The service is great, the workers are very kind and polite, they ask every necessary question, everything about them is very professional strongly positive, made me feel welcome like I was family when I first entered the building

I only take my dogs to The Paw Shop. I actually had only one dog, because of Lashonda I met a dog at the Doggy Daycare needing a Furever Home. Lashonda helped me out and I became the dogs new mom. I am forever grateful for Lashonda, her heart and soul is in what she does and you can tell. A+ service all the time.

They shaved two dogs with coats that are not meant to be shaved. If health issues arise, we will be in contact. Anyone reading this, do your research before taking your fur baby here. There is absolutely NO reason our two dogs should have been shaved down.

They shaved my Australian shepherd and poodle/chihuahua mix after specifically being asked not to and didn’t even make it look decent. She looks like she has a bowl cut and has been freezing. Now only does it look bad they risked giving my dog razor apolecia. She had no tangles because she is brushed every day so there was zero reason to shave them. They were asked to give a hair cut not shave them. Then when I tried to speak to the owner(lashonda) she was rude and uncaring. She did not see an issue with the quality of the grooming and that speaks a lot of her as a groomer. 0/10 do not recommend and my dogs will never be back here.

Before and after! I brought Romeo in to the shop this afternoon, I'm very VERY impressed with the professional groom these lovely ladies gave to my boy. Very nice, spotless clean shop with everyone smiling and friendly! We'll definitely be back! ❤️❤️

If there was a 1/2 star, I would give it. The owner is so unprofessional and makes up prices “at her discretion”. Dropped my dog off at 11AM and he wasn’t ready till almost 6PM. Mind you, the hours of operation are 9AM-5PM. She didn’t apologize for the wait time or inconvenience but proceeded to want to argue her stance on why she can charge extra when there is nothing stated in her fine print or contract. Avoid this place at all cost and bring your dog somewhere else!!

I love it.???????? I work there, and first hand I can tell you that treat every furry friend with love, care, and all the respect in the world. Makes me more than proud to be apart of their team.

Our Shih Tsu is very temperamental. She doesn't like being groomed... we have had problems finding someone who can handle her. The staff at The Paw Shop are amazing. They know exactly how to take care of Mandy and make her look beautiful! They are wonderful! Here are before and after photos.

My golden Doddle got his first grooming today and I almost didn’t recognize him! He looked amazing! I expressed that I still wanted the fluffy look and I did not want him shaved down. And she did just that! (this was possible because he has no mats) The owner and her staff was professional, listened to all my concerns, and took them all into consideration! Wonderful service!

I Love this place and my baby Hailey loves them too. They keep her well groomed and healthy at all times. They have an awesome staff loving and very professional. Went there while PupRelief Tour and it was the BEST grooming experience my babies and I ever had!! They were so happy after their haircuts and so was I ❤️ thank you so much for an amazing job!

Hello; I took my Yorkie here for the first time, I have taken my Yorkie “Bella “ to many spas here in Orlando. Each time very disappointed with the service, because I could never get my Yorkie hair cut to look like a Yorkie Ohhh my gosh!!!!! When I picked my Yorkie, she was so happy and full of sassy ness ☺️. She was finally cut like a Yorkie, and she had looked like a princess, nails painted, hair done goooood. I was Elated, she now needs another day there can’t wait……

Sorry can’t give a good review this time. Dropped her off at 11:30 and she wasn’t done at 4:00. Still wet. Price doubled from $40 to $80. I could have driven to Lakeland and got a bath and nails trimmed for $80.

CALLING ALL CUSTOMERS: there is a new trend at the Paw Shop. I dropped my dog off at 9:30 and he was not ready until after 5:30. It does not take 8 hours to groom a dog. There were multiple customers waiting and in the same exact situation. Its called groom the dog, call the customer for pickup then move on to the next dog. Now these people are going to start charging $15 if the owner does not come pick their dog up within 45 minutes... So, what am I supposed to wait all day and be at the groomers beckon call. Again, it does not take more 8 plus hours to groom a dog.

Best groomers in town! Love how personable and caring they are! Everyone always has a smile on their face, even the pups!

I’ve never actually had my pet groomed here but but I rescued a kitten from the owner for my son not only that I know the owner lashonda for many years and she has always loved and cared for pets and animals of all kinds I recommend her professionalism and service for your pet she pet friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to pets she and her employees have my trust

I just love Latasha and how she's so caring as she trims my 2 Yorkies' nails. Even when my Deana gives her a hard time! I've been going for over a year and won't go anywhere else! ????

I am always satisfied with how my furbaby looks after her grooming. Everyone is nice and respectful. I know my furbaby will be well taken care of when I drop her off.
