I bought a few different species of tropical fish that I have had all before in the past. I've owned a fish tank for years so I'm quite familiar PH balance, feeding, and maintenance. The fish I bought must of had a disease because I have had 7 of my previous fish die within the first 2 weeks of putting the new fish in. I did notice that a lot of the tanks at the store had dead fish in them. I tried to avoid those tanks, but looks like that didn't matter. They do not take care of their fish. I do not recommend buying fish here. It's too bad, because the fish we bought were very pretty. If you can't hire someone to take care of the fish at your store, then I recommend to hire someone who can or remove the tanks.

Jasmine was Ashton’s groomer, and she was EXCELLENT!!!! She was so welcoming to my puppy, she took very good care of Ashton. Ashton was very content, and excited to have Jasmine as his groomer. Ashton felt safe, and loved. They other ladies that were there were all also veryyy friendly to Ashton to the point he did not even want to leave. I thank everyone for the great service.

Omg.... When you visit this location, ask for Tiffany!!! She has tons of knowledge about product & pricing. If thou really care about your pet and want to provide the best...."PetSmart" is the place!

I have been happily going to this location for 20 years, but lately I have noticed that the conditions in which they are keeping the animals they are selling has declined to the point of being unacceptable. The cages are dirty and you can see in this picture that the anoles had no water at all in their dish. A few weeks ago, we went in with the plan of purchasing a long-tailed lizard that we had seen a couple days before. Sadly, we arrived to find it stiff and dead, in the front of the small tank where it was housed with several anoles. When we notified the manager, he said they were short-staffed and busy, but assured me that they took good care of all the animals. Seeing the lizards with no water today, and lots of feces in several other enclosures, leads me to believe that they are not actually meeting the goal of properly caring for all these animals. I understand that a great many places are unable to find enough employees to properly staff their businesses currently. But an understaffed pet store endangers the lives of all the creatures in their care. They should seriously consider greatly reducing the number of animals that they are keeping on the premises, until such time as they are adequately staffed to properly care for them.

Yikes - a ton of dead fish in multiple aquariums and water flow too high in others.

The grooming staff working on Wednesday august 18th 2021 were extremely unhelpful and overall rude. Been taking my dog there for the last four years to get his nails ground down. Safe to say I will not be back. If you don’t like your job find a new one.

Denise Hill is overall a very rude person she's not a good example of what you would call customer service friendly very horrible I also witness her bad attitude toward another employee.

Great place to find all your pet needs!! I always find the right kind of cat food and fish food I need and it's always in stock plus the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Showed up with my dog to buy him clothes and buy a rat buddy for my other, dog clothes were very limited and when i asked if they had female fancy rats they told me by policy they only carry male animals and tried to convince me to buy a male *i own a female* when i said that i didn't want a infestation from breeding they acted like it wouldn't be a problem, yeah no thanks i don't want 20 rats.

Gets live crickets in stock every Thursday for my Chameleon. Also keeps a healthy variety of cat foods and treats.

The grooming staff did a particularly great nail grind on our last visit! Plus they’re friendly and timely.

Samantha is amazing with Dobby, he loves his spa/grooming days cause she's so sweet and patient with him!! Great service all around, thanks!

Overall great customer service, however often out of specific Authority products very quickly, like the chicken and beef cuts in cans.

The employees truly love pets, and they are smart about where products are located and the best products to use for a pet's needs. There is a wonderful selection of all types of products, and the prices are reasonable, especially with a free Pet Perks card from the store. This is my favorite pet store.

Pet approved. (Grooming services so much easier from doing it yourself!). All the fur babies love this location.

I was given the run around for 2 weeks when scheduling an appointment, twice I booked and arrived only to be told there was a glitch in the system and I would need to reschedule. After finally confirming a appt, I arrived only to encounter more issues.

My boxer is about to have surgery and needs male wraps now. The fit is preferable to the brands offered at other stores.

It is not uncommon to receive conflicting information from this establishment, and it seems that their knowledge of essential facts is lacking, especially as it relates to fish. They are nice, however, so I give them credit for that.
