products for my doggies. Clerks were nice and helpful. They also gave me some samples. Very much appreciated their kindness.

We took my new puppy Azula to this location and they did a wonderful job! Not only did she look great, but the staff was very kind and helpful. We are so happy and will definitely be returning with our pup!

Great selection of all that you might need for your beloved pet. Bought Vitamins for my 15 year old Chihuahua and he loves them! Friendly staff too. Great outlet.

Do NOT take your dog to get groomed here!! A week after getting groomed, I took my puppy to the vet and they stated he had an ear infection and that there is NO way the groomer had cleaned his ears out at all. To top it off, when I called to let them know that the groomer did not clean the ears, they had zero empathy and said that they did the service (which they didn't as my vet stated there's no way they could have, not even a grain of sand). They were very rude, not apologetic. After reading reviews, I see other people making the same complaint! Please please do not take your dog here! I will also be filing with better business

That place is HORRIBLE never bring your dog here I have a labradoodle and took for first time to this place and when I picked up my dog he looked like a rat. They took all his hair off my dog. His hair was beautiful and now looks like a rat.

Chloe absolutely loved coming to get groomed! The staff takes wonderful care of her and she always looks adorable when I pick her up.

We have been going to this Dr. Phillips location for about 2 years now. Our family really does appreciate our experience here - with the owners, employees, and groomers! I would say the qualities at this location 1. They build a relationship. They were always very kind and professional. As time has gone by, the relationship has grown and I feel they have accommodated us and all our concerns with care. 2. Over the 2 years we have been there we have had "concerns"(not many). Since relationships are very rarely perfect all the time, I felt the way our concerns were handled spoke volumes! They took time to listen, were very kind, and addressed each and every concern. What more could you ask for?! 3. The groomers have always done a good job! Being 100%, I do feel they do not keep groomers for long periods of time (but as a fellow small business owner, I understand there are many factors here). Some of their groomers do AMAZING, others are good - but none have been bad. 4. We use them for weekly baths on our 3 baby boys - Lego, Taco, and Nacho. And once a month for grooming.

My puppy Sasha had a great experience on her first visit today. Her groomer Alba, did a great job! She looks so pretty and smells so good ???????? Great customer service as well! Thank you Wolfgang, we'll certainly be back soon!

The staff is wonderful here! They are so nice and professional. Took my golden retriever to get groomed and they did an amazing job. She smells so good and hasn’t felt this soft since she was a baby puppy. They also have such cute homemade dog treats and cookies that are always a hit. Will definitely be going back.

We had appointments to get groomed at the other Wolf Gang in Dr. Phillips and they cancelled on day of appointment rather than call another groomer in. Called this location advised of what happened and they got our 4 dogs in within 2 days. Kept in constant contact with us prior to arrival and promtly called when they were finished. Did an excellent job on all of our Yorkies who think they are farm dogs like german shepherds outside all day. Kaitlyn and Day are excellent groomers would definitely recommend them to all our friends who have already been asking. Toni from the front desk handled all our paperwork quickly. We will definitely be back! Hope you guys are ready for us were a handful. Plus they all smell so gooooood! Please see photo of 4 yorkies in the garden under pictures. Could not get it to attach.

Hailey loves getting groomed here! The staff is very friendly and love on her during her visit. She always gets styled in the cutest bows and bandana. They have a great selection of products and treats to try. And it's quick in and out!
