I would suggest not to do trust this company with your pets. Once your set in a contract with them you are only an order number and that’s it. They could care less about the health of your dog they don’t ask for health certificates even though they say in the contract they do. Which means if any other dogs are sick in the transport your dog could get it as well. Speaking of shared transports if you do select that option you are given the lowest priority you might get your pet during the week timeframe they give you or they might just forget about your pet altogether and say they are having car trouble. If you buy the private transport just know it’s not “private” they are most likely just hiding the other dogs they have had in the van the whole time. Drivers are not vetted they find them on Facebook interview them and they are on the road the next day with an extremely minimal amount of training which is why dogs are often let loose or lost frequently. Managers as well have no formal training and are worked 7 days a week and if they ask for breaks they are fired. Also be aware if you book a Canada transport they will forge your documents to get your animal over the border because it’s easier then waiting a couple days to get legal documents. Please, please, please do research before using a company.

Great service to transport your pet. We wanted our dog to spend the holidays with us. Being a big lab, finding a way to get him west was challenging. To the rescue Blue Collar Pet Transport. He was picked up and got to us really quick and we were updated while he was enroute. For his return trip, he enjoyed stopping along the way, spending a few nights in a hotel with the driver, Lance, and we got some cute photos of him. We plan to use this service again for sure. Great personal service e and always updated.

Private Pet Transport: 2 dogs: DC to CA I have to say leading up to the departure day and I still had not been contacted by any drivers I thought this company was a scam. When finally being contacted by customer service it was clear that company had not nailed down the drivers and in fact assigned the incorrect one first. When the drivers arrived, they had no driving plan created to let me know what route they were taking and could not provide an estimated time of arrival. I was also told the dogs would not have to ride in crates but the drivers were confused because they thought dogs always ride in crates. Additionally, the reason I chose this company was because your website advertises a mobile tracking app which I was never offered from customer service. Furthermore, when I asked the drivers if there was a way I could track the ride they said no but you can try to call us? I never received updates I always had to reach out for them first and they would rarely answer back within the hour. Even towards the end of the trip they could not provide an estimated time of arrival. They also had the wrong address on file. Furthermore, I always had to ask what city they were in as their updates were very vague and no ETA. You first quoted me $10,000 for this service and we were able to agree on $6000 which was the average cost compared to other companies. I will have to tell you based on the $6000 I paid for the service I will not be recommending this company to any of those who are asking me about who I used—and there are several.

So this is a little bit of an odd situation, because Blue Collar were my backup and I did not need to use them. We were transporting a dying relative's cat from the Midwest to New York and had no idea if my sibling, who was visiting, would be able to get the pet on the airplane. She was, but honestly, I am so glad we had Blue Collar as a backup: I have never done anything like this, and from the moment I requested a quote they were clear, helpful, helped me understand everything that needed to be done, did not upsell, and made it easy to cancel when it became irrelevant (they were perfectly clear from when I first mentioned it that the deposit was not refundable; it was totally worth it for the peace of mind). If I ever have to transport my own pets, I will absolutely be calling them again.

Terrible. Low Class. I thought my cat would be safe traveling with other pets considering they’re “strict” with their Approval of Health letter requirement from the vet. Yeah well I was very wrong. The letter was of no concern or acquired by the driver. He didn’t even ask for it. Strike 1. Strike 2; my cat arrived infested with FLEAS!!! Irritated skin and bloody fur left and right of his neck from scratching. I’m in Aw. I was bit a few times by the fleas. Strike 3; I told the Company about this and they won’t refund the $1200.00 it cost me to get him here SAFELY. THEIR EXCUSE? “It was a shared ride. My boss is not prepared to refund you” UMM. The shared ride you assured was of high quality and safety? Forget you. Do not, do not, DO NOT go with this company. They lack competence, compassion and truth. Definitely getting my lawyer. Used Blue Collar to private transport our 3 dogs from Florida to Oregon. I cannot tell you how well they took care of our dogs. I was terrified to use a service as I was worried of miss care and scams but Blue Collar is legit and truly cares for your pets. Brandon was our driver and he showed up on time to pick up our Great Dane, French Bulldog and Sheepdog. Throughout their 4 day journey he shared pictures and videos and kept me updated on their progress and care. He was also very flexible with us as we flew to Oregon to meet them. Cannot recommend enough and thank you Brandon for taking such wonderful care of our babies!

Make sure to not talking to this companies specially paul, he is a big liar and feel he is the best, i guess he is the owner because he made all his own decision but to argue not to help

I had a difficult problem to solve-transporting my son’s dog from Minnesota to New Jersey. From my initial contact and call back to the delivery, all was positive. The entire staff was helpful, caring and professional. I was kept informed each step of the way, from calls prior to pickup to texts during the trip. While not inexpensive, they went above and beyond. I furnished a refundable deposit and then submitted the balance on line at delivery. All very secure. Thank you you Paul, Dina and Chuck! Kudos to you all.

BCPT is a disingenuous business. They are very nice until you pay and contract with them. Then they become rude, uncaring and corrupt. I would never recommend this company. I spoke with the driver, Chris, on Monday at 11am and he told me he was leaving in 3 days, on Thursday night for the job on Friday. BCPT cannot valid the driver was en route. Who leaves 5 days prior to a job? BCPT is corrupt.

Blue Collar Pet Transport just delivered these two “babies”, 11 and 8yrs, to us. The service that took them from CA to NC far exceeded all our expectations, and our babies arrived happy and healthy. My dear friend passed away and had asked me to adopt her babies when needed. I was honored to accept, but had no idea how difficult getting them home to us would be. Even though they are tiny, they couldn’t ride together in a crate in the cabin of a plane, and my husband and I couldn’t find a date we were both available to fly out to get them. Cargo shipping wasn’t an option since one needs meds 4 times per day. The estate found Blue Collar Pet Transport and we couldn’t have been happier. They were very kind and sensitive to our needs, and to the needs of our grieving dogs. They set up pickup and arrival dates/times that worked for all of us. They were prompt and professional. I was especially impressed by the frequent updates we received with pictures and videos several times along the trip. Upon arrival here, they took all the time we needed to greet the dogs, then explained all meds and food instructions. They explained all the paperwork and made sure we were ok before they left. We would definitely recommend Blue Collar and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again to transport precious cargo in the future. Thank you so much!

This was the BEST EXPERIENCE for an anxious pet owner! I had to transport two dogs, one 7 and one 15 to Connecticut from Denver and they treated them like their own! Sending photos, updating us about bathroom habits, even helping them pee in the snow when they were skiddish. I can’t recommend this company and that team specifically more to anyone who needs their furbabies to be well taken care of and they were so fast! THANK YOU!
