My dog was so scared to get her nails cut I was denied by Many places and they did such a great job to get me in and out and I knew my dog was a lot to handle they took care of her very well! Can’t wait to bring her back for a grommets appointment

OH MY GOSH I love this place and so do my doggos. This is the only place Dixiebell has no problem walking away from me. They always do such a great job with the bathing, teeth, and but cleanse. They pricing for 3 dogs too was super surprising. The freshly scent stays on them for days its definitely nice to wake up to in the middle of the night. Thank you ladies and gents sooo much !

We used the this place for almost 5 years for our 100 lb dog, Grendel. When we lost our AC in July several years ago, I didn't think this would be a good situation for our 11 year old old dog. They took care of her for almost 2 months and she loved it! She always loved being there. When she realize what parking lot we arriving at, her tails became a dangerous weapon and she would virtually drag me to the front office. And every time we arrived they looked as happy to see her as she was happy to be there. We are currently working with a foster dog and we can't wait to use them again. Thanks for always being there and loving the little ones in our family as much as they love you!!

My cat had mats on her back. The gentleman did a great job of getting the mats out and he was very knowledgeable. He was friendly and gentle with her. He also told me how to groom her at home to prevent her from getting mats in the future.

Quick and easy drop off and pick up. The staff was super friendly! When we picked up our dogs, we could tell how much they paid attention just by the things they said about each of our dogs and their behavior. We have definitely found "our place" to board our dogs.

Okay if your dog just needs a bath, but that's it. Did a horrible job on nails and keeps large dogs in crates too small. Phone service is terrible, told they will return your call as all groomers busy. Called next day. Not acceptable. Once was enough!

We boarded our 50lbs dog here for 5 days and everything went perfectly. Will use again.

I'm very impressed with the Pawfection staff (shout out to John!) and their commitment to great service for their 4 legged customers. They graciously made every effort to correct a miscommunication of a grooming request for my Pom.

this place is beyond amazing and we are extremely happy with all the staff there. We had a death in the family and had to leave immediately and without hesitation pawfection connection took great care of all our fur babies on such short notice! Thank you guys so much we definitely recommend this place. Our fur babies had a great time as well.

I called many places and went on tours to them as well, since moving to Florida I have 4 dogs. I have a lot of experience in the industry as I managed several dog kennels in New York and this kennel I was most impressed with staff and my tour today. Plus they take intact animals. If my dogs receive the type of care I saw and heard from the staff I have no doubt we will stay customers. After my stay I will update my review

John groomed my Labradoodle for the second time in 2 months. He took the time to make him just as handsome as could be. We are fortunate to have Pawfection Connection in Clermont. Every person we talked to in the shop had a positive attitude. We are extremely grateful for the care our boy received.

Always willing to make time for the customer and takes good care of the puppies. Wish their location had more open area for the puppies but hey the service is great and the dogs seem to enjoy going there.

My experience with this place was...ok. It almost took about 4 hours for a simple trim and bath for my Aussie Shepard, I made an appointment and somehow it took almost 4 hours for them without expressing or communicating of why this took this long. That and my pups trim seemed a lil well...meagher to say the least. She didn't seem well trimmed and with that amount of time I kinda prefer taking her somewhere else really. Plus with her getting a slight irritation in one of her pawa after kind of encouraged me to seek service else where. Biggest tip for this place, please communicate time frames better is all but the staff was very polite for the record.

We had to evacuate for Hurricane Laura t hit right where we live and the place that we were staying did not allow animals so we ended up on the Fly having to find somewhere close to where we were going to be for our fur baby. I have to say they went above and beyond to take care of him for 10 days while we were in Florida. I highly recommend then
