Absolutely LOVE this place! I truly wish that they were located near my home. We needed a place for our dog to stay (5 days) during a family trip to Kissimmee. Fortunately, they were 20 min away from where we stayed. Not only did they provide daily pics of her, but she looked so well kept and happy. I felt so at ease when I received those pictures. As long as you give them full instructions and pack the proper care items for your pet, they will treat them as if it's their own. Very nice staff. Would definitely take her once a week as a play pal if I lived local. Amazing experience for my girl, Solei!

Our dog loved this place he was excited every time we took him back. The girls seem genuine and like they care and love their job. Super easy check in and check out. We have been to places where it takes so long to check in and check out. Great prices too.

This place is amazing they took care of our 6 month old olde bulldog Astro like if it was their own keeping us informed on how he adapted and wellbeing the staff is amazing you can see they love what they do We will use them again in my future visits to orlando and will recommend to anyone that wants a place to pamper and take good care of your dog or cat 10 stars in my book and thanks to all the staff

Excellent service. Always takes great care of our pup. They offer group playtime or individual time depending on your pets situation. Our dog does not play well with others and they actually understand that and take care of her so well. We trust this place with her every time we are out of town. 10/10

We have a 14+ year old senior guy with health issues but he didn't hesitate at all to return to daycare here. Very nice place and people!

We love to travel and always worry about where our furbaby is going to be safe. We boarded our baby boy with VIP and cannot express how happy we are with the treatment to our dog, professional service and sincere love shown to him. The staff were kind, animal lovers that sent messages with pics, posted live videos to jeep us worry and our boy, Benji had a great time making friends. They also gave me a doggie report card when we picked him up to tell me all about his stay. Any time we are back in this area, we will not hesitate to use VIP pet resort. Thank you to everyone there.

This place was pretty nice. We were in town for a weekend and we left out dog here. The staff seemed to be friendly and responsible. We were able to see videos of our dog in Facebook and we received feedback of our dog’s stay when we picked her up. The reason we liked the place so much is because they had the big dogs separate from the little dogs. Highly recommend this place if you need a little vacation for your furry friend.

Amazing resort. Just the sanctuary I was hoping to find for my little man who I always dread leaving. However, its a comfort to know he doesn’t like to leave from VIPet when I pick him up! Great and friendly staff! Thanks Ann and Sarah for showing him a great time!

I've boarded my dog here twice now and they have been amazing both times and I feel like I have left them in good hands. They post daily live videos on Facebook and send photos so you can see what they're up to and how they're doing. They have group playtime during the day and my dog has come home exhausted both times from playing so much!

Very clean, well maintained ,very friendly staff, couldn't ask for a nicer place to board your pets while on vacation or any other time as far as that goes

This was a fantastic stay for Chey! The team here is so professional, sweet, and accommodating. I have never boarded my little Rat Terrier before, and now I set the bar high. Will always take her here when I travel to Orlando.

I'm glad I found this place. We drove from the panhandle and decided to bring her and leave her at VIP so she had less nights away from us. The people were so nice and we got a picture in text and saw her in a video. We will definitely make this the plan next time we come down. They sounded so sad we were coming to take her home.

My dog loved it there but also picked up some bad habits from the other boy dogs there. They obviously have communication issues between the morning and afternoon shift, but at least they were honest with me about accidentally feeding my dog something he shouldn’t have. This gave me the chance to take the necessary steps to prevent explosive diarrhea in the middle of the night. I would be lying if I said I would never take him there for daycare because “better the devil you know than the devil you don’t”.

Been sending our girls since 2006. I never worry and the staff spoils our babies. I will drive out of my way so our dog can stay here.

Love this place! My puppy has been a few times and he absolutely loves it, comes home all tuckered out! Staff is very friendly. & the FB live updates are great!
