Pine Castle Pet Cremation Service Orlando, Florida

A week ago the unthinkable happened, my baby Sophie passed away at 14 after a long battle with kidney disease. I was too heartbroken to even think about what to do with her remains until the next day, and was fortunate enough to come across this wonderful service after doing a Google search. Terry was so kind and wonderful and was exactly the person I needed to meet to help me get through this. He performed the cremation the same day while I waited. He took her paw prints and cut locks of her fur for me to keep. I knew that when the time would come that I would want to have my Sophie cremated as I plan to be buried with her ashes one day, so it was very important to me to know that I was getting her ashes back. Terry completely understood and allowed me to be very involved in the process. I watched her go into the machine and my husband saw the bones come out. What is left after cremation are the bones which are then processed, whether it is an animal or a human. Terry has several pets himself that are like children to him so he treats each cremation with the care it deserves. Unfortunately there are many providers out there who charge for private cremation but cremate several animals together. I wanted to make sure that was not the case with my Sophie. After meeting Terry and knowing how much he cares, I would be completely comfortable leaving my pet with him knowing he would perform the service as conscientiously as when I was there. My husband and I got to know Terry a little bit while we waited and he told us that he has been in this business since the 1960s, both for people and pets. In addition to running this service, he maintains the equipment for many cremation services around the country. The machine he uses looks a lot more "friendly", for lack of a better word, than the brick-covered machine my cat was cremated in two years ago at a company south of Orlando. This is not something anyone likes to think about, and it was nerve-racking for me to take my first cat two years ago, and now my Sophie, to have them cremated. However, Terry put my mind at ease with his kindness and I wish I had found his service two years ago. I still have two elderly cats and will definitely use this service again when their time comes, and it gives me comfort knowing that.

My dog Luna passed away during the late afternoon (everything was closed) Early in the morning I was looking for a place to help me. Most places answered giving me a rundown on prices, treating it like a typical appointment. no sincerity in their voices. I called here and spoke to Terry, what a kind and patient person. When I arrived he was so helpful and walked me through it all. He took such good care of her, it will not be something I ever forget. It ment so much to me and my family. Without asking, I received some of her long hair, her paw print and a little note. He offers beautiful urs and other displays too. Your pet is treated with kindness and love here. He also has a spunky little kitty in his office that helps distract you.

I called Terry after finding his business online. My hedgehog passed the night before and I was calling to ask for prices. Terry was so kind and understanding. I knew right away that he was going to take good care of my pet. Once I got there, he was just as kind as he was over the phone. I couldn’t thank him enough for his services. He also gave me a nice card and a beautiful box to put him in. The service was quick, as my hedgehog was very small it didn’t take long and I was able to go home with my baby within the hour. This whole day has been so stressful but meeting such a kind hearted person like Terry really made my day better.

My pet bunny Oat just passed away unexpectedly and usually I would get my pets cremated through my vet but, since it was after hours I did a google search and found Pine Castle Pet Cremation Services. Losing a pet is never easy but, Terry made this process extremely smooth and made it very comfortable. He stayed after hours to make sure that my little Oat was taken good care of and even saved me a trip from driving an hour back to pick him up. He made it feel as if Oat was family to him and that he truly cared for him, he even helped to cheer me up with a few stories about his upbringing in this service. Just over a month ago Terry was there for me when my dog of 11 years moved on from his physical body. Terry gave me the closure I was looking for. I wanted to be able to see the dog that taught me what love is through to the very end. Terry treats the animals that come to him with equal respect, diginity and love for the life they lived. I recently lost my beloved persian cat. This was so unexpected, and I was just devastated. I chose to call Terry based on the wonderful reviews that spoke to me. My 18 yo small dog unfortunately passed away last Sunday night and I had to scramble to find a place that offered private cremation service on Monday morning. I called Pine Castle Pet Cremation in Orlando and, to my surprise, was able to schedule an appointment for a private cremation same day within a couple hours of the phone call. Terry, the owner, was very accommodating, informative, and kind. He only does private cremations and is very transparent about the process. Pricing was excellent and I didn't feel pressured when presented with various urn options. Took about two hours and I was able to bring my little buddy home where he belongs that afternoon. Being able to get it done privately and quickly by such a genuinely good person gave my family the closure we needed. Do not let your vet overcharge you just to arrange cremation with an unknown third party that will take weeks to get the remains back to you through the mail... those operations are too big, don't care about you or your pet, and can easily make mistakes (sometimes on purpose). Your pet deserves better than that. Cut out the middlemen and eliminate all the concern by giving Terry a call instead... you will quickly find that the great reviews about him and his business are true! Thank you, Terry! - CJ

I came to get my hamster cotton ball cremated and terry did amazing but he did show me a photo of cotton ball being cremated (she was on fire in the picture) it really has tore me up and I can’t get the image out of my head. While he did good work the customer service could use some improvement
